“Azure took care of my older dog (9 year old) and my puppy (7 months old) when our family was out of town for a much needed vacation. She was fantastic to work with! She made sure to do a meet and greet so that my pups could meet her pups to ensure that it would be a good fit for all involved. While I was gone, she sent me picture updates every day (sometimes videos!). I love getting pics while I'm away; it really sets my mind at ease and I appreciate her taking the time to keep in touch with me. When my flight was delayed on the way home, she was flexible and kept my dogs an extra 6 hours or so past when I was originally planning on being home and she was great through all of it. Absolutely would recommend Azure and will be reaching out to her when I need pet sitting services in the future!”
“Allison and Nicholas were a life saver…I needed help last minute for our dog and they gladly helped us. My dog was so comfortable he didn’t even want to leave when we came to get him lol. They are the perfect couple to keep your pup if needed and I’ll definitely contact them again. 🥰🥰💜💜”

“Natalie was great, she recommended a meet n greet the day before so Bucky could meet her and her dogs. Bucky has a great time for the week we were gone and Natalie provided pics and videos almost every day. Bucky was exhausted when he got home. It was a pleasant experience.”

“It was such a blessing to find Anne because I needed to leave my Lady for the first time for 2 weeks . It would be stressful for my dog to travel abroad on a very long trip. So as soon as I met Anne I knew it would be her I would choose to take care of Lady. I was so happy and delighted during these days . Every day I received pictures and updates about her. I saw Lady was fine and very well taken care of.I strongly recommend Anne she made my trip so peaceful and enjoyable. ❤️”

“Our first experience ever using this site came with Tiffney and my wife and I couldn’t have been any happier with the experience. We made the mistake of not booking our dog a kennel with a boarder during spring break, but it ended up working out well! Tiffney and her daughter truly provided our fur baby with a loving home and even a new couple furry friends (Tiffney’s dogs). Tiffney opened her doors on short notice and gave our pup a roof and needed attention for almost 8 days.”

“Ozzie had the best care at Stephanie’s. I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home with me! She treated him just like her own and I feel very lucky to have had found her. I will definitely try to rebook next time we travel.”

“They took such great care of our dog (Bear)! They took him for walks and took lots of pictures of him having fun with the other dogs and feeling right at home! I knew he was in good hands, and they will be keeping him again!”

“Joscelyn is extremely kind and caring sitter. We got regular updates and pictures. Our pups had a great time and came home happily tired 😁 We would come back again for sure! Recommend 10/10”

“Wai was amazing! She took a lot of care to ask lots of questions to best accommodate our dog, sent us daily updates and photos, and far exceeded what was expected! I will be using her from now on”

“Cassandra did a great job taking care of Banjo for two nights. Communication was excellent (photos and videos, along with messages about how he was doing), and Cassandra was willing to accommodate drop-off and pickup requests to fit my schedule for the weekend. I have always been apprehensive about boarding my dogs at a kennel if I have to go out of town for more than one night. Cassandra made Banjo feel at home and kept him in a normal, relaxed environment and routine.”

“Karisa was fantastic! Our dog is older (15) and can get a little nervous, so a caring, home environment is what we were looking for. There was such peace of mind leaving our pet with Karisa. She even sent pictures so we could see how cozy Tilly was in their home and she was sent home with a “goodie bag” of homemade doggie treats! We highly recommend!!!”

“Melissa was awesome! She was able to accept a last minute booking for me and took great care of my dog even though she had some medical issues while she was there she kept me updated and took great care of her!”

“They were awesome with Finn. He only stayed for a short visit because of a change of plans but I still got plenty of great photos of him playing in the yard and being a good boy which was great”

“It was nice working with Heather, she was able to fit Theo in last minute and he had a good time! She had great communication and I appreciate that we got to do a meet and greet ahead of his stay!”

“Highly Recommend Kristen. She has watched our dog Thunder many times. I continue to bring him to her because she is fantastic at what she does and I know I can trust my dog with her. You should too. She and her family are great at watching dogs and she sends pictures throughout. If you are new to the area she also has lots of suggestions on where to bring the dog for Vet, grooming, and other. Again, highly recommend.”

