“Deidre, “Mama Dee” was great! She has a loving home that was so welcoming to our 2 year old Golden Doodle Nala! Nala was a bit overwhelmed but only initially as is not with other dogs too often. But Mama Dee and her happy playful dogs Milo and River were able to make Nala feel so much better. We received pictures and updates daily and some extra pics when I would miss Nala and ask how she was. Mama Dee pretty much made ME feel more comfortable and confident leaving Nala for the first time to someone other than family :) We will for sure bring Nala back to Mama Dee and her loving environment for our next vacation! About: I have a degree in animal behavior and I’m at home all day long so I am able to provide constant care and attention as well as administer any medication/meet any feeding requirements. About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

I am also happy to follow any specific training commands you use to keep your dog's routine consistent. +For cat visits, I focus on maintaining a low-stress environment. I am extremely careful when entering and exiting to ensure your cat doesn't slip out the door. I respect their space, letting them approach me at their own pace. If your cat requires a special diet or medication, I double-check instructions to ensure feedings are administered exactly as requested.

About: Helped out family since I was little taking care of their furry family members. Also have volunteered numerous times over the years at local shelters and animal control. I currently work full time, so my hours may be a little odd. Switching to part time soon, so I will have more hours other than weekends opening up My dog is the center of my universe. Treat her like a member of my family. Make sure she gets plenty of exercise and attention everyday so that no day is boring for her if I can help it.
About: I've had my own dog since he was six, and now he's 14. From his puppy-like stage to being almost 90 in human years, I've taken care of him in all types of physicality. He was my first dog, but I took care of my friends' and neighbors' dogs since around 6th grade. I've taught him everything from shaking my hand, to weaving through my legs. My current job requires me to come in on an as-needed basis, typically on weekends, but only from 9-3. I have all the time in the world! My yard is not fenced, but we do have a long leash/rope that we keep our dog on when outside (he runs through invisible dog fences). My dog doesn't eat shoes and won't go on furniture unless allowed, so at night he just sleeps in a dog bed. I have worked with crate-trained dogs and always do my best to maintain the pet's daily lifestyle.

“Deidre, “Mama Dee” was great! She has a loving home that was so welcoming to our 2 year old Golden Doodle Nala! Nala was a bit overwhelmed but only initially as is not with other dogs too often. But Mama Dee and her happy playful dogs Milo and River were able to make Nala feel so much better. We received pictures and updates daily and some extra pics when I would miss Nala and ask how she was. Mama Dee pretty much made ME feel more comfortable and confident leaving Nala for the first time to someone other than family :) We will for sure bring Nala back to Mama Dee and her loving environment for our next vacation!
