“How can I say enough about Clint & Leah? Took a peak at Rover.com at the recommendation of an animal loving friend. Read the profiles. How can you decide who to invite into your mother’s senior living residence to care for her cat for two weeks based on a brief description???? Prayed abt it for awhile and reached out to Clint and Leah. Texted them, believe we spoke on the phone before their initial “meet and greet visit.” (No charge btw). They are a delightful couple, involved in ministry to people and critters! They took on the challenge of caring for our somewhat grumpy cat Mittens. Besides their daily visits to feed and water our cat, the brought in the mail & newspaper, watered the plants, took them out for a sunbath on a warm day, then brought them in from the cold another, played with Mittens, brought my attention to some health concerns, emptied her litter box, swept floor, even brought Mittens her favorite treats, needed hair ball medicine, and a new toy! They visited daily, sending pics and notes abt their visits. When the contracted time was up, the made an extra visit (also non-paid) to return the keys. The peace of mind they gave me was a blessing! If anyone needs a pet sitter for their pet, please don’t be afraid to call on Clint and Leah. They are awesome caretakers. About: I have experience caring for dogs at all stages of life, from puppies to senior and those with special needs. I previously had a small blind incontinent senior terrier who has since gone over the rainbow bridge, so I understand the extra patience and attention required to make them feel comfortable. I have also raised and house-trained two puppies into adulthood, who are still with my family today! One of them is a unique mix of Belgian Malinois, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute, and Rottweiler (Try saying that five times fast!). We had his DNA tested, so we can now confidently confirm his impressive mutt status. His high energy and intelligence required consistent training and socialization. After raising him, it's safe to say that I'm comfortable with puppy routines, basic obedience training, and how to handle a wide range of temperaments and needs. What sets me apart is that I take the time to understand each dog's routine, personality and comfort level so they receive the best care that fits their individual needs. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or a gentle senior, I will provide the best and reliable care while you are away. I am currently homebound so your fur baby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby so having a temporary walking companion would be great therapy! In my home, your dog will be family. I follow each dog's routine, including feedings times/medications, and any special care instructions provided by the owner. I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. About: Dogs have had a tremendous impact on my life; I’ve trained & owned dogs for the last 20 years. Currently I own a Yorkie mix named Mayhem who loves motorcycle rides & fetch! Over the years I’ve helped strangers & friends with training & general care of their fuzzy babes. Pitbulls, labs, poodles, dobermans, tiny terrors & more. I try to add structured fun & exercise to any dog I encounter, paying attention to the dog’s personality & confidence level. A tired pooch is a happy pooch. I currently work nights, so I am flexible during the weekdays before 4pm to help let your dog have fresh air while you’re at work! And for nightshifters, I can let your dog out late in the evening because I naturally stay awake until approximately midnight to 2am. My true availability (I’m unable to modify the calendar to reflect this) is Monday & Tues available all day/night, Wednesday & Thursday between 7:45am to 4pm, Fridays before 2:30pm, and Saturday & Sundays I’m generally unavailable but open to requests on a weekly basis (especially if we have an established relationship). I am flexible & will do what you think is best for your dog. I am used to staying calm under pressure & providing a reassuring presence for your dog. I’m especially good for dogs which need a physical outlet seeing as I lead an active lifestyle with lots of running, walking, bike riding, hiking, etc.

When caring for a pet in a client’s home, I prioritize respecting their space and belongings. I only use items related to pet care and follow all household guidelines provided by the client. I always clean up after both myself and the pet, and I take pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment. Clients can feel confident knowing their home will be well cared for and left in excellent condition.
About: We are a husband/wife team. We have owned and loved pets most of our lives. Especially, cats and dogs. We give them that extra special attention they are craving when you are gone. Clint always loved brushing out his doggies fur. We both love to walk and play with our furry friends. We are both very easy going and friendly. Clint is legally blind. He doesn’t need a cane. Leah is my right hand. We do everything together, and together we make a great team! Clints disability is NOT a complication. We have pet sat several times over many years. We both have a completely clean background. We have never had a problem with drugs or alcohol. After years of pet sitting for family and friends, we thought, We should make our own little business! About: I have a dog of my own and understand the responsibility that comes with taking care of your pet. I’ve always had many of pets throughout my life and would love to add your pet to my extended family. I am looking forward to showing your pet the love and attention that all humans and pets need. I live an active lifestyle so I am always out and about taking my dog on a walk. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night I will be walking with my pupper and would love for your pet to come along for the ride. I am a frequent attendee at the dog parks and as long as your dog is vaccinated I’m sure they would have a grand time there as well. I can feed, walk, run, and even pick up your dogs poop. I understand the responsibility that comes with pet care as I have a dog of my own who I’ve raised since he was a wee pup. I am able to work with pets of all sizes as many of my friends and family have had me watch their pets while they were away.
About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life, I know how important it is to treat our animals like family! I go for walks every day and would love to take your dog with me! I exercise every day and try to get outside for walks at least once a day, taking a dog in need of some fresh air with me would be a win win for both of us! I have a secure privacy fence around my back yard and I work from home so your pet will never be left here alone. I treat my animals like family, and there are 2 days a week when it’s only me and my cat because my dog stays with family.
