“We left our two pups with Nichole for almost 3 weeks when we needed to go on a business trip. It was the longest we have ever left our pups with anyone and we were nervous. We set up a greet and meet and were able to meet Nichole and see her home and set up. She made us feel comfortable and showed how knowledgeable she was about frenchies and pup care overall. “Laura & her home are both so warm and friendly, from the moment I dropped Cheeto off I knew he was in good hands. I left my cat with Laura for 5 nights while I was out of town and got updates on how he was getting acclimated to the environment and what he was up to with pictures every day. She’s so good with animals and introducing them to one another (with regards to my cat meeting her cats), and even gave me some helpful cat care tips. Know that if you leave your fur baby with her, they’ll definitely be cared for and loved in your absence. I could tell Cheeto really liked her and was a bit bummed when we left; he got a vacation just as much as I did. :) I’ll definitely be looking for Laura’s availability next time I need a cat sitter again.”

About: I grew up on a farm, surrounded by animals. We had horses, goats, chickens, cows, and of course dogs and cats. We have 2 Australian Shepherds, and a bunch of cats. I also grew up around Chihuahuas. My sister has a senior diabetic Chihuahua, so I have experience with them as well. I’ve volunteered at the Wabash animal shelter, spent years riding horses, and gained hands‑on experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. Mylo, who struggles with anxiety, has taught me a lot about de‑escalating reactivity and building trust through positive reinforcement. He also takes daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following specific care routines. Mylo likes to think of it as his “evening treat with extra steps.” Over the past several years, I’ve pet‑sat for friends, family, and their extended circles. This has allowed me to care for pets of all ages and ranging needs. No matter the temperament, I adapt to each animal’s personality, mood, and boundaries. About: I have had many animals my entire life. I have taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters. I have also taken a vet careers class in high school. I am currently home from college and I have plenty of time to come and play with your furry friends. I am available at any time in the day. “We left our two pups with Nichole for almost 3 weeks when we needed to go on a business trip. It was the longest we have ever left our pups with anyone and we were nervous. We set up a greet and meet and were able to meet Nichole and see her home and set up. She made us feel comfortable and showed how knowledgeable she was about frenchies and pup care overall. Our two dogs had a great time. Nichole provided pictures and videos and kept us updated on how Marshie and Dixie were doing the whole time. About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and understand that some animals need special care. I live in a quiet neighborhood with great walking paths! I work a Monday through Friday normal schedule, going into work around 6am and coming home around 3pm each day. I love going on morning, afternoon, and evening walks with my dog, Toby, and he loves to run around our backyard too. Weekends are meant for fun! Sometimes we go to the dog park or a walk through downtown. I care for them by giving them attention, sticking to a nice schedule, and understanding that every animal is different in their own, unique way. Some require more care, others are very chill like my own dog!
