About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and dogs have always had a special place in my heart! Growing up, my family had dogs, horses, goats, chickens, cats, birds, fish—you name it. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and over the years I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for friends and family whenever they go on vacation. I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re full of energy and love long walks or prefer cuddles and a relaxing day at home. My goal is to make your pup feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away by keeping their routine as normal as possible. You can expect plenty of playtime, belly rubs, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. I treat every dog as if they were my own and will keep you updated so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in good hands! I currently work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and have an hour commute each way. Because of this, I offer boarding for pets who are comfortable being alone for an extended period during the workday. I am fully available on weekends and can dedicate plenty of time to your furry family members! I also offer evening dog walks and drop-in visits after work. My neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly, making it ideal for long walks and plenty of sniffing adventures. I make sure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and, of course, treats (with owner approval!). My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away, treating them like part of my own family.

About: I've grown up living with dogs and have been the primary trainer for my family's dogs. I do pretty well working with new pets and can handle full size dogs. I'm an engineer who gets home from work around 4 or 5PM. My weekends are empty 3/4 weekends a month. I can do overnights on Sunday and during the work week if your dog is used to being alone 9-5. I have a small yard, and live next to the beach. I typically walk my dog to the beach 2-3 times a day on the weekend and she swims often. I usually use a harness to walk dogs, never leave them unattended outside since I have no fence. Make sure they have food twice a day and water always full.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I I’ve taken a vocational course for veterinary & I’ve have pets of my own! I’m also working towards becoming a groomer so this is something to get my foot in the door of giving myself even more experience than I already have! When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your animal I will dedicate my time to loving them as if they were my own! I had booked boarding with the vet, but I knew my cats would be stressed sitting in a strange environment cooped up in a tiny cage for a week. Emily followed my instructions and sent a picture every day to let me know they were okay. I left treats and a brush and she indulged them in the last minutes of each daily visit. She came around the time she said she would be there each day and kept in contact with any questions and news as to how they were doing. While my yard is open and unfenced, I never leave dogs outside unattended—they’re always on a leash and supervised, with access to a sunny, enclosed sunroom for extra comfort. For smaller dogs, I have a crate available if preferred by the owner, and I’m also able to provide transport in case of a vet emergency. My home is stocked with cozy blankets and toys that are always available for dogs to borrow and enjoy. About: Hi! I’m a dogaholic. I have experience taking care of labs, great danes, staffordshire terriers, and my personal favorite: GOLDEN RETRIEVERS! My walks give dogs the structure and clarity they need to live better lives and lead to a better relationship between dog and owner. Let’s talk! I work at Chipotle in Portage but typically that doesn’t interfere with dog walking and visits. Contact me today for specifics and we can get you booked asap! Safety is my #1 priority. I am pet CPR certified, which I think all pet owners should consider getting (it’s a $25 course y’all!). Especially those with larger breeds, which are more susceptible to heart attacks. Know the signs of heart attacks, dehydration, and heat exhaustion. Finally, I ask all my new dog-owners if there is any medical history, allergies, disabilities, or medication I need to be aware of before caring for that animal.
