About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 4 years now and I love all animals! I can do puppies all the way to senior pets and I have no problem with any breeds! I also love reptiles and rodents if you have any in addition to dogs or cats, i’d happily do anything you need me to do for them! I am a college student at siue but I still have a super flexible schedule and i have a lot of free time to hang out with pets! i’ve grown up with pets all my life and even worked at a doggy daycare in my hometown so i’d love to be there for pets who don’t like daycares and prefer to stay in their own space. About: I had my own personal dogs for over 20 years in total but do not currently have any pets. As my schedule allows, I help out with short-term fostering for a rescue that I adopted two of my dogs from. All 3 of my dogs ended up with health issues in their old age so I have plenty of experience giving medications, feeding special diets, assisting with mobility issues, etc. Because my boy was dog reactive, I became a master at 'crate/gate/separate' when fostering while he was alive. However, I intend to only sit animals that are from the same home at one time so the animals do not face any restrictions needing to avoid animals they do not live with. I work from home (day job) so I will be around most of the time during the care dates with the exception of any planned events outside of the home (which likely would not be more than a few hours at a time). I have a fenced yard (4 feet) for quick potty breaks (I do not leave dogs unattended in my yard). For walks, I can use a double leash/collar if needed for extra security. I do have a shared fence line with a neighbor dog that is reactive so, when needed, I run a line of chicken wire to keep dogs in my yard from being able to reach that fence. The neighbor’s dog is my primary reason for marking ‘no’ to un-spayed/neutered. I don’t leave any dogs I watch unattended in my back yard but he’s a Cane Corso that’s not neutered and my fence is only 4ft tall so I figured better safe than sorry.

I am only Doordashing right now for work and pet sitting so my hours are very flexible! I am pregnant though! About: I’ve had a dog since I was 9 years old. I’ve been taking care of them ever since! I have been watching other dogs since I was a teenager. I’ve pet sat a good variety of dogs, from border collies to labs and teeny little Pomeranian mixes! I have a good deal of availability during the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I teach private lessons on Monday and Friday afternoons for a couple hours, otherwise my other jobs provide me a good deal of flexibility, so that I can pet set as much as possible! At my home our dogs have an electric fence, and have been properly trained not to cross the invisible line. I have also lived in areas where dogs are fenced in, and even with neither type of fence and just a long chain attached to the ground.
