About: I am someone who loves pets of all types. I have years of experience with multiple types of animals and I love them all. If my pets could talk they would tell you to choose me. My job has multiple stretches of time off for me to care for your pets full time. If for whatever reason I am working on a time you are looking for a sitter I will always let you know my schedule in advance. But for the most part I will always be home. I have a decent yard. However, the yard is not fenced. I have 3 litter boxes in my home that are scooped daily as well as provide privacy. I have 3 cats who are all friendly with each other and love to play. Your animals will be cared for so you don’t have to worry while you are off, because I am just as protective over my own! I worked at a K-9 training facility so I am very experienced with taking care of animals and cleaning up after them. I also worked at a grooming company for an internship and got to experience bathing, brushing and combing dogs! I also have experience with cats, as I just got one myself. About: Animal love was bred into me. My father grew up on a farm and my mother was a vet tech. I've had animals my entire life. I have been a dog breeder, a volunteer for shelters, I've worked in a pet store, I've helped operate a dog boarding facility for the past 15 1/2 years, and a dog groomer. I am different from others as I specialize in whole pet care, from health and nutrition going in, to calories being burnt off through exercise and play. A tired pet is a well behaved pet. I like to engage their minds while also allowing them the freedom to be a dog, though digging in the yard is a huge no no. I'd like to get to know your pet and love them as if they were my own. My husband and I freelance from home. So whether your pup needs daycare, a bath, an overnight stay or an extended stay, your furbaby has a place to go where they are treated like part of the family. About: What sets me apart from others on Rover, is I take this line of work seriously and I usually go above in beyond. If I am selected to sleep at the house you can expect me to actually sleep there. For every one of my client's I have always slept the night until the end. If a puppy is on site I do continue to train the basics, unless other skills are specified to be trained. I love to keep them active and happy! I spend all my free time with your fur baby! I love to give them time to play and run. I enjoy taking them for walks, or giving them a bath! For boarding, I do not have a fenced yard, but I have an electric fence along with an additional collar. If that is not acceptable to you then I will keep the dog on a regular leash during potty breaks. I have two fur babies of my own that do wonderful with new dogs, they love to play! I live in a suburban neighborhood with a perfect loop to take walks. I can also provide a large crate if needed, otherwise the pet will sleep with me. I do allow them on my bed :) For house sitting+dog, I would follow any instruction given to me! Otherwise I assume the dog is yard trained and won’t bolt across the street. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. My grandma raised and sold dachshunds for as long as I can remember. I helped her a lot growing up, from training them, feeding them, walking them etc. I have experience training puppies and also take care of elderly dogs. My dog I’ve had since my childhood turned 13 this year she’s super fragile and sweet. I do not currently have any pets in my home. I live in a safe and calm neighborhood, perfect for walks. I have a decent sized yard with no fence. I am always respectful of routines your pets might have or specific instructions, as I have experience with both.
About: I’ve watched many breeds of dogs from Great Danes to Yorkies. I am able to stay at your house for your dog to be more comfortable. I will make sure that your dog(s) are safe and get all of the love that they need. I work full time but I am able to leave for lunch everyday. I am looking for long term and short term. My work allows me to be flexible. I have a fenced yard that would allow the dog to go out by themselves or I can take them out on a leash. I have 2 Greyhounds that are good with other dogs. Everyone in my household would give the dogs lots of love.
About: every sitter loves animals, but I really do adore animals and I love being able to just enjoy and meet new animals. My special skills with animals is to cuddle! I love making sure the fur babies are taking care of with love and respect! I currently work a full time job, M-T from 7 to 5, which is the main reason of dog sitting on the weekends! I can do full weeks just need to know ahead of time to be able to discuss with work! The best option is to have them at the client’s home, animals are always comfortable when at home and a place they know! It’s already scary that a stranger is in there house but much better than a scary car ride into a new house!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child and have always grown up in a very pet friendly household with 2 cats and a dog. My cat I have now is 11 and I’ve had him since he was a kitten and my dog is now 5 who I have also had since she was a puppy. I’ve got experience in dog obedience as well. Friends and family have relied on me to feed, walk, and board their pets in the past. I already take my dog on walks and runs daily and I’m currently very flexible for the next few weeks while on summer vacation as a teacher. I will be able to keep your pet company and give lots of attention in the form of going on walks, throwing the ball, feeding, grooming if necessary, etc. I currently cannot board other pets as I have a cat of my own and don’t want to risk him being stressed or attacked by overly excited dogs!
About: I am someone who loves pets of all types. I have years of experience with multiple types of animals and I love them all. If my pets could talk they would tell you to choose me. My job has multiple stretches of time off for me to care for your pets full time. If for whatever reason I am working on a time you are looking for a sitter I will always let you know my schedule in advance. But for the most part I will always be home. I have a decent yard. However, the yard is not fenced. I have 3 litter boxes in my home that are scooped daily as well as provide privacy. I have 3 cats who are all friendly with each other and love to play. Their ages are 4 years, and 2 of them are 7 months. All my pets are neutered and spayed. I also have a rabbit who loves to play with the cats as well. However, if you are uncomfortable with this idea he is also always willing to chill in his cage.
About: What sets me apart from others on Rover, is I take this line of work seriously and I usually go above in beyond. If I am selected to sleep at the house you can expect me to actually sleep there. For every one of my client's I have always slept the night until the end. If a puppy is on site I do continue to train the basics, unless other skills are specified to be trained. I love to keep them active and happy! I spend all my free time with your fur baby! I love to give them time to play and run. I enjoy taking them for walks, or giving them a bath! For boarding, I do not have a fenced yard, but I have an electric fence along with an additional collar. If that is not acceptable to you then I will keep the dog on a regular leash during potty breaks. I have two fur babies of my own that do wonderful with new dogs, they love to play! I live in a suburban neighborhood with a perfect loop to take walks. I can also provide a large crate if needed, otherwise the pet will sleep with me. I do allow them on my bed :) For house sitting+dog, I would follow any instruction given to me! Otherwise I assume the dog is yard trained and won’t bolt across the street. If this is a concern of yours then I ask to please provide me with a leash, thank you! If you do not allow your pets on your furniture then I will continue that behavior for you.
About: I have always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I volunteer with ICAN to care for future service dogs, giving volunteers hosting the puppies a respite. These two-hour sessions involve introducing the puppies to new experiences, noting their reactions to activities, and getting them accustomed to human interaction. Part of the training for the Litter Sitter position requires watching a two-hour instructional video. I also took ICAN’s Foundations Class, which had several online sessions followed by two in-person training nights. This class was not required for the Litter Sitter position. Other activities include Purdue's Senior Boiler Vet Camp, which I attended in the summer of 2024. There I enjoy the exposure to the veterinary medicine field. Lastly, I currently work at a vet clinic as a Kennel Assistant, cleaning rooms and doing laundry to help the clinic run smoothly. I care for the clinic cats, making sure they are fed and keeping their area clean. I also assist the techs when requested. I'm currently working part-time over the summer and am available on most Saturday mornings and afternoons. I also could do some evenings or early mornings. I am a very hard-working person and make it my mission in life to accomplish all things to the best of my ability for God’s glory. I tend to be on the quieter side, so I am an attentive listener and will follow clients' instructions for pet care in their home.

About: I have taken care of dogs of many different breeds for years! I am experienced in giving medication, enrichment activities, and overall just loving on pups! I work Monday through Friday typically but am able to modify my schedule more at the end of the week! My husband is often home when I am not to allow for those extra potty breaks and play time I have 2 French bulldogs who love to play and will keep your babies company!
