I can take them out every two hours, to go potty. I can keep them over night. I took care of a one eye cat, I took care of a blind dog. I have had dogs in diapers. About: I enjoy having dogs, and started using this website when I went out of town. Because of this, I know the high standard of care I expect from my sitter, and what you should expect too. I will take the time and care you would for your own dog. I'll give them snuggles, playtime, and lots of outside time depending on the crazy weather we have here of course. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. About: I’ve worked at a dog hotel, and I’ve pet sat for both cats and dogs. I’ve never met a dog that didn’t like me, and I’ve never met a cat that didn’t tolerate me. I’m a student pilot, so some days I have about 2 and a half hours where I won’t be available. Otherwise I have a very flexible schedule and can spend all day or any time caring for your pet. Routine is key. I have attended local training centers/classes for support. I am a certified foster for Humane Indiana, Munster, IN. I have experience with senior dogs as I have lost 2 senior dogs in the past, age 13 and 14. I will accommodate your pet as needed inside and outside of my home. I have 1 acre of land to exercise, fenced in area, inground pool with splash pad area (if they like to swim, otherwise, access is fenced off). I am willing to FaceTime/communicate with pet parent as needed! (I know how hard it is to be away from our pets). I am an ex-School Counselor who left the field of Education after 16 years. I assist husband with our business but my days are flexible to accommodate boarding bookings. Pets stay indoors. I have a fenced in area with a doggie door for in-out access to grassy area. I also have a crate if needed. Willing to feed your pup as instructed, take walks, and supervise always! If needed or desired, I have the ability to separate my dogs from yours. All my dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heart guard and are friendly. I would recommend a visit to my home with pet prior to boarding to allow your dog to get to know me, put your mind at ease, and ensure it’s a great fit for them!
