“Easy communication and nice community so I felt safe leaving my senior dog. Super clean environment, felt just like home so I was sure my pup felt at ease. I didn’t have to lug the bulky cage with me, they provided one for her. I brought pee pads since my senior dog has accidents at night and food. We were gone two full nights and part of the last day. She was eager to see me and I could tell she was given plenty of attention during her stay. We rebooked for just a day to give our pup a break during a family function that is upcoming. Great experience, fantastic and communication and some photos to check in. The children are older and I felt they respected my senior pup well!”

I am patient, attentive, and I have the ability to build trust with animals quickly. I treat every dog like family, paying close attention to their energy, comfort, and individual needs so owners can feel confident knowing their pets are in caring and dependable hands. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I currently work part time and am home the majority of the week. I have open availability during weekdays from 8am–1pm and 3pm–8pm, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to rather than seeing as just a job. I prefer caring for pets in their own home because it allows them to stay comfortable in a familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. I make it a priority to carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences. I also understand how important trust and communication are, so I will provide regular updates, pictures, and check-ins while owners are away so they can feel reassured that their pet is safe, loved, and well cared for.
About: Hi - I’m Kellis! I have been in education for 10+ years and I also love to take care of pets! I grew up with 2 labs from puppies to adulthood and there is nothing better! I have 2 cats and a border collie now, so I can officially say I am a dog AND cat lover! I would love to walk, pet sit or house sit to take care of your fur baby! I will send frequent photos during my visit/walk and keep you updated with how your pet is doing. Whatever your pet's needs are, I am happy to accommodate! Your pet will be in good, loving hands, and I will enjoy hanging out with your baby! My schedule is pretty flexible so I would be able to help at scheduled times during the day. I also like to refinish furniture on the side, so taking care of your furry babies is usually not a scheduling conflict. I will make sure I follow all instructions you provide about your animal(s). I am responsible and happy to do whatever is necessary for your pet.

“Easy communication and nice community so I felt safe leaving my senior dog. Super clean environment, felt just like home so I was sure my pup felt at ease. I didn’t have to lug the bulky cage with me, they provided one for her. I brought pee pads since my senior dog has accidents at night and food. We were gone two full nights and part of the last day. She was eager to see me and I could tell she was given plenty of attention during her stay. We rebooked for just a day to give our pup a break during a family function that is upcoming. Great experience, fantastic and communication and some photos to check in. The children are older and I felt they respected my senior pup well!”
