About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. I’m familiar with maintaining routines, handling energy levels, and making sure dogs feel safe and well cared for. I am a full-time work from home employee and I’m able to care for dogs while I work. Sheila said that she primarily takes small dogs, but that she will occasionally take a big dog like Jake (Lab), as long as the big dog is well behaved. I believe that Jake was well behaved at her house. I will have to check with Sheila to see if she will take him again in the future.”

At first, we were a little scared to leave her at somebody else's house, but my husband went to Brook's house and met her and her dogs first! That made us feel very good about the stay. While Vanilla was there, Brook sent us updates, pictures and videos. We feel great about her and we'll leave Vanilla again under her care. Thank you guys :)”

For our next vacation, we chose Brooke and Bryan, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. They sent us daily updates complete with photos, were highly responsive during the booking process, and, most importantly, it was evident that our dog was well looked after. He returned home clean, calm, and even seemed a bit disappointed to leave! We can't recommend Brooke and Bryan highly enough.”
About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. I’m familiar with maintaining routines, handling energy levels, and making sure dogs feel safe and well cared for. I am a full-time work from home employee and I’m able to care for dogs while I work. I enjoy getting out to walk and play during the the work day. I have a smaller home, approx 900 square feet. It’s a loving home with two teen girls who love to care for dogs. While my yard is not fenced, we leash walk dogs when they need potty time.

I love taking dogs on adventures, whether that’s hitting trails to burn off energy or just enjoying a long, sniff filled neighborhood walk. I have experience with all kinds of personalities from high energy pups who want to play non stop, to sweet seniors who just want a slow stroll & some good couch cuddles. I love sending lots of photo updates & making sure your dogs feel safe, happy, & loved! I have a super flexible schedule. My days are open enough that I can easily prioritize structured potty breaks & long walks, without having to rush back to a strict 9-5 desk job. In my home your pet becomes a part of the family! My place is a pet friendly environment where they can fully relax & get cozy. While I don’t have a fence, I have a massive yard with a secure lead, so the dogs can get plenty of space while staying safe. Plus, they’ll get tons of attention & plenty of couch cuddles! If I’m coming to your house for a walk or a drop in, I’ll treat your space with total respect. I’ll strictly follow whatever routine you have for feeding, crating, or locking up. I'm always mindful of the little things like wiping muddy paws if it's rainy & making sure the water bowl is totally fresh before I leave. Plus, you can definitely count on lots of fun photo updates so you know exactly how great they’re doing! Whether your pet is hanging out at my place or I’m visiting yours, making sure they feel safe and comfortable is my biggest priority.

My one dog was having allergy issues affecting his paws and she was able to wipe them down and correct some marking behaviors he was displaying. They seem to get a lot of time outdoors and were able to roam about inside and could choose to go into crates. When my travel plans were delayed, she was quite accommodating and I really appreciate that.”
