I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!

About: Our family has had a dog or dogs living in our home since 2002. We currently have an eight year old miniature dachshund and a seven year old lab-mix. Wife is stay at home mom. We have four children; a son who is 16, and three daughters aged 14, 12, and 10. Family are dog lovers! We have two friendly dogs of our own; Zoey, a five year old miniature dachshund and Luna, a four year old lab-mix. We can keep your dog in a crate if preferred. About: Ever since I’ve was little I’ve always was involved with animals in some kind of way and once I turned 14 I start training dogs and just being more involved with every animal. About: I've had pets my entire life- my family wouldn't be complete without my fur babies! Growing up we've had labs, a very large hound mix, and a golden retriever. I got my own dog, a black lab mix, when I graduated college and had her for 14 years until she passed 1.5 years ago. I adopted a stray American bulldog when my lab was around 3, and had her for about 8 years, until she passed. Don't currently have any pups, but I love them to death. About: Starting from when I was little, I always loved animals. My first dog was my dachshund Holly who I took to 4H training classes, walked, and played ball with. Later in life I attended and graduated with a degree to be a Veterinary Technican. I did my internship here in Muncie at Boyce Animal Hospital and was then hired on as kennel staff before transitioning to a tech position. About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals since I was a child. Beyond my own pets, I worked as an animal caretaker and cared for pets of varying ages and abilities. I’ve even given medicine to a baby chameleon! I’m a teacher on summer break, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I will be on break until August. I have my own sweet dog that loves other dogs, but if yours needs walked alone, that’s okay too. I have always had pets of all kinds and I worked at petsmart as the animal caretaker, so I have experience with traditional pets as well as reptiles, birds, fish, etc.
About: I have adopted several dogs from shelters over the years; all being larger breeds like German shepherds / shepherd mix as well as being both elderly and special needs dogs. This means I have experience in giving dogs medication, and giving them extra attention for any needs they may need. While they have been elderly that didn’t impair them for going out on long walks, or being large strong dogs; making me confident in my ability to safely walk almost any dog outdoors. While I've done a lot of stuff with older dogs that doesn't stop me from being able to keep up with a young energetic pup either! I have also helped out several friends with pet sitting their dogs many times. This has also given me experience in dealing with nervous / anxious dogs and their needs. I work a job that allows me to work from my (or your) home on most days and have no other set obligations. I do not have a job that comes with surprise emergencies, so once I agree to a time, I will be able to make it. You know how to take care of your pet, it's my job to imitate that while you are gone so they can feel safe or less anxious while you are away. With my experience with shelter adoptions, I understand that some pets may need special care and feel up to most such challenges. Honesty is my policy. While I don’t expect it, if there is something I am uncomfortable with, a task or sadly your pet and I aren’t compatible, I'd clearly say so at our first meeting allowing you the time to search for other options.
About: Caring for animals has been a lifelong part of my life. I’ve always had pets in my home and truly enjoy spending time with animals of all personalities and needs. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages—from energetic puppies and playful kittens to senior pets who need a little extra patience and attention. Because of this, my pet visits typically take place before work or in the evenings after work. I do my best to be flexible whenever possible and will always communicate clearly about availability. My goal is to provide dependable, consistent care while making sure your pets feel comfortable and well looked after while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. During visits, I make sure pets are fed according to their schedule, have fresh water, and that litter boxes or potty areas are clean. I spend time giving them attention, playtime, and companionship so they don’t feel lonely while their family is away. For cats, this often includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, playtime, and some quiet companionship depending on their personality. For dogs, visits can include feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of positive attention. I always respect the client’s home and follow any specific instructions provided for their pet’s care. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Every pet is different, and I take the time to learn their personality and routine so they feel comfortable and cared for during each visit.
About: My mom grew us up on rescuing and caring for animals! I plan to do the same! It is my morality to care and nurture for all living things. I start college soon so I am trying to implement flexible scheduled jobs that give me joy and enthusiasm throughout my strenuous studies! I work part- time at a restaurant and plan to leave once I get better opportunities! I have had my personal pets for over 10 years. I have a very open schedule and I am open most of the time. I could fulfill a full or part-time schedule for any owners in need. I have a fenced in yard. My dogs eat off a feeding schedule. I have also potty trained all of my dogs. I bathe my dogs once a mouth to every two mouths as well to keep them not matted and promote hair and skin health. I do this full time. Whether that is boarding, drop-ins, doggy day care or grooming. I love my job everyday spending time with the fur babies. Getting to know them and their mom and dad. I have a fenced in backyard with a fenced portion in the front. About: I love to make others feel more comfortable about leaving their beloved dog in capable hands while they are away! I work from home so the dogs are not left alone. I love dogs but am not ready to have two in my home full time. Pet sitting helps to keep my dog socialized. I am able to follow a strict routine, give medications and have very flexible drop off and pick up times. My dog is very friendly and I have a fenced in yard for plenty of playtime. About: I’ve always been around animals! Having cared from a wide variety of animals from a young age I’ve picked up on tons of tips and tricks for training and enrichment! I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! Any animals are welcome big or small! 🐾 I’m currently working full time, however I get off pretty early in the day and have a ton of wiggle room in my schedule! Weekends are fair game completely! I am incredibly accommodating, so when it comes to pet care in other homes, I 100% prioritize maintaining the current schedules/ routine the animal is used to. I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, babysitting family and friends dogs along with taking care of my own dogs. I’ve been around them for as long as I can remember!