About: I have had a total of 3 dogs and 2 cats in my household at the same time! I have had several other pets such as hamsters, rabbits, turtles, and a few bunches of chickens. I have a great passion for caring for pets and making them feel loved. This is a passion on top of a job, so I will be as available as I can; however, I cannot guarantee my week to week schedule will be the same. I will treat your pet just like my own. About: I have a long history of dog walking and care experience. I love big dogs that are able to run and be active, however I appriciate small dogs as well! I am a runner so enjoy taking dogs on runs if they are big enough or you are comfortable with that. I like playing with dogs however they feel comfortable, and generally can become a dog’s friend quickly and gain their trust. I know the importance of a dog trusting it’s caregiver/walker in order to create a positive experience for them. I have a job where I can create my own schedule, so have flexibility in when I can walk and dog sit. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was little. I own three guinea pigs and a fish. I am currently going to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. I have also been a veterinary assistant for about 4 years! Animals are my whole life and I will love your animals just like mine I am doing this full time so I am available to work with everyone’s schedule and I will continue to keep my schedule on her updated! About: Hi there! I worked as kennel staff at an animal hospital for over a year before I moved to Nevada, and then I worked at both and animal hospital and a grooming salon during the two years I lived there! (I have since returned to Northwest Indiana!) I took care of both cats and dogs(of all breeds and disabilities) and helped medicate and treat them! I have owned pets all my life, both cats and dogs, and have been their primary caretakers. I am heavily passionate about animals! I currently have two dogs and four cats. I am 23 and have a driver's license. I love animals more than anything, and would do whatever it takes to make your pets feel happy and safe in my company! I am currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to take care of other people's pets! I live in a household with other people, so I'm more than able to housesit, as well! If said pet is undergoing training of any sort, I'm willing to make sure that training is implemented throughout the visit, walk, or stay. About: I've grown up living with dogs and have been the primary trainer for my family's dogs. I do pretty well working with new pets and can handle full size dogs. I'm an engineer who gets home from work around 4 or 5PM. My weekends are empty 3/4 weekends a month. I can do overnights on Sunday and during the work week if your dog is used to being alone 9-5. I have a small yard, and live next to the beach. I typically walk my dog to the beach 2-3 times a day on the weekend and she swims often. I usually use a harness to walk dogs, never leave them unattended outside since I have no fence. Make sure they have food twice a day and water always full.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. I’m a teacher who is off all summer. I have plenty of time to fill and would love to look after your animals, either in my home, as a drop in, or just a walk. I have a fenced in backyard, two amazing labs who love other dogs, and a wife and daughter who love dogs as much as I do.

“Sharee was a GODSEND!!! An absolute a dream to work with from initial contact to meet & greet, to the drop-off, to pick-up: everything was simple, seamless and SO well in hand. Since our Morty has only been for an overnight stay once without either me/my husband or a family member he’s known a LONG time, my husband and I were concerned about leaving our boy behind while we were on vacation but Sharee put both of us at ease right away. Sharee is warm and friendly with a great vibe. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and is very comfortable and confident working with multiple dogs of varying sizes. Sharee definitely gives off “Alpha” energy, which is especially important because dogs need to know who’s running things in order to feel as well as actually BE safe and secure. She’s got a great back yard with lots of room for pups to run around in and sniff as well as a decent sized area that is still outdoors but parceled off if pups need separation for any reason. This way everyone gets fresh air without having to sacrifice safety. I love this. Morty (who normally is quite bashful when meeting new people) took to Sharee right away: I believe this was because she was so calm, decisive, yet loving and warm with all the other dogs that were there. Once he saw how happy/not stressed out all the other dogs seemed, Morty seemed to fold into the pack pretty seamlessly. Tails were wagging hard and fast all around— it was amazing! One thing I truly appreciated was on the evening when we dropped Morty off, Sharee met us at the car and SHE walked Morty into the house and I followed behind. This set the tone and served as a kind of “changing of the guard” insofar as signaling to Morty that he had to listen to HER from then on out. He got on board without issue (again, safety first: I. LOVE. IT.), and then she introduced him to the other dogs who would be his buddies during his stay (some he’d met during the meet and greet, one he hadn’t… all was well!) While we were away Sharee kept us updated throughout each day on how Morty was adjusting and what good mischief he and the others were getting into with sweet pictures and videos which were always appreciated. We also discovered that Sharee’s dog, King, and Morty are kindred spirits and became fast friends so that was great too! While Morty seemed happy to see us when we came to scoop him up when it was time to go, I’d be lying if I said he didn’t cry for a little bit on the car ride home when he realized King wasn’t coming too! 😂 All told, we could not have asked for a better experience and will MOST DEFINITELY be repeat customers!!! Sharee is AMAZING!!!!!”
