About: I have experience caring for dogs at all stages of life, from puppies to senior and those with special needs. I previously had a small blind incontinent senior terrier who has since gone over the rainbow bridge, so I understand the extra patience and attention required to make them feel comfortable. I have also raised and house-trained two puppies into adulthood, who are still with my family today! One of them is a unique mix of Belgian Malinois, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute, and Rottweiler (Try saying that five times fast!). We had his DNA tested, so we can now confidently confirm his impressive mutt status. His high energy and intelligence required consistent training and socialization. After raising him, it's safe to say that I'm comfortable with puppy routines, basic obedience training, and how to handle a wide range of temperaments and needs. What sets me apart is that I take the time to understand each dog's routine, personality and comfort level so they receive the best care that fits their individual needs. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or a gentle senior, I will provide the best and reliable care while you are away. I am currently homebound so your fur baby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby so having a temporary walking companion would be great therapy! In my home, your dog will be family. I follow each dog's routine, including feedings times/medications, and any special care instructions provided by the owner. I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. During the school year we lose family pet minders during the school day but are available after school and on weekends. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was 18 years old. I am not intimidated by size or breed of dog or cat. I have cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, horses, chickens, llamas, and a hedgehog. If owner was okay with it I took the dog to work with me or to a park to walk. I currently work part-time at a park on Thursdays (10am-6pm) and Fridays(2pm-7pm) and/or when someone needs coverage. I also attend church on Sundays. Otherwise I am available all days. I treat the animals as if they were my own. Play with them inside and outside when weather permits. I enjoy cuddling with them and enjoying their company.

And for nightshifters, I can let your dog out late in the evening because I naturally stay awake until approximately midnight to 2am. My true availability (I’m unable to modify the calendar to reflect this) is Monday & Tues available all day/night, Wednesday & Thursday between 7:45am to 4pm, Fridays before 2:30pm, and Saturday & Sundays I’m generally unavailable but open to requests on a weekly basis (especially if we have an established relationship). I am flexible & will do what you think is best for your dog. I am used to staying calm under pressure & providing a reassuring presence for your dog. About: I am a loving mother of 2 and I will care for your pets as if they were one of the kids. I have dog sit before and loved it. When I was younger I use to volunteer at the animal shelter with my great-grandma and that's the reason I love animals today. We also adopted a cat a couple of years ago, and we just love him to pieces. We also just adopted a dog that we have previously sat for. Hi! I currently work for Amazon and have a schedule of four 10-hour shifts each week. Outside of work, I have plenty of time to care for and spend with your pets. I have been dog sitting since I was a kid and have always had a love for animals. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring to look after your furry family members, and I would treat your pets with the same love, attention, and care that I would give my own! I will make sure each animal has proper care including a clean safe cozy shelter, clean water, regular bathroom breaks, going on walks for at least half an hour, who knows it could be longer, and so much more!
