About: I worked full time for a shelter and loved working with every animal there. Meeting them at their level so that their needs were completely fulfilled was my passion. Whether they were high or low energy, dim or bright, friendly or not, I thrived on figuring out what would make the the most adoptable and what would make them most comfortable in the harsh shelter environment. It was a difficult and demanding job at times especially when I needed to provide first aid or medication/therapy for ailing animals but I always enjoyed coming home knowing I did something that meant something to those parent-less pets. I also had the lovely opportunity to work the social media for the shelter and take photos and videos of each animal to best display their personalities to the wider public who wouldn't normally see them otherwise. I currently work part time with very flexible hours so I am frequently available to provide service to both my own pets and others. I find it very fulfilling to be able to make time for my own furry friends! Working in a shelter environment I often met many animals at their lowest when they were beyond scared and upset. About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. About: I've been caring for dogs for over 10 years and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for your pet while you're away. I'm comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, and following each dog's normal routine and care instructions. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home while they're in my care, while also giving you peace of mind knowing they're being well taken care of. As a stay-at-home mom, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I'm home throughout the day, which gives me plenty of time to provide pets with attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, feeding, and companionship. I have a flexible schedule and can easily adjust to each pet's normal routine and needs. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods and will have someone around to make them feel comfortable and cared for while they're away from home. Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for someone else's pet. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of attention while in my care. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, routines, walks, medications, and any special needs. I also understand that every pet has a different personality, so I give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable in a new environment. I want every owner to have peace of mind knowing their pet is safe, happy, and being treated like part of the family.

About: I have grown up with pets my entire life. Caring for animals has always been a passion. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for my family and friend's pets such as dogs, cats, fish and guinea pig for the past 30 years. I currently have a 95 pound pitty mix and love him to pieces! I am a reliable and trustworthy mom and fur mom that works full time in the community and is looking for a fun side job :) I work full time but have a very flexible schedule! I have raised and cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, donkeys and misc small pets. Our family is without a dog right now.
