“Alexis was amazing & I will absolutely be using again! She did 1 hour drop-in visits for my 2 kitties for 8 days & went above & beyond my expectations. This was the first time I’ve ever had to leave them for an extended period of time, so it was also the first time I’ve had to hire someone to help take care of them, so I was pretty nervous. She came over ahead of time to get acquainted with them & myself, stayed in constant communication while I was gone, sent me lots of pictures & updates, & most impressive- got one of my babies to be snuggly & loving with her which is incredible considering their normal disposition around new people (hiding be pretty hissy/unfriendly). That alone let me know just how amazing she is with animals! When I came home their litter boxes were clean, their food & water were full, & they were both perfect condition. I previously had a small blind incontinent senior terrier who has since gone over the rainbow bridge, so I understand the extra patience and attention required to make them feel comfortable. To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

About: Both my wife and I have had pets since we were little. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and love spending time with them all. I work from home Monday-Friday, and my wife works from home only 3 days a week, allowing a lot of flexibility for potty breaks and play time. We are also home most of the time on weekends. When I visit to walk your pet-I follow instructions and keep the area clean. I remain aware and not distracted. This ensures your pet remains safe and engaged during the walk. If your dog is more fearful-I try to make the walk as stress-free as possible.
About: I have loved and have been owned by many animals for all of my 61 years. Caring for them is an honor I cherish greatly! I taught high school for almost 30 years at Concordia Lutheran High School and almost 8 years as a social worker. I’ve absolutely adored my students and clients and would like to shower my love on your pet-angel(s) as well! I have recently retired from my careers as a high school teacher and from social work. What this means is that I now have ample time to spend with your pet(s) each weekday and weeknight as well as on the weekends! create my own schedule on an as-needed basis for you…plus I usually have weekends free for ample time with your pet. I love to walk, play and give lots of love and attention so those will be incorporated frequently! I will treat your pet(s) and home with the utmost respect as I do my own. I will stay in frequent contact with you and will take pictures throughout the visit and send updates each night so you can be assured of my service and your pet’s well-being.
About: I am very caring and will provide a family like atmosphere. I will make sure the best possible care is given, i have been pet sitting since i was 10 years old for family and friends. I have 1 cats currently. I am a mother to a 7 year old boy, a 2 year old boy and have my cousins 7 year old daughter. I have experience with animals with social and separation anxiety . I have dealt with special needs animals as well. I am a huge animal lover and will always make sure that every animal is treated as kindly as possible. I will always make sure you will not being walking in on a mess or a hyper active dog who just wants to play when you would much rather rest after a long day. I have a decent yard and live in a neighborhood where I can take on daily walks to ensure excersise. About: I love animals of all shapes and sizes! From being little to an adult, I have taken care of/owned all types of animals. Currently I have a Tibetan mastiff, a keeshond and a Pomeranian! I also have a 125 gallon fish tank. Animals have always been my hobby and I cannot wait to help give you a piece of mind that your loved baby is taken care of while you are away! About: For as long as I can remember, I have always had an animal in my life. I got a puppy at a young age and cared for him up until the day he passed. Since becoming an adult, I adopted a kitten and continue to care for him. He is now 6 and the light of my life! I have an extremely flexible schedule! I currently work part time with a lot of availability. I’m available at almost any hour of the day. I currently have a cat but he has his own space if tensions were to rise. About: I have a Husky (10) and a Pomeranian (12) who love to play with others. I am open to any age- a puppy who needs training, an elderly pup who needs special attention, and anything inbetween! I am currently home 7 days a week to help with your furry best friend! I am open to a schedule that best fits your needs. I have 2 dogs of my own who love to play with others. I have a fenced in yard for them to run around and play. I can easily cage mine or yours (if preferred) if separation is needed.
