About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

About: ABOUT ME: Completely insured WITH Animal Bailee Insurance and Vet Protection Coverage through PCI. I have been on and off Rover since I was in college and own my small business. Currently, I have a tuxedo kitty named, Mr. Sir. His is my laid back, street rat, expert hunter that does not like to be indoors. I have currently have a flock of 14 chickens. This is my second flock of chickens owned since 2019. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. Maple, my lab, was a diabetic for 7 years, requiring insulin injections. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. The care needed for my senior dogs helped build my knowledge on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be, just ask me! About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. I can appropriately handle both higher and lower energy animals, as well as care for animals that need special attention. Two of my kittens have asthma so I’m good with around the clock medications when they are needed. I’m currently a freshman in college, I have a part time job with super flexible hours and work schedules. I don’t mind staying over or even dropping by every few hours if they don’t need 24 hour supervision. I am very capable of taking larger or even smaller dogs on walks if needed, or just keeping an eye on them in the yard. I don’t mind cleaning up after them as well. Most of the cats that I have are rescues and require taking medication so I do have experience with administering those when needed.

About: Have taken care of animals most of my life. I usually babysit/check on animals and let them out for our neighbors dogs before we moved from Indiana to Wickenburg. I currently do not have a full time job. My husband is usually gone for work during the day so I am home all day. We do not have a fenced in yard, but can take them out with a leash. He takes the time to build with each dog, he asks a lot of questions, and genuinely cares about making sure they feel as comfortable as possible when we are gone. He is such a good dog sitter, and a really great guy in general. The only down side is now we don’t want to share him! Haha. Honestly though, your dog would be in very capable hands. Thanks Zach!”
