“How can I say enough about Clint & Leah? Took a peak at Rover.com at the recommendation of an animal loving friend. Read the profiles. How can you decide who to invite into your mother’s senior living residence to care for her cat for two weeks based on a brief description???? Prayed abt it for awhile and reached out to Clint and Leah. Texted them, believe we spoke on the phone before their initial “meet and greet visit.” (No charge btw). They are a delightful couple, involved in ministry to people and critters! They took on the challenge of caring for our somewhat grumpy cat Mittens. Besides their daily visits to feed and water our cat, the brought in the mail & newspaper, watered the plants, took them out for a sunbath on a warm day, then brought them in from the cold another, played with Mittens, brought my attention to some health concerns, emptied her litter box, swept floor, even brought Mittens her favorite treats, needed hair ball medicine, and a new toy! They visited daily, sending pics and notes abt their visits. When the contracted time was up, the made an extra visit (also non-paid) to return the keys. The peace of mind they gave me was a blessing! If anyone needs a pet sitter for their pet, please don’t be afraid to call on Clint and Leah. They are awesome caretakers. Took a risk on the unknown and Mittens won!”

About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (I would never do this with a dog that is not mine!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so you furbaby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion to walk with. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.

About: I have had my own dogs, plus taken care of my friends dogs in my home for 20+ years. I also have 4 dog adoring teenagers who also will love on your fur baby. We have a 2 year old Morkie with a big personality. I am a stay at home homeschool mom. Other than taking teens to/from work or at the gym, I am routinely home for dog care. There is rarely a time when I or one of my children isn’t home. I am able to walk your dog at our home or yours, or let them in our fenced back yard if they are staying with me. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was 18 years old. I am not intimidated by size or breed of dog or cat. I have cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, horses, chickens, llamas, and a hedgehog. If owner was okay with it I took the dog to work with me or to a park to walk. One is a litter robot and the other is a manual litter box. I have three cats so more than one litter box is needed. There are copious amounts of toys for them. We have a dedicated toy box to pull from whenever we notice our cats are getting bored of the current toys. One of my cats is a long furred cat, so I brush him every day to help him with matting and grooming. My other two cats are shorthair, I still brush them, but with a much shorter brush.

About: I am a loving mother of 2 and I will care for your pets as if they were one of the kids. I have dog sit before and loved it. When I was younger I use to volunteer at the animal shelter with my great-grandma and that's the reason I love animals today. I have flexible hours and can work around your schedule, anything you need I can do from dog baths to walks at the park. We also adopted a cat a couple of years ago, and we just love him to pieces. We also just adopted a dog that we have previously sat for. I currently work at a nursing home, my boyfriend and I work opposite schedules so someone is always at home with your fur babies. Also with it being summer I have my two kiddos help out. I will make sure each animal has proper care including a clean safe cozy shelter, clean water, regular bathroom breaks, going on walks for at least half an hour, who knows it could be longer, and so much more!

About: We provide residential boarding in both our house and finished barn depending on availability and needs. You can schedule a tour. Drop off and pick up time as early as 7am and 11pm. Playtime in the yard is included. You can pay extra for a daily walk. Charged a flat rate per night. Updates available during stay. All dogs are welcome small, big, young, old, friendly, and we are also capable of caring for aggressive dogs. As a family business, my wife Valerie is home during the day to care for clients and I’m home in the evening and weekends to assist. Client needs are met with compassion and knowledge. Care is discussed in detailed and documented. Updates are sent as requested. Dogs in the house must be able to be crated, otherwise the large indoor/outdoor runs in the barn are a better option.
