I worked in a general practice hospital for 5 years then transitioned to an Internal Medicine department where I worked for 5 years. With a special interest in senior dogs. I am able to administer medications for advanced disease processes. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I am home most of the time. About: I have cared for many animals growing up, my mom and I were both adopters of all kinds of strays. But I have been loving and caring for my very own sweet girl for 9+ years! We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I have 3 small kiddos (and myself) who would love nothing more than to snuggle on your pup! And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while your pup stays with us). However, due to having small children and chicks we will require a meet and greet before your precious pup comes to stay with us.
“It was my first time leaving Ace with someone and Mary eased all my worries! She constantly sent me pictures of him and updating me! When I picked Ace up he was not wanting to leave and as soon as he got in the car fell asleep which showed me that he’d been playing the whole time! The next day when I dropped him off he was eager to get to Mary’s. He even got on the car all by himself! Mary and her husband are great for the dogs and very flexible with pick up/drop off times which is a big plus for me.”

About: I have two dogs of my own, Kirby 3 years old (mix of we aren't sure) and Jerry 8 years old (Yorkshire terrier) and I have many foster dogs in and out of my home as I work with a local rescue to save dogs from the shelter and unwanted homes. People say I'm an "animal person" because I like all animals...even snakes :) I have a very flexible schedule and am available most times of the day and each day of the week. I usually prefer dogs to have a harness rather than a collar just for safety of the pet. I will enjoy getting to know the pets in my community! About: Since I was little I've always had a dog to care for. Not a moment goes by where I’m not thinking of an animal . I have experience with puppy potty training, and elderly dogs. I’m comfortable with walks and park time :) Pet care fits right into my routine because I am home a lot with my son. But we also love hiking and adventure. So the dogs can join us! This allows lot of outdoor time and exercise. I live with my so there are always extra hands. My mom doesn’t work right now so there is always someone in the house to keep your animal company if I have to work. Which is only a few hours a few days a week. My mom is Mia and is an approved rover sitter on my profile :) I love keeping the dogs active and letting them play. I have a large fenced in yard with a doggy door so they can always feel free to use the potty or get some fresh air. Plus park visits! I treat my dogs like guests. About: I have had pets since I was a child. I have rescue cats and doggos. My dog and cat are seniors. Every pet deserves a healthy and loving home. I have experience administering medication as one of my rescues was epileptic and needed daily meds and eye drops. I do have professional experience working for a dog daycare!! I work part time at a doggy daycare, I’m also a part time RBT working with children and young adults. About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. We used to bread great danes so I can work well with puppies. :) I currently work part time, I work most mornings till about 10am and am free after that.
