“Kelly and her family were amazing! Cooper was made right at home and loved playing ball in their backyard and spending time with the kids. Kelly was very quick to respond and sent me pictures each day with an update. It’s so reassuring to have a safe place for our dog to stay in the future ❤️”

“Jamie and Aaron were amazing!! Max had the best time and I think he was sad to leave. They provided pictures and video while he was there. Will definitely use them in future!!”

“Best experience ever. My puppy was well loved and taken care of. Christina is amazing, my pup had the best time. They spend quality time with each dog. No dog left behind. Lots of pictures were provided. I knew what was happening every day. It was such a treat that I didn’t have to worry that our puppy would miss us or anything like that. Quality care and loving environment.”

“Ashely did an amazing job with our two dogs during our vacation. (Aspen 4+ and Ollie 2+). Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with her and the dogs had to spend more time inside than outside and she had lots of paws to wash because of all the rain. They were both happy and looked well taken care of when we returned. Ashley provided us with pictures and updates during the stay. Ashley was very responsive and easy to get in contact with prior to caring for the pups! I would highly recommend Ashley and definitely reach out to her again if I ever need a dog sitter again!”

“Melissa was exceptional!! I needed someone to look after my pups while recovering from emergency appendix surgery in my apartment and I am so so glad Melissa was available. Not only was she quick to respond, but she made sure my girls were taken care of and worn out by running in her backyard. I will be using her again 100% and recommend her to anyone searching for a sitter.”
“We had a great first experience using Rover with Nicole as our pet sitter! Our kitten, Paris, stayed with her for four days and was clearly happy and well cared for when we picked her up. Nicole was attentive, playful with Paris, and made sure she felt right at home. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. We’re so glad we chose Nicole—definitely a great choice for us!”

“This is our second stay with Matt. Just like the first it was great. Our furbaby was in great hands. Awesome communication with pictures. Our dog was so happy the whole stay. 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Starr was fantastic! My dog is diabetic which requires an insulin injection twice a day. He recently had eye surgery which requires pain meds and eye drops several times a day. She was amazing! She sent photos and messages several times a day showing how he was doing. That reassured me and I was not worried about him so I enjoyed my vacation even more. I have already recommended Starr to two of my friends. I would definitely use her services again!”

“This was my first time needing a sitter and I was pretty nervous about it. I've never had to leave my sweet boy anywhere other than the vet for a day. Carol was very accommodating. She allowed me to see where he would be, answered any questions I had and sent pictures to me to assure me he was ok. I was grateful for that. That helped ease my mind. I would definitely use her again if it should become necessary again. She's awesome!!”

“Laura has been amazing!! She provided daily updates and took care of Patty so well on our 8 day trip. This was my first time using Laura’s services and I’ll def be using her again.”

About: I have had a dog for 8 years and am considering adopting a sibling. This will be a great way to not only find some wonderful new doggy friends and families but to also acclimate my dog to having another dog in the house. I have a large fenced in yard and am home on weekends so my dog and I would welcome some company! I work full time during the week and am in the office 3 days so I work from home on Fridays and have weekends free! I have a fenced in yard and friendly dog who would love some company. I do also have a crate so can crate your pup as well or they can sleep in a bed, on the couch, wherever they are comfortable!
“We had a great experience leaving our Aussidoodle, Willie, with Cynthia and her sweet lab, Luna. I received numerous pictures and was happy to know Willie had a very large, fenced in yard for roaming and exercise. Cynthia treated Willie like her own and gave positive feedback about his stay. I won't hesitate to request Cynthia for future boarding.”

About: Hi, thank you so much for stopping by to read through my profile. I have loved and taken care of friend’s and family’s dogs for years. Big, small, medium, even tempered, wild, mellow- I absolutely love them all. I have a 12 year old lab, who has slowed down a lot. She is my everything. I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. My house is set up well with a fenced in back yard and lots of attention and love offered. Let me know what questions or concerns you might have! I work Monday-Friday, I am usually free in the evenings and off on Thursdays typically. I’m free on most holidays(so keep that in mind).** I am free on most weekends. ** My job is flexible, 12 mins away, making it easy to drop by my house throughout the day. My house is open and I have a great fenced in area. Your dog will be spoiled rotten over here. Lots of pets and attention. I also know how important a walk is to a dog, it’s the highlight of their day! We’d make the most of it.
“Otis has many special needs, and she cared for him like he was part of the family. Barbora went above and beyond, was very accommodating, and sent updates and pictures to keep me informed. It was such a relief knowing Otis was loved and so well cared for.”

