About: I have years of experience with animal care and boarding, along with volunteering with animal shelters and transporting adoptable pets to their new homes. I live on 2½ acres in a quiet country setting with plenty of room to enjoy. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away—and I’ll care for them like one of my own! 🐾 I work a consistent weekday schedule and am home by 4pm, with evenings and weekends spent at home. My house has flexibility in schedules, and I can work with you to make accommodations if necessary. We're an active family, so walks, outdoor time, play and plenty of attention are easy to incorporate into our days. For the less active, we love snugglers and are always able to accommodate downtime. Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. I appreciated that she was open & honest about what was happening, while assuring me it was fine & in no way causing us to feel worse about it. About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily! About: I have taken care of pets my whole life (my own and others). I have two of my own dogs currently — at 70 lb Shepherd x Dalmatian and a 25 lb Jack Russel x Aussie, both of which can get rowdy so I am no stranger to high energy pets! I am happy to help work on basic commands and will make sure your pet gets plenty of physical and mental exercise! I am a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible when it comes to checking in on pets and I typically like to spend >1 hour with them a day. I can provide medications and/or any specific care that your dog might require. I am a graduate student and my schedule can be flexible! For boarding— my own dogs wake me up at 6 am to eat and then often like to go outside around 8 after some more snoozing. As a student I can be gone from 9-5 occasionally, but more often it is 11-4 or something similar. On average I am gone between 4-8 hours at a time depending on my schedule. During the day we usually play and I give them different enrichment toys. When I am home I let the dogs out frequently to romp in the yard! Dinner is around 5 and then usually a calm evening. My weekends I am usually home for the entire day. For at home visits or walks— I am happy to fit your pets needs into my schedule! I can offer up to 3 visits per day and can spend various amounts of time with your pet based on their needs. For boarding—I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play. I have two dogs who are friendly (albeit loud) and would love to run around with your dog! I do have a crate in the house for your dog if needed. When I am gone my own dogs are closed in my bedroom and I would likely close your pet(s) in a separate room as well— your pet does not need to be crate trained if they are non destructive! Because I do have pets of my own any boarded dogs need to be dog and cat friendly. For home visits and walks— I am slow to introduce myself with each visit to make sure your pet is comfortable with me in their home as it can be stressful!! I typically sit with pets before immediately going for the leash to make sure they feel safe. I am happy to spend time with your pets beyond walking/feeding! In am able to stay for longer periods of time in the evenings to play or sit and just spend time with them. I am comfortable with reactive dogs and will prioritize your pets comfort.

About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve loved being around and tending to animals since I was a little girl. About: Ever since I was a little girl we have always had a dog in the house so, when I turned 18 I adopted one of my own but after 16 1/2 years of loving her, I had to say good bye. Thus, sparked my motivation to help others care for and love their pet(s) when they’re in need. I have experience with puppys, potty training, leash & clicker training among other things! I love to execute play time and know the importance of expending energy. The dogs I have trained are very well mannered and learn to behave well around people and other pets & listen to commands. Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily! About: I have taken care of pets my whole life (my own and others). I have two of my own dogs currently — at 70 lb Shepherd x Dalmatian and a 25 lb Jack Russel x Aussie, both of which can get rowdy so I am no stranger to high energy pets! I am happy to help work on basic commands and will make sure your pet gets plenty of physical and mental exercise! I am a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible when it comes to checking in on pets and I typically like to spend >1 hour with them a day. I can provide medications and/or any specific care that your dog might require. I am a graduate student and my schedule can be flexible! For boarding— my own dogs wake me up at 6 am to eat and then often like to go outside around 8 after some more snoozing. As a student I can be gone from 9-5 occasionally, but more often it is 11-4 or something similar. On average I am gone between 4-8 hours at a time depending on my schedule. During the day we usually play and I give them different enrichment toys. When I am home I let the dogs out frequently to romp in the yard! Dinner is around 5 and then usually a calm evening. My weekends I am usually home for the entire day. For at home visits or walks— I am happy to fit your pets needs into my schedule! I can offer up to 3 visits per day and can spend various amounts of time with your pet based on their needs. For boarding—I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play. I have two dogs who are friendly (albeit loud) and would love to run around with your dog! I do have a crate in the house for your dog if needed. When I am gone my own dogs are closed in my bedroom and I would likely close your pet(s) in a separate room as well— your pet does not need to be crate trained if they are non destructive! Because I do have pets of my own any boarded dogs need to be dog and cat friendly. For home visits and walks— I am slow to introduce myself with each visit to make sure your pet is comfortable with me in their home as it can be stressful!! I typically sit with pets before immediately going for the leash to make sure they feel safe. I am happy to spend time with your pets beyond walking/feeding! In am able to stay for longer periods of time in the evenings to play or sit and just spend time with them. I am comfortable with reactive dogs and will prioritize your pets comfort.

About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. Since starting Rover, I have had multiple in home stays with dogs, and homes that have both dogs and cats. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific care needs or scheduling. I care for pets with the same level of attention and compassion as I do my own. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. Dogs are taken outside regularly for bathroom breaks and exercise, and I make time to play and engage with them to keep them happy and active. For cats, I maintain clean litter boxes in addition to providing consistent feeding, fresh water, and attentive care. About: Giants are my passion! I have driven to the far side of Texas, Arkansas, Canadian US boarder, Florida, Ocean side of Virginia and everything in between to rescue Giants from all walks of life and age. At the moment I have 4 St. Bernards, 2 Great Danes, a Mastiff and a Terrior Mix; all brought into my home at different times, at random ages and health; today I have a conducive healthy pack whom are open fed without issue. I have children from newborns to the elderly visit or stay without issue. I homeschool my 3 children. Hourly checks made on food supply available, washing and filling water dishes with clean fresh water. Fenced in dog play ground including tunnels, obstacles, shade and lots of sun! Each year we expand our dog park (1/4 of my yard completely fenced in from 3 access points including 2 walk out points from the house) boundaries and/or obstacles with the intent to keep our 4 leg family members safe, healthy, and happy.

I often come home on my lunch breaks to let the dogs out again, and I’m usually home between 4 and 5 in the afternoon for another potty break, dinner, and some relaxing downtime together. I’m flexible with feeding and walk times and can easily adjust my schedule to make sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I genuinely enjoy walks and love including them as part of my daily routine! Since I have two dogs of my own, I don’t offer overnight house sitting away from my home, but I’m happy to do drop-in visits and spend quality time with your pets while you’re away. I can come by for walks, playtime with their favorite toy or ball, or even practice basic commands using training treats or a clicker. I can also host them at my house for a stay! When your dog stays with me, they’ll be treated just like family, loved, cared for, and included in daily life. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for running and playing. I do my best to follow the same routines and training methods you use at home, so your pet feels comfortable and confident while in my care.