“Our 11month old puppy had a great time staying an entire week with Emily. We couldn't have been more pleased with Emily's love for animals and expertise of caring for our dog so we could enjoy our trip out town with no concerns about our dog having a great time while we traveled. Our puppy had never been boarded overnight before, is our only pet. Emily coordinated a fantastic meet-n-greet to assure a great boarding experience. Our dog got a long great, while enjoying playing with Emily's family, personal dogs, cat, and bird, and outside in their fenced back yard. Because it was rainy, our dog got pretty muddy (which I'm sure he loved), Emily gave him a good bath and all cleaned up to give us warm greetings when we picked him up. Emily is very responsive and her communication is great! Emily gave us daily updates along with pictures of our dog, which was very much appreciated. We'll definitely look forward to booking with Emily for future boarding needs.”

“"Heather was absolutely wonderful with Lucky! It’s never easy leaving him, but she made me feel so comfortable. He was well-loved and well-cared for the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!"”

“Immediately upon meeting my kitties, Tracy began interacting with them, and cats can be harder to win over. I knew they would be in good hands. He is an excellent person.”

“Edmy and Craig are simply outstanding. They loved and cared for my two cats with such devotion and kindness that after two weeks I still came back home to happy kitties. Would definitely recommend them! Your babies will be in great hands!”

“Paris was great! I came home to a healthy and happy car! Each day Paris gave me a very thoughtful and detailed update, which made me REALLY happy since this was my first time leaving my cat for more than a night! Would highly recommend Paris to take care of your fur babies.”

“Ashley WAS amazing!!! She helped out last minute. She was extremely accommodating! She absolutely put my Bruno first and gave him the best care while we were away! I will absolutely be using Ashley again.”

“Stormy was very kind and responsive. My cat spent nearly a week with her and I got updates / pictures every day. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in great hands ☺️”

About: Hello fellow dog owners! My name is Kevin and I am a fun, loving dog person! My partner and I are new to Fort Wayne, recently moving here from Anchorage, Alaska (yes, we drove!). With a 14 year old senior pooch of my own, I understand the incredible bond we have with our beloved friends. I have had Brita since she was 2 months old, and now that she is a subtle senior, her and I have built a friendship that is forever lasting. Having to leave your best friend at home alone is one of the greatest fears and anxieties a pet owner could imagine! That is why I want to help out other dog owners and make sure your fur-baby is well taken care of and provided for, so you can feel stress free. Having a pet of my own has really built up a trust of my circle around me. Friends and family members feel comfortable asking me to watch their animal from time to time, which is a very rewarding feeling. With me your pooch will have plenty of play time, walks and many belly rubs! UPDATE: My partner and I recently adopted a 4-month-old Beagle puppy named Juno! My amazing senior dog, Brita (my trusty co-pilot), has completely embraced her role as big sister and is already helping teach Juno the house rules. Welcoming a new puppy into our home has brought back so many great memories from when Brita was little, while also giving me hands-on experience with puppy training all over again. It's been a wonderful reminder of the patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement that help young dogs thrive! Whether you have an energetic new puppy or a sweet senior dog, I'm confident I can provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to their needs. My experience caring for both a senior dog and a growing puppy has given me a deeper understanding of how to meet dogs where they are at every stage of life :) I am currently not working, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pup! I am available during the week and most weekends. When I am at a clients home, I make sure I ask all the necessary questions, and follow their detailed instructions for their pet. I care for them the same way I would at my house. All the attention! Having used Rover for my own dog, I am the type of person that needs reassurance that my pet is okay. I will send you all of the photos, videos and texts that will keep your mind calm. It is a huge safety factor for me to know my animal is being taken care of.