“Our pup did great at Mandi’s! I didn’t have to worry at all because she sent pictures of his day and an update of what he did. She was so sweet to send him home with a personalized bandana and a jar of homemade treats! Definitely recommend!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and many other furry and feathered companions. I firmly believe that a house isn’t truly a home without a four-legged friend. Over the years, I’ve provided pet care for family and friends, caring for up to five dogs at a time of varying breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also have experience caring for cats, including both indoor and outdoor pets. My background is in nursing, which has given me valuable experience with responsibility, attention to detail, and caring for animals with special medical needs. However, my love for animals has always been just as strong as my passion for helping people. My family and I recently relocated from St. Louis, Missouri, to St. Jacob, Illinois. My husband and daughter share my love for animals, and our home is currently filled with the company of our three beloved cats. Earlier this year, we said goodbye to our sweet dog, Roxy, after 17 wonderful years together. Her absence has left a noticeable void in our home, and we miss the sound of her sassy little feet following us around. While we take our time deciding when we’re ready to welcome another dog into our family, I’ve decided to return to pet sitting and expand my services. Caring for animals brings me joy, and I would be honored to provide loving, dependable care for your pets while you’re away. Whether it’s drop-in visits, medication administration, or vacation care, you can rest assured your pets will be treated like family.
“Staci was amazing with my cats while I was out of town! She left detailed updates and sent lots of pictures! She was very flexible when travel plans changed my cats loved her!!”

“We’ve been satisfied clients of Christina for a few years. She goes above and beyond for our older cats who require medications, etc. We can enjoy our vacations knowing they’re being well looked after.”
“Gabby spent quality time with my cat Niko. I loved getting the daily report on him and seeing how cuddly he was! My cat has some anxiety and he did not appear have any issues while I was away. Super grateful for her service!”

About: I have had animals of all sorts my whole life growing up on ranches. I have a pre-vet degree in zoology and a masters in biology. I am certified in equine massage, but i like to give other critters some good scratches too! I have worked with animals of all kinds and have dedicated my life to helping animals.

“This is our third time rebooking with Rebecca and she was amazing as always! She really pays attention to minor details to make sure the kitties are perfectly taken care of! As always, I would 100% recommend her!”
“Nick did an amazing job watching my dogs while I was away. He is very knowledgeable about taking care of dogs and that out my mind at ease when I was out of town. When I came home, my dogs and cat were completely calm as if I had only been gone for a few minutes instead of a few days.”

About: I've taken care of senior dogs and up to 4 dogs at a time. I am available to stay overnight if needed and don't have a preference for any breed of pets. I'm currently enrolled at McKendree University and am able to watch pets throughout the afternoon, evenings, and nights! I am pretty available throughout the week and through the weekend! I have a fenced in yard and love to take pets on walks throughout town and playing with the pets as well to keep them company.
About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and loved being around them. I started watching my co-workers pets and it led to me making an account. I walk, feed, and bathe their pets this is something I enjoy doing in my free time. I am a shift worker so my schedule is different all the time, but I can always fit in at least 2-3 visits to spend time and take care the the pet I need. The weekends I always have more time since I am off, and during the week the time won’t always be the same that I drop by. I make sure the pets get enough play time inside and out to get all the energy they have all out. I think of myself as the pet and would want to do something if I’ve been by myself all day in a house. I make sure they are eating and note if something seems unusual that the owner should know about. I see every animal as if they are my own. When I dog sit I encourage a list of things you would like to be done and the dos and don’ts.
About: I have cared for a wide variety of pets from slippery and slimy to cuddly and soft. I currently work with a diverse group of animals every day as the education coordinator at Treehouse Wildlife Center. I Have pet sat for friends and neighbors since I was 12 and love the opportunity to make new animal acquaintances. I understand not all animals are perfect and can have varying levels of temperament and care. I am ready for anything, as I understand all pets deserve the best love and care regardless. Work full time 7-5 available weekends and evenings primarily but can make exceptions due to flexibility in my current position. Let me know if you have any questions. I have two dogs, a parrot, a hedgehog, and a few aquariums. I know my pets are cared for by the people I live with like they are their own, whenever I am gone. I plan to do the same as a sitter as I know how it can feel to be unsure to leave your pets while your away. Unfortunately we can’t always take our fuzzy friends where ever we go, no matter how much we love them.
About: Some see them as animals, I see them as little people... whom deserves to be loved and cared for properly. I am dedicated and trust worthy. SAFETY is my number one priority when it comes to your pet. I am a Welder by trade and its currently too hot outside for my career, so I'll have lots of time for your pet till the fall when it cools down. I have two very friendly children in my home, ages 17 and 7. We have lots of room in our home and a big back yard which includes chickens. The chickens stay inside their chicken run, they don't like dogs or cats anyway. My schedule is pretty open right now, so just let me know when you would like services, and I'll let you know if I'm available. We currently have chickens and one mixed breed dog named "Charlie" who loves all dogs, cats and even the chickens. Your pet would have our undivided attention! We absolutely love dogs and cats.

