I had also never been away from my 19yo cat other than my honeymoon so I wanted to make sure she was well looked after since she’s old and set in her ways. About: I have a cat that I have been raising since June of 2024 since he was a little kitten. I love and cherish him and have learned a lot of patience over the past year while raising him. I also have a love for dogs and I have a little experience with them as well. I am a self-employed delivery driver, so I have a lot of free time, and I am flexible but right now I am only able to accept morning care for pets. I stick to routine and consistency when it comes to pets because that is what works best in most situations. If the pet has no structure in its life and its environment is full of chaos, then that leaves room for pet aggression and may cause the pet to be out of control. About: I have a lot of experience handling and working with multiple breeds of dogs. I currently work at a dog boarding facility where I interact with dogs of all breeds and sizes. As a requirement for my job, I have completed online training courses for canine behavior and first aid. I am also pet first aid and CPR certified for both cats and dogs. I have 3+ years experience pet sitting at homes for multiple pets. I have experience walking pets as well as doing some basic obedience cues and training. Most of my experience is with dogs however, I do care for cats as well, as I have 2 of my own. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since was was 12 years old. I’ve adopted two dogs, one from a rescue and the other from Indianapolis Animal Care Services. (Both have crossed the rainbow bridge.) I volunteered with Every Dog Counts Rescue for 5 years, volunteered with The Humane Society of Hamilton County and volunteer with Indianapolis Animal Care Services. I also worked at 4 Paws Lodge in Fishers for approximately a year. I also dogsit for friends and family members every so often. I work full time Monday - Friday for a law firm in downtown Indy (I’m remote on Thursdays.) (I leave for work around 7am and don’t get home until 5:15pm). I also work part-time for the Indiana Pacers and I’m in culinary school as well. Other than working and school, I’m very much a homebody. Despite having a busy schedule, spending time with my furry friends is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve cared for multiple dogs within numerous homes, many times. I just make sure everyone gets as much love and affection as often as they want!
About: I’ve have been a dog owner for over 15 years. I have taken care of animals as young as a puppy and senior dogs. I have also cared for small animals. I work from home on Mondays. I do work in office Tuesday through Friday but home on the weekends with full availability. I do have help at home so someone is always present to take dogs out to potty!
