About: I have had my own pets ever since being little. I have also worked for a pet sitting business a few years ago that offered many services to their clients. My home is a fun loving home with a daily schedule and lots of love and fun. I am currently a part time worker and I only work 4 days a week for just a few hours during the day. I am home most of the time except if I am running kids to games or practice in the evening. I have a small fenced in area and a doggy door that is available as well. I am also outside often too. We have a quiet and great neighborhood for walks as needed.

My full time job is Monday through Thursday, and I have the capability to care for dogs prior to 9am, and after 8pm. About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

“Dustin did a great job taking care of Patty with short notice. He was flexible and quick to respond to set up a meet and greet at the last minute when we had a death in the family. Patty enjoyed her day with Dustin and the rest of the pups. She loves meeting new people and pups but can be a bit shy and clinging at first but it was clear from the photos that Dustin provided that she was happy and content while we were away. She isn't used to being around several dogs and Dustin did a great job getting her settled in. She loves laying in the sun and roaming around grassy areas and Dustin's yard was like a big wonderful park for her where she could be off leash and enjoy the outdoors and running. We will absolutely be taking Patty back for just play time with other pups to make sure she stays socialized. She came home tired and happy and it was clear she was very well cared for. I try to ask to be shown during a meet and greet your usual routine to try to follow what a day to day would be like if you were at home with them for maximum comfort! I enjoy walks and do not mind going for daily exercise (weather appropriate) or hang in your back yard and play fetch!
About: I’ve always been the biggest animal lover, and am currently raising 2 of my own. They are easily the best part of every day! I’ve raised puppies, have been a pet sitter, or even just swing by houses to let their dogs outside for a bit! I quickly learned that my fav part of working from home was spending time with my dogs! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little but more specifically this year when I house sat with two dogs and a cat! I have had a golden retriever and a beagle throughout my childhood. I also dog sat a blue heeler. I love taking care of dogs and I would love to take care of yours! About: I’ve taken care all sorts of animals ever since I was a kid. I also showed goats in 4- H for ten years. “This was our dogs' first stay with anyone new. They were both anxious & kept peeing & pooping in Surama's home because of it, even though she was taking them out very often. Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. I appreciated that she was open & honest about what was happening, while assuring me it was fine & in no way causing us to feel worse about it. She also sent pictures of them playing with her family & other dogs, which my daughter especially appreciated. Surama was so kind & we will definitely use her in the future.😊👍”
