Our dog is, for the most part, very high maintenance and craves personalized attention and that is what he got for two days being with Daryl. We had looked at other boarders, ones with other dogs, ones with various other animal types, kids etc... and just watching Chief interact with Daryl was incredible. He immediately took to her and to the environment, was playing, jumping and even napping almost right away. We were sent photos consistently while we were away and just seeing him happy and playful and even how tired he was was a wonderful sight. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Currently, I care for two of my own—Sparky, my sweet 13-year-old Bichon Frise, and Shelby, my playful 1-year-old Miniature Goldendoodle. Having both a senior dog and a young, energetic pup has given me a wide range of hands-on experience, from managing health needs and gentle senior care to keeping up with puppy energy, training, and teething phases. In the past, I also cared for an American Pitbull Terrier for 5 years, and over the years I’ve looked after many dogs for friends, neighbors, and family members. While my yard is open and unfenced, I never leave dogs outside unattended—they’re always on a leash and supervised, with access to a sunny, enclosed sunroom for extra comfort. For smaller dogs, I have a crate available if preferred by the owner, and I’m also able to provide transport in case of a vet emergency. My home is stocked with cozy blankets and toys that are always available for dogs to borrow and enjoy. I also grew up around our family Westie & German Shepard in my home that were super attached to me. So I am very attentive to a dogs need for love and care when away from the owner. Also first time guests and last minute requests must schedule a meet and greet I use to be flexible with this but situations have happened that caused me no longer be flexible. In addition I do not accept any pets without a safe reliable comfortable crate. As I do not allow free roaming in my home when I am not present. Your pet safety is my top priority. Being in a new environment for the first time pets will be pets. They aren’t perfect. Feel free to ask me any questions if need be. **(For example old pictures of pet only to arrive and they are 3 times the size) - 100% we have to have a meet n greet prior to sitting. Returning customers the meet and greet does not apply. For last minute requests please contact me directly I will try my best to accommodate but please be advised there may be a fee associated depending on the circumstance. Especially if there is no time to set up a meet n greet and I’m only going off photos. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs to keep your dog company. We can play in the yard or hang out in the house. I have lots of toys and balls.

About: Hello, I'm Rebecca. I'm 28 years old. I've always been an animal lover. I live with my parents who have had multiple dogs over the course of my lifetime. Being the only child still living with them, I've become their dog sitter anytime they leave for a trip, etc. I began experiencing disabling health issues right out of high school and resorted to dog sitting as a way to make money as I was not able to hold a "real" job. I grew to love it. I'm healthier now and looking to find more opportunities outside of friends, family, and neighbors. I would love to broaden my horizons and care for fur babies full time. I'm currently unemployed and have a very open schedule. I have experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, and anything in between. I know how to administer medication and clean up accidents due to my past elderly dogs having health complications. I also have experience caring for rabbits and cats. After the passing of my 9 year old rabbit in June 2025, I felt like a piece of me was missing. Only a couple months later, I started dog walking for a woman in my neighborhood daily and it helped me through the grief of losing my bunny. That's what caused my desire to dog sit/walk to grow even more. It is said that "time heals all wounds" but the unconditional love from a furry friend really helps pass the time. I'm also a house plant lover. If needed I can water and care for any houseplants during overnight sittings. No more worrying about your beloved pets or plants while you're away! I have 2 separate church events scheduled on the 4th Saturday of every month. Scheduling walks or drop in visits can be tricky that day because the events don't always have a set time. I can dog sit at your home on those 4th Saturdays as long as I am able to leave for a couple hours for the events. During drop-in visits/walks I rinse and refill water bowls, replace empty treat toys, clean up any accidents that may have occurred, play with your fur baby to release any pent up energy they might have, and complete any other duties you may have for me. I pay close attention during potty breaks and notify the owners if anything is out of the ordinary. When dog sitting I can stay at your home overnight if needed. If not I can check in as often as you'd like. I can provide updates through out the day and pictures so cute you'll want to frame them.