About: Hello! I’ve had cats all my life. So I am very familiar with their temperaments, habits and their needs. I can even bathe them without anyone getting hurt! I’m also known to nurse a sick cat back to good health. Let me know if you need someone to drop in and care for your kitty in need. I’m honest and trustworthy and will always care for your pets with respect, care and consideration.
About: I am currently working at Decatur Veterinary Clinic and I have been there for a year now. I am one of the girls who cares for the pets after surgery and if they are boarding! I love to interact with dogs and cats and make them feel so loved! I currently work Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings at the vet clinic! I am also attending Huntington University in the fall and I am committed to play volleyball there as well, so I have practice every Wednesday from 5-7 pm and then I go back to my high school on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8-10 am for extra reps! I have a 12 year old chihuahua and a 8 month old kitten! They are slowly learning to get along but I do have to monitor them if they are out at the same time because my kitten always wants to play but my chihuahua isn’t always a fan! I am always keeping an eye on pets and making sure they aren’t getting into any trouble!
“Tonie was really responsive and sent a lot of photos of my cat while I was on vacation. I had peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Will rebook in the future!”

I work full time office job and would love to fill some free time loving your pet while you’re away! I will be attentive to your pets preferences and schedule. I have no pets if my own so their needs are my top priority! I live in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is perfect for your pet to spend time in!

“Shamma is a great Sitter! We boarded our cat with Shamma for 6 days. She took excellent care for our cat and sent us regular updates with pics and videos. I would highly recommend using Shamma as your cat sitter over a cat hotel where cats tend to catch an exception (happened to our cat previously) or are locked in a cage. We can tell our cat had a good time when we picked her up and we will definitely book Shamma again in the future.”

“Amara is so sweet and caring towards the pets! She even spent extra time with our pets, fully without us asking! She even tidied up our space a bit and left the cats a goodbye present. She’s absolutely wonderful and a good choice for all your pet needs!”

About: Hi I am Stephanie. I am a life long dog owner and lover of all animals. I currently have a Cavapoo named Sophie who is my little ball of attitude. I have experience with all kinds of dogs, labs, cocker spaniel, doodles, German shepherds, and French Bulldogs. I am willing to watch in your home as my girl isn't fond of guests. I work full time but depending on the area of town I am available for midday walks and care as well more and evening. I would love to provide amazing care for your pup while you enjoy a relaxing vacation or are out of town for any reason. I currently work full time on the north side of town but am located in New Haven in. I get 1 hr for lunch and if you are located huntertown or in this area I can definitely do midday walks and cuddles. About: I have been taking care of pets, mainly dogs and cats for as long as I can remember! I grew up with dogs and would take care of my neighbors animals when they went on vacation. I would also take my neighbors dogs on walks and do drop in visits if they got stuck at work or had other obligations. I work from home remotely so you can have the peace of mind that your pet wont be left unsupervised for long periods of time. The way I care for pets in the clients home is ensure I arrive on time to guarantee your pet gets the exact amount of care and attention scheduled. Every drop in I follow a strict checklist to ensure comprehensive care. My rough checklist for Drop Ins/Walks: -Immediate outdoor break with exercise -Feeding and fresh water and if needed, administer medications. -Clean up litter boxes if taking care of cats and cleaning up any possible accidents -Affection and more playtime and mental stimulation for higher energy dogs/cats. -Any other requests just ask & I will fit those into my checklist Once I leave your home I triple check to make sure your pet is secure, all windows, and doors are locked. I treat your home as its mine when I'm leaving so you never have to worry about your home being secured.

About: I am a loving mother of 2 and I will care for your pets as if they were one of the kids. I have dog sit before and loved it. When I was younger I use to volunteer at the animal shelter with my great-grandma and that's the reason I love animals today. I have flexible hours and can work around your schedule, anything you need I can do from dog baths to walks at the park. We also adopted a cat a couple of years ago, and we just love him to pieces. We also just adopted a dog that we have previously sat for. I currently work at a nursing home, my boyfriend and I work opposite schedules so someone is always at home with your fur babies. Also with it being summer I have my two kiddos help out. I will make sure each animal has proper care including a clean safe cozy shelter, clean water, regular bathroom breaks, going on walks for at least half an hour, who knows it could be longer, and so much more!

