About: I’ve been around and caring for animals for most of my life, and pets are a huge part of my everyday routine. I have two friendly dogs of my own who love having someone new to play with, so your pup can have plenty of company and playtime while they’re here! We have a nice yard with plenty of room to play, lots of toys, and a comfortable home where pets are treated like part of the family. I’m happy to take dogs on walks, play outside, give them plenty of attention, and stick to their normal feeding and care routine. I’m also comfortable caring for cats, senior pets, and pets that need a little extra patience or attention. I know how stressful it can be leaving your pet with someone else, so I’ll send plenty of pictures and updates and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pup attention throughout the day! I’m available for both doggy daycare and overnight boarding, including weekdays and weekends. Your dog will have plenty of playtime, outdoor time, walks, and time to relax. Your pup will be treated like part of the family while they’re here! I have two friendly, playful dogs and three very friendly cats, so there’s always plenty of company. We have a nice yard for outdoor time, plenty of toys and space to play, and lots of attention throughout the day. I’ll follow your dog’s normal feeding, sleeping, and care routine, provide walks and supervised playtime, and can crate them if requested. I’ll also send plenty of photo updates so you can see how they’re doing throughout their stay!

For me this means providing a safe and secure environment for their needs, an insane amount of cuddles, daily exercise, and abiding to the rules given by their owners. I have had dogs all my life, and currently I have 2 wonderful dogs: Diggie- a 2yr old 75lb male Lab/Pittie mix who is neutered. Fozzie- a 1yr 30lb male mix who is neutered. I have 2 kids aged 3yrs and 11yrs who have both been taught how to act properly around dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around in and lots of toys. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I am home evenings Monday-Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays and would love to care for your pup! Monday through Friday I do come home on my breaks (I only live .1 mile from my job) so I can let fur babies outside for potty and play then. If your pup has special needs, Friday evening through Sunday may be best as I would be gone periodically throughout the day during the week. I can’t wait to work with you and meet your pup! I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.

Rainier really enjoyed his time at their place being accepted into their pack and I received daily updates with photos. He even gave Rainier a bath which I have a difficult time getting him to do. Was worried that Rainier wouldn't want to even go back home with me he was having so much fun.”

About: We have taken care of all kinds of animals for as long as we can remember. We recently raised a litter of 9 Australian Sheppards in my home. We also have a lot of experience with cats! I was also an Animal Keeper for about a year with native Illinois Wildlife (including black bears, cougars & bobcats). My shifts are 8am-5pm with an hour lunch from 12-1pm. I do typically have weekends off with the occasional Saturday and Sunday at my part time jobs in East Peoria. Your home is their home. I will cater to your pet based on what they like or need. If they just need someone to keep them company I’m there. I will treat your space with respect and follow any instructions given. I have two fur babies of my own and was hesitant of letting a stranger in my home to care for them. So I have days free and am typically up all night! I always have to take my dogs out on leashes and they love going for long walks! I have a 1 year old dog that still has a lot of energy and loves to play. My one dog does like to try and chase deer and squirrels so I’m pretty good at making sure they can’t take off. I am always down for a walk if requested and play time is always a plus, but I’m always down for a good cuddle as well! The dog hair does not bother me!
