With a 14 year old senior pooch of my own, I understand the incredible bond we have with our beloved friends. About: Our family has taken care of friends’ dogs and cats for four years or more. We are now offering our pet services to more ‘07 neighbors. During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. During the school year we lose family pet minders during the school day but are available after school and on weekends. We have experience letting ourselves into owners’ homes while they are away to feed, walk, and let pets out for bathroom breaks. We also have a large fenced in yard occupied by our very friendly golden retriever to share with dogs who will treat him well.
About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (I would never do this with a dog that is not mine!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so you furbaby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion to walk with. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors’ dogs since I was a kid. I have worked with anxious older dogs, puppies and high energy breeds. I am also comfortable giving medication. I’m a runner who loves the outdoors so a walk or run with your dogs sounds like a great summer day. I’m currently working part time so I will have lots of time to play with your pets! I’m a runner and love everything outside so a walk or run with your dog sounds like a great way to spend my afternoons! I don’t have any other pets at home. I don’t have a fenced in yard but can keep them on a long leash if that is necessary. I only work for a few hours a day so your dog will spend most of it’s time with me.

When I was younger I use to volunteer at the animal shelter with my great-grandma and that's the reason I love animals today. I have flexible hours and can work around your schedule, anything you need I can do from dog baths to walks at the park. We also adopted a cat a couple of years ago, and we just love him to pieces. We also just adopted a dog that we have previously sat for. I currently work at a nursing home, my boyfriend and I work opposite schedules so someone is always at home with your fur babies. Communication was excellent (photos and videos, along with messages about how he was doing), and Cassandra was willing to accommodate drop-off and pickup requests to fit my schedule for the weekend. Cassandra made Banjo feel at home and kept him in a normal, relaxed environment and routine.”

We made the mistake of not booking our dog a kennel with a boarder during spring break, but it ended up working out well! Tiffney and her daughter truly provided our fur baby with a loving home and even a new couple furry friends (Tiffney’s dogs). Tiffney opened her doors on short notice and gave our pup a roof and needed attention for almost 8 days.”

“This was the first time I used Rover, Alicia was great! I went on vacation and had to leave my senior Lab mix Sugiebear behind for the first time. She is 12 yrs old and has some health issues. Alicia's home is very neat and was accommodating to my Sugiebear 's needs. Alicia took great care of her and sent me pics and updates everyday. I also had car trouble coming home which caused me to be late picking Sugiebear up, Alicia was very understanding.
