About: I didn't use to be a cat person till a grumpy old cat chose us as his family and stole my heart🥰 My cat was indoor/ outdoor since that's the life he was used to live so naturally I've gotten lots of "sweet" presents from him over the years (including a half-skinned live bunny rabbit😬). About: I've had pets my whole life, from birds, reptiles, and fish to dogs, cats and rodents, so I know my way around various pets and how to take care of them, as such any special needs won't be too far out of my expertise. When it comes to dogs I've taken two puppies of mine to training classes and am willing to work with whatever training you have in place with your dog, whether that is working on correcting behaviors like jumping or continuing to teach them certain tricks while you're away, I will try my best to make sure they stay on the right track! Cats are the kind of pet I've had for the longest and know the best, even though none of mine so far have been major trouble makers I know how fickle some can be. I'm not afraid to do the occasional litterbox clean if needed or to keep an eye on them during their occasional zoomies. Currently my schedule is pretty flexible, I'm available any day from noon to midnight so if you need someone to check in on your pet overnight I'm available! I'm willing to work with any dietary needs and/or restrictions your pet has and as I've given medications to my pets before I would be able to give your pet any if they needed it during my visit. I'm big into teaching my dogs how to be respectful on a walk so I would be willing to continue any on walk training you may have!

Your fur baby will have the comfort of lots of friends nearby if they come to stay with us. I do require dogs to be up to date on all vaccinations, dog & cat friendly and kennel trained if boarding with me. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

About: I grew up with animals of all kinds and love to be around them. I have experience with all kinds and ages, from newborn to super seniors. Two of my childhood dogs required medication, I have experience administering injections and oral medications. I also have experience administering topical and oral medications to cats. I have few routine obligations and will likely be able to make any pet sitting requests a priority. I am generally available from about 8:30am until 11pm every day. I can stop by on whatever schedule you desire and interact with your pet(s) as close to the way you would as I can. My goal is to provide care as similar to yours as possible so that your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time with me. With drop in care, I will be sure to administer medications, feed, water, and groom as instructed as well as cleaning litter boxes and extra gifts, and, of course, providing desired attention. Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. I’m a Veterinarian Assistant so caring for your pet is literally what I do, what I love.🥰 I do pick ups and drop offs !! I work in VETMED at a local Veterinary clinic part time . So that gives me tons of extra time during the week. I also do drop in during my work day as well. !! I have a fenced in yard and a very nice fur baby to keep your fur baby company. I work until 5:30 on Tuesday-Friday, on those days I have an hour break so I am available for potty breaks and short walks at that time, and from 7-9pm after work. About: As a foster parent for a local animal shelter, I love giving our four legged friends a safe and welcoming place to call their own. I have fostered over 2 dozen animals in my home and have experience with crate training, potty training, basic needs and socialization as well.
