About: Since I was 14, I’ve been responsible for taking care of my own dogs and those of my neighbors, family, and friends. I come from a large dog family, from a Great Pyrenees to Labs and German Shepherds, but I’ve also been able to care for smaller dogs in my neighborhood. I’ve also cared for sensitive and reactive dogs who came from hard backgrounds, so I have experience taking it slow to build trust. I also care for cats as well, with experience from my own 13 year old orange cat and my mom’s two crazy kittens. Whether it’s taking them on walks, playing tug of war, giving them meds, or just keeping them company, I love any time I get to spend with fur babies. I’m preparing to leave for a scholarship in Poland at the end of September after graduating with my Master’s degree in May, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I am free most days and times with the exception of a few days with prior commitments throughout the summer. I strive to provide the best care with the utmost respect for you and your fur baby’s home. If there’s anything I should know about your pet’s care preferences or any neighborhood/environmental concerns, please let me know so that I may keep your pet safe at all times. I have experience with fenced in yards and open areas, as well as plenty of experience with flight risk dogs (those German Shepherds love to run!) and returning them safely home. My goal is to keep your pet and place safe and clean until you return home.
“Brelynn is amazing! She was so kind and gentle with my senior dog, who needs medicine hidden in wet food and also needs assistance getting up and down the stairs to my deck. Even in frigid January temperatures, Brelynn gave my dog the outdoor time she needed and then cuddled with her indoors for the rest of the visit. She gave my dog more time and attention than I can provide over a rushed lunch hour, and I’m so grateful for the loving care she gave my doggy!”

About: I focus on cats at the Humane Society. I thinks cats are fascinating and deserve as much attention as a dog. I am well attuned to cat personalities and how to approach cats successfully. Cleaning and maintaining the litter box is no problem 😉

About: Hi! I've been an animal lover my whole life and genuinely enjoy caring for pets. While I have years of experience with dogs, I also love spending time with cats and understand that every cat has a unique personality and routine. Whether your cat is playful and social or prefers a quiet environment, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I'll provide fresh food and water, clean the litter box, give them plenty of attention (or space if they prefer!), and make sure they stay happy and comfortable in their own home. I'm reliable, patient, and will always follow your cat's routine and any special instructions to ensure they're receiving the best possible care. I know how important it is to have peace of mind while you're away, and I'll treat your cat as if they were my own.

“We highly recommend Zachary! He took great care of our kitties for 2 weeks. we could not have been more pleased. We loved getting pictures of our boys while on vacation. We will definitely use him again.”

“Audrey was so helpful with our fur babies!! Very thorough, kind and communicative. We’ve got elderly pets, so there’s feeding and medication specifications and she handled them so well and gave us wonderful updates. Highly recommend!!”

About: I have never had a cat of my own due to family allergies but have sat for families with cats and for friends who have multiple cats at home. I do not mind claws or playful cats I understand that can be part of their love
About: I am kind, tidy, and endlessly patient with my furry clients. I’m Humane Society-trained in cat care, and I’ve spent years as the go-to pet sitter for neighbors’ and family members’ dogs. Whether it’s a shy rescue cat or an energetic pup, I bring the same mix of gentleness and reliability to every visit. I am very flexible; I can do all week. I can do both mornings and nights. I am available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, and those times work best for me. Your pet’s care is my top priority. I provide fresh water at all times and feed them one to two meals a day, depending on your pet’s routine — plus daily walks, playtime in the yard, and any training reinforcement they need. I’ll brush them when needed and give treats in the exact amounts you specify, always making sure they’re happy and comfortable. You’ll get plenty of photos and videos along the way so you can see how much fun they’re having! I also take great care of your home while you’re away. I make sure your pet leaves no mess behind, water indoor and outdoor plants as needed, and even help out with light housework like vacuuming and mopping. Your home will be just as clean — if not cleaner — than when you left it.
About: I have taken care of animals for many years. Farm animals to reptiles have been in my scope of care. Pet First Aid Certified too. I am a school bus driver, so I'm out the door early, available 8:30-1:30 and then after 5:00. Evenings are fairly open as well. Thanks! I would like to have a consistent relationship with a pet that I would bring to my home. The pet would be on a leash ,until I was POSITIVE that the pet would stay with me.