About: I think what sets me apart from other individuals is my patience and love to pets. I’m a genuine guy with plenty of time in my schedule to take great and attentive care of any beloved animal. I’m free as a bird. I’m always looking to help others. Right now, that includes relieving animal owners of the anxiety of not having a great care taker. I’m down for a walk snow or rain. I’m also brilliant with keeping routine. I get along great with all animals. Building trust with a loved pet can be such a reward. It’s truly soul bonding. While I’m not in the position to currently house my own cat or dog doesn’t mean I’m not passionate about taking care of other furry friends.

About: Animals have always had a special place in my heart. Growing up on a farm, I was surrounded by creatures big and small—everything from conures to bison. From an early age, I learned not just how to care for animals, but how to truly respect them. That foundation deepened over the years into a lifelong appreciation for the bond we share with our animal companions. Adopting my dog Uschi was life-changing—she taught me about unconditional love, loyal companionship, and even nudged me toward a healthier lifestyle. That experience reinforced my commitment to providing pets with the same love and care I give my own. I understand how important it is to feel confident when leaving your pet in someone else’s care. That’s why I prioritize consistency, comfort, and safety. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, respect any dietary needs, and make sure they feel calm and cared for every step of the way. I can’t wait to run, play, and give your sweet baby the love they deserve! I currently work remote at my own pace, so I have full availability any time of day, morning or over night. Complete flexibility to your schedule. My overnight stays are flexible and can be tailored to your pet’s specific needs. I’m happy to take care of small home tasks like bringing in the mail or taking out the trash—just let me know what you'd like. We can also go over feeding schedules, walk routines, and note any areas that are off-limits to ensure everything runs smoothly. I understand that separation anxiety is common, and I approach each visit with patience, empathy, and a calming presence. Your pet’s comfort and emotional well-being are my top priority, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, seen, and cared for in your absence. I’m also very mindful of pet nutrition—no treats or dietary changes will be made without your clear consent. I’m available for a wide range of time frames and am happy to adapt to your pet’s rhythm and routine, providing consistency, comfort, and a little extra love while you're away.
About: I have a dog of my own and understand the responsibility that comes with taking care of your pet. I’ve always had many of pets throughout my life and would love to add your pet to my extended family. I am looking forward to showing your pet the love and attention that all humans and pets need. I live an active lifestyle so I am always out and about taking my dog on a walk. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night I will be walking with my pupper and would love for your pet to come along for the ride. I am a frequent attendee at the dog parks and as long as your dog is vaccinated I’m sure they would have a grand time there as well. I can feed, walk, run, and even pick up your dogs poop. I understand the responsibility that comes with pet care as I have a dog of my own who I’ve raised since he was a wee pup. I am able to work with pets of all sizes as many of my friends and family have had me watch their pets while they were away.
About: I’ve been an owner of dogs my entire life and a lover of animals for just as long. I have experience with multiple dog breeds, cats, small animals, as well as farm species, such as llamas, horses, sheep, and cows. I adore all animals and just finished my third year pursuing a degree in animal science. I love meeting pets of all types and ages and getting to know their different personalities! Whether I’m taking them for a walk, dropping in for dinner and playtime, or hanging with them for a few days, I will provide careful attention to your pets’ specific needs. Your pets will always come first and I am dedicated to ensuring their comfort and your peace of mind. I will be in Fort Wayne throughout July and August for an internship, but I'm happy to drop-in on my off days or after work if need be. My calendar shows only the days I am off, but please reach out to chat about your specific needs and we can work out dates/times that work for both of us! I am available for multiple walks or drop-in visits during the day. I can manage both longer walks and shorter potty breaks/time in the yard. I will be sure to get an understanding of your pets’ routines to keep them as comfortable as possible.

“Cory was very kind and made me feel so comfortable with leaving my pupper (Roko) with him. The communication was 100%, great amount of space for Roko to run off his energy and play, and just awesome understanding and care for him. I will be rebooking for the next time we have a family trip because my Roko felt so loved and comfortable and happy here.”

“One of the best! Ted was well taken care of during his stay. Great communication and pictures every day. I felt very comfortable leaving Ted with Agnatha and her family. No doubt in my mind I will use her again when needed. Extremely professional and unlike a lot of others she followed Ted's feeding restrictions. Thanks to Agnatha and her family!”
