About: I've owned animals all my life. I currently own one outdoor cat and 4 horses. I recently lost my dog of 13 years to cushings disease. I currently work part time at a horse boarding facility and previously worked for several years as a kennel techician. Traveling for a week every year with my family, I know it's hard to find good quality care for my pets. I'd love to be able to provide that care to the pets of other families. I work part time at a horse boarding facility 4 days a week (Thursday - Sunday). I work 2 shifts each day for 3- 4 hours each and have a 2-3 hour break between my shifts. About: I administer medicine to one of my own cats daily! I’ve had my cats for 4 years (one is 4, the other is almost 2). My almost 2 year old is the trouble child, and has become name acquainted with his vet so I know how to administer most meds! About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn.