About: ABOUT ME: Completely insured WITH Animal Bailee Insurance and Vet Protection Coverage through PCI. I have been on and off Rover since I was in college and own my small business. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. Maple was a diabetic for 7 years. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. My senior pets care needs helped build my knowledge in senior dogs. I am well educated on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be just ask me! EDUCATION: I am a graduate with my b.s. in buisness from Purdue. I currently am a stay at home mother, with much freedom to build my own schedule. Therefore I am always available for drop-ins and pup walks throughout the week and weekends. I am completely insured with $1M general liability, Animal Bailee Insurance, and Vet Protection Coverage. I care for pets in the same way I would care for my own pets, like family. Play time, walks, relaxing on the couch, eating treats, you know... just hanging out.

“Dustin is terrific! Our dog, who had undergone some minor surgery earlier in the week, was in good hands. We wanted to be sure she didn't bother her stitches, and Dustin kept a close eye on that. Tess got along well with his dogs, and the property is lovely. We had no worries with Dustin on the job!”

We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.

“Mark and Kelly were very sweet and patient with our little 14 year old dog, Roxi. Roxi stayed at their house for a couple days while we were in town visiting. She was nervous at first with the elderly dogs that lived there but Mark and Kelly made sure she had a "safe place" and over time she even started to venture out of her shell. The stay there was good for her.”

About: Hello! I’ve taken care of dogs professionally for 7 years. I have worked at Hunt Club Boarding Kennel in Zionsville IN since 2019. My duties at this job include walking, feeding, administering medication, and caring for the overall comfort of the dogs we board. I love dogs and have always enjoyed working with them. I am attending grad school at IU this fall and I am looking to make some extra money doing something I love! I have a very flexible schedule and can easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I currently work part-time at Hunt Club Boarding Kennel, with shifts typically lasting 4–5 hours. Because of my schedule, I have no midday conflicts and am available to stop by between 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. every day for walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, or check-ins. I am also available in the mornings and evening depending on my kennel schedule! Please reach out for more availability! I am very comfortable controlling dogs regardless of size. I have my own leads but I have experience walking dogs with harnesses and other such devices. It might sound silly, but I understand the importance of proper harness application and know that if it is put on incorrectly this can lead to major issues. After 7 years of working at the kennel I am confident in my ability to read animal behavior and know what a dog is comfortable with or not.

I’m comfortable administering oral and topical medications, following detailed care instructions, and maintaining specific feeding schedules, including pets with special diets or picky eating habits. I’m also used to managing multiple care needs at once, such as balancing walks, feeding routines, and medication timing for more than one pet in a household. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet owners, so I provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication throughout each stay or visit. For example, I make it a point to share how your pet is adjusting, how they’re eating, and any little personality moments that help you feel connected while you’re away. My goal is for your pets to feel relaxed, loved, and well cared for, like they’re on their own little vacation. 🥰 Since I am a student completing school online, I spend a lot of my time at home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and dedicate plenty of attention to the pets in my care. I love being able to take breaks from studying to spend time with animals, whether that’s going for a walk, providing companionship, or keeping them on their normal routine while their owners are away. My own dogs are a big part of my daily life, so caring for animals already fits naturally into my routine. I understand that pets thrive on consistency, attention, and feeling comfortable in their own environment, and I’m happy to provide that extra love and care when you can’t be there. Animals are my passion, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. As a dedicated “helicopter dog parent,” I understand how important it is to feel confident and at ease when leaving your pets in someone else’s care. For dog walking, I ensure each walk is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to your dog’s needs—whether that means an energetic outing or a relaxed stroll with plenty of sniff time. I’m experienced with a range of personalities, leash behaviors, and special requirements. For in-home care, I maintain your pet’s normal routine and provide attentive, reliable care while you’re away. I have experience with both cats and dogs, including administering medications, following detailed instructions, and managing feeding schedules. I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality, preferences, and comfort needs.

