About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience in animal rescue. I’ve worked in kennel environments and currently serve as an intake coordinator for a rescue, giving me extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. In 2025 alone, I fostered 45 animals, so I’m very comfortable handling a wide range of personalities, from shy and nervous to high energy pups. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since childhood. First it was cats, then dogs, and I’m now a proud owner of a Quaker parrot. I’m willing to walk or pet sit dogs, help pet sit cats at their own home, and the same with exotic birds. Someone is always home with the pet and we also help you dog get socialized with our parrot. When I had dogs, I let them sleep on the bed with us. I also let them sit on the furniture, too. And I do spoil them, also. I work full time in the afternoon shift but my boyfriend works mornings so there is always someone home. He loves animals, too! I do my best to work around my schedule. Our bird Kerry only goes in his cage when we are both out of the house and at bedtime. Otherwise, we let him out. Kerry is used to dogs. He likes to talk to dogs.

I grew up with German shepherds and Rottweilers which helped me to be able to handle big dogs. About: We treat all breeds with love! Friends and family know we will take care of their dogs as our own and have always relied on us to care for them. My husband and I love dogs, so we have opened our home for boarding and daycare of all breeds under 100lbs. I have raised puppies until they were seniors, so I have experience with every age. I have given dogs oral, eye, and ear medications before. Working part time has allowed me the time to be home all day with the dogs. My husband comes home for the night and takes care for them while I go to work. We have a 6ft fenced yard and three friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. All dogs are crated for the night and when we are not home for their safety. We only allow dogs free roam when we are home. We also supervise all play time outside and always watch everyone inside.

Pets that are under my care are always given the best treatment and care that they deserve! I am currently a volunteer at All Those Left Behind Animal Rescue. Through the rescue, I’ve handled dogs with behavioral issues, diseases, cancers, special needs, and those with age-related problems. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. As I share similar hours with our students, my availability Monday through Friday will only be after 3:30pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! I also have experience taking care of cats I absolutely love cats. And I have experience taking care of rabbits I currently have one I take care of a rabbit and a large dog all the time. I know both need lots of love and lots of play time and attention I will listen to your pets. When they need to go out, when they need to eat, when they want to play, or cuddle. In my home I will make sure they have food and water and I will make sure they go out every 2 hours or so. If they are a larger dog they can play with my puppy she absolutely loves to play. I will also take them for a walk. At the clients home it will be the same and if I can take their animal to the dog park I will do so and let them play I know they also love playing with other animals and not always just with humans