“We both (my furbaby and myself) absolutely adore Christina! We go twice a week and my pup is so excited when I say “wanna go to day care?” She is exhausted when I pick her up! I love that Christina takes pictures so I get to see my girl in action and the other doggies she is playing with. I also truly appreciate the advice and feedback she offers. I feel blessed that we found her 🥰”

We live on a 2+ acre lot with lots of room to run/walk around the property. We do not currently have a fenced in yard so dogs would need to be on a leash to ensure their safety while staying with us. We have lots of walking paths in our area that we can offer for exercise. If your dog likes a quiet place to rest, we have used our laundry room as a quiet area for pets.
“We love taking Belle to Melissa. We feel she is safe with her and her family. I’m so happy I found Melissa and Belle has a great relationship. Belle moved from a different part of Illinois where she was the neighborhood dog and everyone’s friend. Melissa’s service has eased our minds and we are greatly appreciative. Thank you Melissa!”

“Nicole was great!! She took my puppy last minute and he had so much fun tagging along with them to a BBQ, swimming, playing with her kiddos, and so much more! 10/10 recommend her!”

About: I've been caring for animals since I was a kid. It’s always been a passion of mine! Over the years, I’ve puppy-sat, dog-sat (up to six dogs at once for one owner!), cat-sat, and even farm-sat a few times. I treat every animal like they're my own. My pets are truly my babies, and my friends lovingly call me “extra” when it comes to how much I dote on them. I even tried to save a baby mouse once, I really do care about every animal I meet! I work in education, which means I have summers, holidays, and Christmas breaks off. I rarely travel because I prefer to stay home with my fur children, so I’m usually available year-round. Availability: Summer (June–Early August): Available daily, any time School Year (Mid August–May): Monday–Friday, Before 6:30 AM & after 4 PM Saturday & Sunday: Usually available all day Holidays & School Breaks: Available all day Pet Care Details: Dogs: I don’t have a fenced yard, but I walk my two dogs on leashes every 2–4 hours for potty breaks. They’re crate trained, but your dog doesn’t need to be. I’m happy to take your pup(s) to the local dog park if they enjoy that, and I offer as much walking as they need! Cats: While I don’t board cats in my home, I offer drop-in visits. I can feed, brush, play, and snuggle with them, whatever makes them feel most comfortable. I currently work only during the school year. So, most holidays, and summers I am off. Most weekends I am available. During the work week I am available before 6:30 am, and after 4:00 pm. At this time I currently only board small animals once I meet them to approve they can get along with my two small dogs. While I am in your home I treat your animals, and house with the utmost care, and respect.

