About: Hi! I’m Jenna, a lifelong Bloomingtonian and best friend to every dog I’ve ever met! I am a stay-at-home mom to a preschooler and I also help manage a national non-profit rescue for French Bulldogs. I have deeply loved many bulldogs in my lifetime, and as such am very adept to handling brachycephalic breeds and their particular needs. (Though it should be noted I tend to regular-nosed breeds with the same loving care!) As a former medical assistant, I am very comfortable caring for animals with moderate medical needs, those with disabilities, seniors, those requiring medication administration, etc. I have cared for hospice dogs, dietary restrictions, Mega-esophagus, Colitis, deafness and total blindness. You could say that special needs are my specialty. I have over 20 years of experience helping folks take care of their animal babies, from Pugs to Cane Corsos, several kitties and even some reptiles in between. Dogs have always been my best friends and luckily, lots of humans pick up on that when they meet me. Most of my experience has been private house sitting and in-home pet care for coworkers for periods of a few hours up to a few weeks. I am new to Rover, but very experienced. I currently work for a dog rescue remotely and am otherwise a stay-at-home-mom to a preschooler. I also provide daily care for one resident special needs rescue French Bulldog. I care for pets in the way that is safest for them, regardless of where that is. In my home, dogs are under my constant watch. We live far from the road (about .15 miles) but pets will be kept leashed beside me outdoors since my yard is not fenced .

I have three dogs of my own that are all very friendly and I have ways to separate dogs from each other if need be so they don’t all have to interact at the same time.

About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. I love them and have tons of professional experience to give your fur-baby the best experience possible. Please feel free to message or call whenever needed and I am more then happy to accommodate ANYTHING you or your sweet pet needs. I have lots of time on my hands, currently we start our mornings with a good meal and a long walk along our neighborhood. We will head to the house for a quick nap or so that our older dogs and puppies can rest. We then head to either the local state park or a dog park for some new stimulation. When we return home, we have some free time with toys and puzzles, enjoy another good meal, take another long, walk around the neighborhood, and then cuddle on the couch or in the beds until bedtime. I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. All of our animals are continuously monitored, I work part-time, and we also have cameras in the house. Feel free to request photos or videos of your baby at any point in time.

About: I adopted my first kitten in 2019 and have been in love since. She was a COVID kitty and had some issues with socialization so I have plenty of experience working with cats who need a little more time adjusting to new people and situations.

About: I grew up with several small dogs and I currently have three, so I have experience with taking care of their needs and giving attention to multiple dogs at once! I’m available for boarding and dog sitting on weekends and weekdays. I’m home most days so my schedule is fairly open. When I'm available, I rarely leave the house for more than an hour at a time. I have a fenced in yard for your dog to safely enjoy fresh air! I also have two small crates and the ability to segment off parts of the house with baby gates if the need arises.

About: I've had a dog for as long as I can remember. I've watched over dogs for neighbors, friends, and family. I have had all sorts of pets from cats to dogs to birds. All have been lovely companions and precious members of my family. Each one has held a special place in my heart! ☺️ As a student living away from home, I deeply miss the daily joy of caring for dogs. Back home, I looked after an Australian Shepherd and a terrier mix, so I am very comfortable managing high-energy breeds and keeping them happily exercised. I have a Weimaraner-mix dog and 2 cats who I love dearly and spend all my free time with. I’m a responsible dog-owner and have experience with obedience training. I grew up with animals, so caring for pets is second-nature to me. I’m in between semesters right now and work from home so I have full-time availability to show your dog the attention and affection they deserve. I take my own pup to the dog park every morning for about an hour, and throughout the day we go for long walks around Bryan Park and spend time in my fenced-in yard. In addition to having a fenced in yard for your dog to play in, and I live in a safe, residential area where we can go for long walks. My dog, Nisa, LOVES other dogs and will undoubtedly show your dog friendly playfulness and generosity. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and the dogs are allowed to chill on the furniture. When I leave the house for short errands I don’t crate Nisa, however I have a large dog crate for your pup if that is your preference. I’m happy to maintain your dog’s feeding schedule and can administer any medications they might need.

About: I have been taking care of all sorts of animal companions for 20 years! I worked on a Farmed Animal sanctuary and took care of chickens, goats, turkeys, cows, and pigs. I have had cats and dogs my whole life and specialize in both senior care and puppies. I’m great at training pups and love to be active. If your dog needs a good hike, I’m your guy! I’m currently working the early morning shift and have plenty of time after work to care for your babies. I also have weekends off so go on that day trip you always wanted to and leave it to me. My dogs are my children. I take them hiking, swimming, walking, and/or to the dog park at least once a day. I’m just starting out as a personal trainer so if your dog needs a jog around the block I can do that.
