I am open Fridays and most weekend days. I am able to stop in to let out or walk your pet after 5:30 during the week as well. I come from a large dog family, from a Great Pyrenees to Labs and German Shepherds, but I’ve also been able to care for smaller dogs in my neighborhood. About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. About: My furry family has been growing since 2017! Over the years, we’ve rescued, puppy trained, and kitten trained our way to a home filled with three four-legged friends. During COVID, we spent about a year fostering animals through our local shelter. We quickly learned we weren’t the best foster parents because we ended up adopting one of the kittens from our very own litter! There are currently more animals in our home than humans, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🐾 My husband and I both work from home, which gives us the flexibility to provide walks, check-ins, and plenty of love and attention whenever your pets need it! About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I love dogs and cats alike. I don’t prefer one to the other and have two cats and a dog of my own. I’m just patient with animals and experienced in following the directions of parents. I like your animals to feel their routine is the same as when their owner is home. I am currently working part time from home, so I have a lot of flexibility with my days to come and take care of animals. We have had dogs stay in our home with us.
