About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. I’m familiar with maintaining routines, handling energy levels, and making sure dogs feel safe and well cared for. I am a full-time work from home employee and I’m able to care for dogs while I work. I enjoy getting out to walk and play during the the work day. I have a smaller home, approx 1200 square feet. It’s a loving home with two teen girls who love to care for dogs. About: Since a young age, I've had a passion for animals of all kinds. I've taken care of animals ranging from goldfish to bearded dragons to rabbits to doggies. I love them all, which is why I'm training to be a veterinary technician as I transition out of the technology industry, and eventually into a career as a veterinarian. I work from home full-time and am home pretty much all day, aside from the occasional appointment. So I am available to take your pup on lots of adventures. About: I'm a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to grow up with lots of pets from rodents to dogs to horses. I've walked big (150lb+) dogs, small dogs, and everything in between with no issues. Until I was 15 years old, my dad had my siblings and I convinced he was allergic to cats because he didn't want us asking to get one. Jokes on him that the majority of us are now cat parents. While I've had my menace of a cat (I love her to pieces even though she's turning my hair as gray as hers) for only a few years, I've still been around cats throughout my life and am attuned to their particular brand of affection. I have experience pet-sitting from bunnies to a pack of seven high energy dogs. If you're looking for a non-dog or cat sitter, give me a shot! I'm very determined to give pets the best care possible, and if I'm unsure of any instructions will not hesitate to ask for clarification no matter how menial the task may appear. No animal's needs are too particular or niche for me. Must walk counterclockwise around the block? Easy. Food must be microwaved for 12 seconds, but stop it with one second on the clock? No problem. Got to pretend their medicine is human food that was "accidentally" spilled on the floor and I need to "rush" to pick it up before Fido gets it? Done. My availability leans more towards the morning or evening, but I'm happy to work with you to best fit your care requirements. “We are so grateful for Joseph and his family for their care in watching our dog, Jack. On the day we were to drop Jack off to Joseph, Jack had an accident where she required veterinary care. Joseph was still willing to accept Jack and administer antibiotics and pain medication for a week while we were traveling. Joseph sent daily pictures and provided updates so we felt more at ease. Joseph and his entire family show care and love when Jack really needed it. I fully recommend them. Thank you.”
