“I loved that Heather came to meet Farah and I. I could tell right away she was caring and very patient. Our cat sitter couldn't come to check in on Farah while we were on vacation due to unexpected health decline. Heather was willing to with very little notice. We were gone for 13 days and had Heather do a drop in for 11 days. Farah requires eye cleaning just about every day and is super picky about how clean her litter box is. She also hates getting her eyes cleaned and Heather did such a great job with her eye care. She made sure she had clean water each day too. Heather did the best job!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our girl!!”

About: I've only had a cat for a year now, but I take care of him when my roommate needs assistance. I have fed, watered, cleaned his litter box, and played with him while she is gone. I also have learned the body language of cats. Most cats have liked me when I was growing up and I would say I am a pretty patient person, so I don't get upset if they don't initially like me either.

About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (I would never do this with a dog that is not mine!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so you furbaby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion to walk with. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.

During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. “This was the first time I used Rover, Alicia was great! I went on vacation and had to leave my senior Lab mix Sugiebear behind for the first time. She is 12 yrs old and has some health issues. Alicia's home is very neat and was accommodating to my Sugiebear 's needs. Alicia took great care of her and sent me pics and updates everyday. I also had car trouble coming home which caused me to be late picking Sugiebear up, Alicia was very understanding. I will definitely be using Alicia again and I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Many thanks”
“Cassandra did a great job taking care of Banjo for two nights. Communication was excellent (photos and videos, along with messages about how he was doing), and Cassandra was willing to accommodate drop-off and pickup requests to fit my schedule for the weekend. I have always been apprehensive about boarding my dogs at a kennel if I have to go out of town for more than one night. Cassandra made Banjo feel at home and kept him in a normal, relaxed environment and routine.”