I’ve been taking care of my own pets as well as strays and fosters for years. My work experience includes managing kennels at a vet, watching large groups of dogs at Beach for Dogs, and I was a bather at Petsmart. When your pet is in my care I can promise you they will be safe, happy and comfortable as can be every time. I’ll love them like my own! I am self-employed. I am able to work my Rover appointments into my schedule without any issues or potential of inconveniencing my clients in any way. I have a calm and nurturing energy when dealing with dogs to make them comfortable. It’s important to give them the opportunity to get their energy out so you can come home to a tired, relaxed dog!
About: I have 15 years' experience caring for many dogs including but not limited to senior dogs, dogs that need meds, and dogs with high energy needs. I also have 8 years' experience with rescue horses, and a further 1 year of experience working with rabbits. I am available Friday afternoons through Tuesday evenings. About: I have had animals all my life, especially dogs amongst a few small pets. I have two dogs myself and I am training all of them with basic commands. I have 5 years of experience in training American pitbulls mixes to have as pets around children and other small animals. About: I have run my own business Holliewood Doo Doo Adventures for 10 years (here in Facebook..check me out). Started out as waste pick up and branched out from there as I got older and it provided flexibility with schedules Also myself and my family have worked with ABRA, Inc Rescue to help foster 3 Dogs to help give them love and Discipline and skills to be able to be adopted out. About: I've had furry family members my entire life. They taught me the importance of patience, loyalty, and kindness. My family and I were lucky enough to have a variety of dogs as part of our family. A Basset Hound (Jake), a Pitbull (Roxy), an English Mastiff/Shar-pei mix (Bruno), and an American Akita/Shar-pei mix (Meesha). The most important thing about having a furry family member is knowing that they each have their own personality and they have feelings just like humans do. You're their entire world and are deserving of the love and respect that they unconditionally give out to you. And like family members, they have bad days too. Since they aren't capable of voicing their grievances, they rely on their loving family to recognize these issues with patience and caring attention. Currently I have two rescue cats named Cooper and Remy. Both have wildly different personalities, love cuddles, and enjoy playing with their toys. I work at an animal shelter part-time and I am fear free certified. I am available weekdays and weekends. I'm excited for the opportunity to help out those who need that fun night out, end up working overtime, or have fun plans for the weekend. We love our fur-babies but unfortunately, we can't bring them everywhere. I will travel to and sit at the client's home. I would rather your pets be in a comfortable environment that they are familiar with to make this experience as relaxed and happy as possible.
“Alexis was absolutely fantastic taking care of my baby Luna! Luna is only 6 months old, has a lot of energy, is not fully trained and I'm sure was a handful for someone to walk in day-one and manage, But she did above and beyond. She brought toys and puzzles, made sure Luna was fed and properly walked. She updated me on how the walks went, when she arrived and left, told me about the other dogs Luna got to meet along the walks and seemed totally joyful and sincere about spending time with my sweet girl. I will be hiring Alexis over and over in the future!”
About: My name is Allie, i currently reside in highland Indiana. I recently loss my best friend/other half Black lab "buck". Buck was 13, id do anything to have him back. He taught me so much about love, patience, and appreciation. animals deserve it all and i want to be the to give your friend that too! Im very active, i love taking long walks, trips to the beach, and hike long trails. im also flexible, understanding and very easy to work with . If your dog comes to my home, your dog will be treated like he/she is my own. I have experience with all breeds. I go to the gym 4 times a week, but other than that mostly home with my 3 dogs. We have a fenced in yard. Our 2 younger dogs are crated during the day if we're gone. About: I love to care for small and medium sized dogs, providing them with walks and treats and just all around love and care while their owners are away. My schedule is almost always wide open! I’m very flexible and can sometimes even accommodate same day walks/check ins. This will vary based on bad snow. I am only able to go to other clients homes as I have two cats at home who aren’t fond of dogs. However I am very adaptable to new environments and I’m a quick learner!

“Daryl boarded our dog from the 23rd through the 24th and she was amazing! Our dog is, for the most part, very high maintenance and craves personalized attention and that is what he got for two days being with Daryl. We had looked at other boarders, ones with other dogs, ones with various other animal types, kids etc... and just watching Chief interact with Daryl was incredible. He immediately took to her and to the environment, was playing, jumping and even napping almost right away. We were sent photos consistently while we were away and just seeing him happy and playful and even how tired he was was a wonderful sight. We would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to have their dog boarded to consider Daryl, especially if they require more personal attention. She did great!!”