“I couldn't have asked for better care for my sweet baby Myla! Kevin & Diana went above and beyond to make sure she felt at home, showering her with love and attention. They kept me updated with adorable photos and videos, which put my mind at ease while I was away. Myla came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism—I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for trustworthy and wonderful dog sitters!”

“Julie took very good care of Lilo. She provided timely updates with pictures. Both of her dogs are very friendly. Lilo had a great time and looking forward to use Julie for future pet sittting needs.”

“Jett had a wonderful time! I think he wanted to stay longer & play 😂 We were thrilled to get tons of pictures and videos of our baby as well as really good communication while we were away. Thank you for taking such good care of him and I know he’s looking forward to the next play date!”

“Jane took amazing care of our 10 month old puppy, and her dog was a great playmate. I felt she cared for our pup as if she were her own. Each evening she’d send a detailed update and several photos and even videos of our happy pup. This resulted in the most worry-free arrangement we could have asked for. Great communication, reliable and kind interaction all around. Very grateful and we highly recommend Jane!”

“Jessica and David took great care of Mocha. They communicated well, sent us lovely photos of our pooch during her stay, and treated her to a walk, car ride and pup cup. They are true dog people! Absolutely would book them again.”

“Dayna was great with Panny and although it was not a great fit for our dog in particular ( she can be a little old and grumpy) I would highly recommend her skills and sweet personality!”

“Kailly was so good with our pup! She walked him twice daily and gave him a lot of love and attention. She's also very flexible and communicates/replies very quickly. We'll definitely be using her again!”

“Melissa did a fantastic job with Chloe. She went above and beyond when my plans changed. Chloe was very well taken care of & we had no trouble resuming our normal schedule as soon as I returned after a 10 day trip. I received updates via text, photos & movies. I will be using her services again : )”

“Amy and Caleb were the perfect hosts for our Australian Shepherd. Our pup craves human attention and their four boys played with her until her heart was content and her legs tired. Amy shared updates and photos throughout the stay and was always responsive when I had a question. Great experience.”

“D is absolutely wonderful. She took perfect care of our pup, sent photos and videos, and was very responsive. She ensured that Luna followed all of our rules so she did not forget her training, while also showing extra care and attention so she did not get lonely. Our pup just loved her and it was evident that she felt right at home. We will definitely be returning.”

“Stephanie was fantastic with my two, rather large pitties. Being a first time Rover user and really a first time pet sitter user in general, I was very apprehensive to what felt like giving up my dogs to a stranger. But any apprehension I had quickly went away with Stephanie. She gave constant updates and sent pictures on a daily basis of my pups playing in her beautiful fenced in backyard. She clearly has a love for dogs and maybe a soft spot for pitties. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Ernie didn’t skip a beat while with Bethany. I appreciate that she was flexible with a schedule that kept changing due to emergency. Sweet family and furry friends .”

“Gabriella was amazing with Skylar. From the minute we met at the meet and greet to her 4 night stay with her. Lots of pictures and updates. Skylar was living her best life! Will definitely be using her again! Thank you!!!”

“Rachel & Seth were amazing! They are great at communicating before, during and after the sit. They make sure everything is taken care of and have a great house and yard. Michigan was very happy there. They even sent pictures and updates on what Michigan was doing each day. I highly recommend them. 10/10”

“I am so grateful to have found people that can take care of my Cocoa when I go out of town. They were very kind and accommodating. I could tell my girl had a great time.”

“Louie was very happy at Sharon’s and even had a play date. He got walked and Sharon went above and beyond with texts, pictures, and videos. We would definitely go back.”

“First time using Rover and had a fantastic experience! Our pet sitter, Gabbi, maintained great communication throughout the entire process. She was easy to coordinate with, which gave us real peace of mind. Her space is well-kept, with plenty of area for our dog to relax, go on walks, and stay active. We especially appreciated the regular picture updates-it was reassuring to see our dog happy and well cared for. We will definitely be having her watch our dog again.”
