We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I have 3 small kiddos (and myself) who would love nothing more than to snuggle on your pup! And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). However, due to having small children and chicks we will require a meet and greet before your precious pup comes to stay with us.

About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. About: I spend my days teaching a class of 2nd graders and would love to spend my nights and weekends caring for you beloved pups. I have 3 dogs of my own and have had numerous dogs over the years! I have a great deal of experience with small breed dogs and have a sweet spot for the gentle giants. I offer dog sitting in your home, drop in visits and dog walking! All 3 of my dogs take daily meds so I am comfortable giving whatever meds your pet needs to stay comfortable. I live in the Monrovia area and would love to help care for your pup. I work in a school setting from 7-3 each day so I can drop in before school and multiple times in the evening while you’re away- and my weekends are usually completely open to meet the needs of your pups. I have open availability until the first week of August. My goal is to make your pet feel as safe, love, and cared for as possible while you’re away. My dogs are always top of mind while I’m out of town so I try and do everything I can to give you peace of mind while you’re away. Which usually means plentiful updates and photos depending on what each client requests!
About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals, which taught me how to read their body language and understand their needs from a young age. On top of that, I bring six years of professional dog grooming experience to my pet sitting. This means your pet isn't just getting a companion—they are staying with a professional who knows how to handle coat care, spot skin issues early, and keep anxious dogs calm and comfortable. Our daily routine starts in the morning with a quick potty break, followed by individual feedings so everyone can eat safely and at their own pace. Afterward, we head out for our morning walk or yard play while energy is high, followed by a quiet midday nap/relaxation to let food safely digest. Throughout the afternoon, your dog will get another bathroom break, a professional coat brush-out to check skin health, and some mental enrichment like puzzle toys or lick mats. As we transition into the evening, we serve dinner according to your exact instructions and burn off any remaining energy with a fun sunset play session. Finally, at night, we wind down with plenty of couch cuddles in a true home environment before a final potty break and a peaceful, secure lights-out. Every pet in my care receives individualized attention focused on their physical safety and emotional well-being. I design a calm, low-stress environment where your pet can relax, ensuring their unique routines are strictly followed to prevent anxiety. By carefully reading their body language, I respect their personal boundaries and use gentle, patient interaction to build genuine trust at their own pace. Safety is always my top priority, which means I maintain secure environments, supervise all activities, and use my professional handling skills to keep every situation controlled and peaceful. Your pet will never be rushed or forced into interaction, giving them the secure, comfortable home-away-from-home experience they deserve.

About: Over 7 years experience caring for all different kinds of animals in all capacities! I know how to administer medication, orally or injection, and wouldn’t mind doing so. I received my trainers certification from Catch Trainers Academy in 2024 and am well versed in dogs language and behavior. I’m also pet CPR/first aid certified through the Red Cross. I’m a full time pet sitter & dog trainer so I’m able to have an extremely accommodating schedule because of this. This allows me to be there for pet parents when needed! **House sitting is for the hours of 5pm-8am - price reflects 6 hours of care | please reach out if you have different needs** I believe in patiently caring for every animal, as every animal is different and special in their own way. Your animal will be loved on and given plenty of cuddles and treats. I’m willing to walk them wherever is convenient. If your dog just wants to chill (it’s like that sometimes) we can hang out. I can properly and gently re-crate any dogs and, if needed, put up any cats.

About: I have had dogs for the past 40 years and cannot imagine my house without them. I have one dog currently, Toby. He is a very sweet boy who loves all dogs and people. I would love to pamper your fur baby! I am retired and have all day to take care of your special fur baby. I would love to play with your dog and make them feel special. I have a fully fenced in yard with a privacy fence, and also a doggy door, so your pooch is able to go out and in as they wish. My dog, Toby, is very social and friendly so your baby will have a playmate.
