Some of the photos included my cat bathing in the sun, resting on her couch, and pretty much just enjoying a little vacation. When I came to pick up my pet, she gave me the run down on his behavior and was also very kind enough to allow me to run around her house, move furniture, and to fetch my cat. About: I began professionally caring for animals 10 years ago when I got a job at PetSmart as a Pet Care associate! From there, I became a kennel technician at one of the top rated veterinary clinics in Cincinnati, Animal Care Center, and after a year of working there as a kennel technician they trained me to be a veterinary technician. I then had my first son and stayed home with him and had a farm with pigs, chickens, and all kinds of wonderful animals! When I decided to rejoin the work force, of course I went back to what I love most, caring for animals. I worked at two different kennels full time and helped manage one of them. During overnight stays, I will fill out a report to return to you so you will have complete details of how your pet was while you’re away! I’m also willing to FaceTime and send pictures so you know that your pet is safe and sound. Housemates would be my loving and gentle 5 year old son and my fiancé. I have a small chihuahua myself who is very friendly with all other pets. Since I do have children, any pets staying at my home must be child friendly. I’m always available whenever you need me. About: I have fostered over 70 animals the past four alyears. Puppies, adult dogs kittens and cats. Also bunnies and guinea pigs! I have tons of experience with house training and crate training puppies. I volunteer at our local animal shelter weekly and have developed a strong bond with the rescue community. I'm always mindful of the little things like wiping muddy paws if it's rainy & making sure the water bowl is totally fresh before I leave. About: I have taken care of many many dogs, from 5 senoir disabled chihauhas at once, to larger german sheapards and high and low energy dogs, untrained and trained. I take routines seriously, as I understand you are away, and I keep it together until you come back! :) I work part time in the evening as a janitor from Monday through Friday 6-10 PM, but I can be flexible; I am looking for dog walkings or weekend stays, as I am available virtually anytime before I work. About: I grew up helping my parents take care of 5 dogs at a time (9 dogs in total). I also took in a kitten 6 years ago. Together I am well rounded to help with most sizes and breeds of pets. Most of my friends called my house a "zoo" growing up because of the wide range of animals we had around the house, from puppies to snakes to pigs- we had it all. When caring for another animal, I treat it like it were my own. I always saw my pets as an extension of my own family and want to treat all animals the same way.
