About: I have been a cat lover since I was a child. As an animal science graduate and former veterinary professional, I have years of experience in cat behavior and medical management. My expertise includes medical management, raising kittens, and senior cat care. When I drop in to check on your kitty, I will take the time to give them lots of love, treats, or play if they're interested. For those cats that prefer to be left alone, I can also spend time reading or doing work on my laptop nearby. If your cat stays with me, I can provide a private apartment on the property away from my other animals. The apartment includes window views to watch the wildlife, a comfy couch and bed, and plenty of objects to climb and scratch on. A pet camera is stationed in the apartment to keep an eye on your pet if I need to leave the apartment to care for other animals.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, because growing my family always had pets. I love animals and my family can rely on me when it comes to caring for their pets. Having pets and growing up around all sorts of animals has encouraged me to expand my knowledge and kindness to help other’s when it some to taking care of their pets. I’m comfortable around all dogs and cats. When I take care of pets I dedicate my time to care for all of them and their needs. My schedule does change a lot when I go ba k to school or during the summer time as well I at the moment I have part-time availability and can house sit and walk dogs. I will also take last minute bookings on the weekdays, and cancellations. I also travel quite a lot so i apologize in advance for my opening. When it comes to taking care of dogs and other animals, I make sure to take them out on the leash and try to get in at least two walks everyday, as well play with them so they’ll sleep well later on.

She had an issue with her transportation but immediately had a backup plan so anyone who books with her can have no worries that she is super responsible and not going to back out at the last minute. She posted photos and we could see what time she was there which was also very reassuring. One of our dogs doesn't eat well when we are gone and he had no problems with Emily. She really loves animals and your pets will get that vibe from her too! Another thing was that one of our dogs can sound really scary when people come to the door and Emily was not intimidated and did really well with that and made friends with her! I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a dog sitter in our area.”
About: I absolutely love animals and will care for your pets as my own. I have had cats my whole life and have helped raise them. I also have two pitbulls of my own who are very loving. I am comfortable around all breeds, sizes and ages. I don’t have a problem with early morning walks either. I will show lots of love, attentiveness and patience towards your pets. When we first got there we did a slow introduction with the other dogs there and left after everyone felt confident the dogs would get along. You can tell Kim loves what she does, we felt really comfortable and happy knowing we were leaving Goose in Kim’s capable hands. Goose came back to us tired (in the best way possible) and happy. About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. We used to bread great danes so I can work well with puppies. :) I currently work part time, I work most mornings till about 10am and am free after that. About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve always had animals in my household. Neighbors, family, and friends have always trusted me to watch their furry friends while they were away. I work part time at a school from august to may. I have plenty of time every day at home to watch and play with your animals. I have a large fenced in yard for my dogs at home. I live with parents so my dogs have multiple people to let them out and play when needed. In clients homes I let them out often and I am able to walk them and play with them frequently.
About: Hello my name is michkayla im a single mom that’s unfortunately between jobs I do lots of handyman type side work but not quite cutting at the moment i recently just got my puppy Rufus who was a stray when I found him and it reminded just how hard leaving a pet alone at home all day can be so I figured with my love for pets I’d give this thing a shot im very patient and know how to handle dogs and other pets safely I did 3 yrs of animal science in high school and have 25 yrs of owning pets I’m currently job searching and full time parenting a three yr old im always available from 9-3 for any pet kid friendly anytime before or after those time I ask pets to be kid friendly as I’ll most likely have my child with me I give pets time to get used to me before approaching I’ll often follow up with common training and of course lots of love and some possible treats (with approval from parents )
About: I own 20+ animals. I own cats, dogs, reptile, fish, and a hamster.I have animals of all ages so whether you’ve got a puppy or a senior kitty I’ve got the experience! Pet care is a part of my everyday routine. I take my dog out every morning and night and feed our kitties every morning. Litter and water are also done every day. So I am working 3-4 shifts a week which leaves plenty of time to take care of fur babies on my days off! I will take care of my clients fur babies in ways that are preferred by the client! About: I started taking care of animals when I was eight. Since then, I have cared for guinea pigs, rabbits, a tarantula, fish, chickens, cows, and of course cats and dogs of various ages. Typically, I will set up a phone call or meet and greet before officially booking. This helps to make sure owners and I are have the same expectations and to meet your adorable pets. I am a full time college student, so my availability is flexible. I am available to check in or stay overnight with your pets. Walking is also something I love to do for exercise or a study break. I currently live in an apartment with a roommate's cat that scares easily with other animals. Therefore, I will only sit in owner homes. I look forward to having a proper place to make a loving dog a home at. When I watch pets in other homes, I like to follow whatever regimen the owner has in place. I have found animals adapt to a new person in their territory when they stick to a routine and are in a familiar place.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, currently have an Australian shepherd named Birdie who i love with all my heart. I know how important it is for dogs to be able to get that energy out with a nice walk. Im available basically whenever just need a days notice. I typically prefer mornings most days. About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. Last summer I nannied a family with an adorable pitbull that I cared for in addition to the children. I also had a golden retriever growing up for 12 years. I love all ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I have a summer class from 9-12 every morning, but other than that I can be home all day. I spend most of my time studying at home, but love to go for walks as study breaks and I live a very active lifestyle, which dogs would fit into perfectly. I also love being outdoors and I live alone so I’d love the company of a furry friend. It really depends on the client and how they want me to care for their pet. I want to do as much as I can to make their dogs feel at home and at ease. I’ve seen how hard it is for my own dogs back at home to adjust to a new environment, so I want to provide a healthy environment for other people’s dogs. When I get clients I make sure to ask them about their dogs routine, so I can do my best to mimic that.
