“I had to go out of town for a funeral on very short notice in December, and while I had some work friends who could check on my cats once a day, I went to Rover to look for someone to cover their second meal. It was important to me that if they were going to be alone most of the day for a week, at least their mealtimes were consistent. Edmy & her husband Craig not only changed their usual schedule to accommodate my request, they took great care of my cats, respecting their personalities and gaining their trust while I was away. I was so nervous that they were home alone, but having Edmy & Craig checking on them daily gave me so much comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who needs a petsitter, and I'll definitely be relying on them for future travel (hopefully with more advance notice next time). About: I absolutely adore cats! Growing up, there was always a cat in our house, so I’ve been around them my entire life. We also had a cat with PRCA where we had to administer medication daily! If that is something your cat needs, I’m completely familiar. I just love every kind of cat, whether they’re shy or outgoing…they’re all the same to me! About: I love caring for animals, but travel enough to where I know I can’t have my own anymore. I watch my grand-dogs and I just have a blast with it. I’ve had dogs and cats all my life until now and have some love to give to your cute pet! I’ve had dogs ranging in sizes from a dachshund to a pure bred mastiff. I am almost always at home, so I can provide constant care and play time during the day. I am proficient is giving medications as well. (Even to the stubborn ones!) I take plenty of pictures and share lots of updates, so you won’t need to worry while you’re away. I look forward to giving your pet all of the love and special attention that it deserves! I spend the majority of my time at home so I have plenty of time to spoil your pet. When I do need to leave it’s not more than an hour or two. About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (I would never do this with a dog that is not mine!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so you furbaby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion to walk with. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.

I also know how to make the most out of any time spent with a dog! Pet care is my number one priority for an animal I take care of! About: We provide residential boarding in both our house and finished barn depending on availability and needs. You can schedule a tour. Drop off and pick up time as early as 7am and 11pm. Playtime in the yard is included. You can pay extra for a daily walk. Charged a flat rate per night. Updates available during stay. All dogs are welcome small, big, young, old, friendly, and we are also capable of caring for aggressive dogs. As a family business, my wife Valerie is home during the day to care for clients and I’m home in the evening and weekends to assist. Client needs are met with compassion and knowledge. Care is discussed in detailed and documented. Updates are sent as requested. Dogs in the house must be able to be crated, otherwise the large indoor/outdoor runs in the barn are a better option.
