I love cooking for them and knowing exactly what is going in their food. I love making home made treats for them as well. I even sew for them at times. I've made boots, coats, beds, Halloween costumes, toys, etc. Right now, my schedule is pretty flexible, which means I have lots of time to dedicate purely to furkids. My home is small but I have a yard and lots of walking available - Cats are usually drop-ins at Your home, but if in mine; because I have cats (friendly), I wiIl always see/hear them and be well-looked after. :-)

About: I have 3 pets of my own and no children. This gives me flexibility and freedom to accommodate customer needs. I have 2 senior pets and 1 that’s a bit of a wild child. I have raised the 2 older ones their whole life. I workout everyday and being able to incorporate others in that is great. I enjoy the outdoors and staying healthy. I’m big on structure and routine. About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.

Starting at a young age, I was responsible for feeding, walking, and cleaning up after our family dogs. By the time I was 15, I began caring for a neighbor’s dog whenever they were out of town, building early experience in pet sitting and responsibility. Today, I’m 24 with dogs of my own, including one with medical needs, so I’m familiar with administering medication and maintaining a consistent care routine.
