We were gone for 13 days and had Heather do a drop in for 11 days. Farah requires eye cleaning just about every day and is super picky about how clean her litter box is. She also hates getting her eyes cleaned and Heather did such a great job with her eye care. She made sure she had clean water each day too. Heather did the best job!! About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (I would never do this with a dog that is not mine!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so you furbaby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion to walk with. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.

During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. During the school year we lose family pet minders during the school day but are available after school and on weekends. I will make sure each animal has proper care including a clean safe cozy shelter, clean water, regular bathroom breaks, going on walks for at least half an hour, who knows it could be longer, and so much more!
About: I’ve taken care of neighbors’ dogs since I was a kid. I have worked with anxious older dogs, puppies and high energy breeds. I am also comfortable giving medication. I’m a runner who loves the outdoors so a walk or run with your dogs sounds like a great summer day. I’m currently working part time so I will have lots of time to play with your pets! I’m a runner and love everything outside so a walk or run with your dog sounds like a great way to spend my afternoons! I don’t have any other pets at home. I don’t have a fenced in yard but can keep them on a long leash if that is necessary. I only work for a few hours a day so your dog will spend most of it’s time with me.

About: I’ve been an owner of dogs my entire life and a lover of animals for just as long. I have experience with multiple dog breeds, cats, small animals, as well as farm species, such as llamas, horses, sheep, and cows. I adore all animals and just finished my third year pursuing a degree in animal science. I love meeting pets of all types and ages and getting to know their different personalities! Whether I’m taking them for a walk, dropping in for dinner and playtime, or hanging with them for a few days, I will provide careful attention to your pets’ specific needs. Your pets will always come first and I am dedicated to ensuring their comfort and your peace of mind. I will be in Fort Wayne throughout July and August for an internship, but I'm happy to drop-in on my off days or after work if need be. My calendar shows only the days I am off, but please reach out to chat about your specific needs and we can work out dates/times that work for both of us! I am available for multiple walks or drop-in visits during the day. I can manage both longer walks and shorter potty breaks/time in the yard. I will be sure to get an understanding of your pets’ routines to keep them as comfortable as possible.

About: We are a husband/wife team. We have owned and loved pets most of our lives. Especially, cats and dogs. We give them that extra special attention they are craving when you are gone. Clint always loved brushing out his doggies fur. We both love to walk and play with our furry friends. We are both very easy going and friendly. Clint is legally blind. He doesn’t need a cane. Leah is my right hand. We do everything together, and together we make a great team! Clints disability is NOT a complication. We have pet sat several times over many years. We both have a completely clean background. We have never had a problem with drugs or alcohol. After years of pet sitting for family and friends, we thought, We should make our own little business! About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (I would never do this with a dog that is not mine!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so you furbaby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion to walk with. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.
