“Sherri & Lee, were SO GREAT with our Charlie Girl. She is old and uncertain of new environments. We did a couple of prior boarding afternoons. And an overnight so Charlie would know where she was and the new place. She did wonderfully for 2 weeks due to them caring for her attentively. I was at peace our entire trip to visit two sets of grandchildren knowing Charlie was in the BEST of hands. We will have her back with them in May for another week. About: I have been working at Zionsville Animal Hospital as a vet assistant since October ‘24. Before that I was working in the doggy daycare industry. I have always had love and experience with animals, my own and clients animals. I have pet sat for clients of the hospital and am able to medicate and give injections (insulin, B12, etc.) and whatever else you may need! I currently work full time at ZAH. About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. About: I’ve always always had a soft spot in my heart for animals. My parents have always had a ton, from a bunch of different breeds of dogs to pigs, to chameleons, to bunnies. About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily!