About: I have had cats & dogs since I was a child. Now I have a cat who loves dogs and neighbors bring their dogs over to see how they react to a cat. I am a retired vet with nothing but time to worship animals. I visit the dog park even though I dont have a dog & carry treat in case I meet a dog I have a yard with a fence, two bedrooms & a comfy couch all are welcome on. I live near a dog park & several parks for roaming.
About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs in the house hold as far back as I could remember! I have a genuine love for animals in general but especially our canine friends. I have served in law enforcement for nearly a decade and with that said safety, security and transparency are top of my list of priorities. I have worked closely with dogs my entire life and have trained several dogs to learn simple and more advanced commands which improves the overall behavior and wellbeing of any dog. My schedule is extremely flexible and all it takes is an open line of communication and most scheduling need can be met to fit the owners requests. Its important for me that a clients pet is treated like my own. I believe it takes integrity to car for someone’s dog and because they can not speak for themselves it worries pet owners that their dog may be mistreated when being cared for by another person. Rest assured I would make it my mission to treat your dog as if he/she were my own. My home is located on nearly 2 acres grassy open fields, with over 4000 sq ft of that space being fenced in for plenty of outdoor activities.
About: I've watched pets for friends and family since I was a teenager. I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs and cats and will love them like they are my own. I can't wait to meet you and your fur baby. I am currently a stay at home spouse and looking for ways to make extra income doing something I love. I am extremely flexible with my schedule and will make the time to make things work. I have a cat that seems to get along with other animals, but haven't put it to the test too much. I have walked and pet sat for several clients with bigger dogs and that have special needs and am comfortable with them all. I do always try and do a meet and greet before our first visit so your pet can get to know me before they are left alone with me.

About: I've trained and have been a parent to numerous breeds. Right now my wife and I have 2 adorable golden doodles. We can't have kids so our pets mean everything to us I'm currently working from home selling items online and taking care of our dogs and cat. About: I was 9 when we got a family dog and have loved dogs ever since! I am definitely the dog whisperer of the family and can count on me to care for your dog(s) as I care for mine. I currently work from home and waitress on weekend nights. I have a pretty set schedule so I know the times I can be available and have room for flexibility The While I grew up with a pet I do not currently have a dog and that is just because I was in school and had work so no real time to care and nurture a dog. As for now & school being done and my job being from home I have to perfect schedule to take walks (which I already do on my lunch break) why not add a dog to the fun!

About: Hello! My name is Marieta and I live in a house with a large yard in Edwardsville, IL. I would love to watch your dog(s) for the day and/or overnight. I am an experienced dog walker & have also cared for dogs, ranging from small to large breeds, for the last couple of years. I absolutely love dogs - I've had dogs all throughout my life until recently. I work from home, thus, I am able to provide constant attention, long walks, and overall engagement. My husbans can assist any time that I may be busy. He is also a pet lover! We are available almost all week and weekend days/nights. We are flexible and have no problem with last minute calls. We are also available to watch your pet(s) for an extended period of time! I currently work from home and much flexibility to spend lots of time with your dog. We have a large yard and live in a great neighborhood for walks. We recently lost our soul dog of 9 years so we’re very experienced with the level of comfort and attention that a dog needs throughout the day.
“I have used Shannon to care for my dogs 4 times now and every time has been great. Shannon is very accommodating and flexible, which I really like because my life is hectic. My dogs seem to love going there, they rush right in as soon as she opens the door. They are always good natured when I pick them up, which tells me that Shannon is treating them right. She sends me pictures throughout their stay and keeps me updated. I plan on using her every time I need a pet sitter. Finding someone reliable and dependable and caring is a real comfort to me when I have to leave my pets.”

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life—at least five of my own since childhood! I’ve learned how to understand their personalities and needs, and even trained my current dog to be calm and social. My home is cozy, welcoming, and set up for a dog’s comfort and routine. I provide the same love, structure, and attention to every pup I watch, making sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home while you’re away. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I love starting the day with a morning walk and taking another in the evening to wind down. I’m also available on weekends with at least a week’s notice—perfect for when you need a reliable sitter for your pup. In my home, dogs are treated like family. I have a friendly pup who loves making new friends and keeping other dogs company. There’s a cozy space where pets can relax, nap, or be crated if they need their own quiet time. My fenced yard gives them plenty of room for potty breaks and playtime in a safe environment. If I’m caring for your dog in your home, I’ll follow their normal routines to help them feel secure and loved while you’re away. Whether at your place or mine, I focus on creating a peaceful, happy experience for every pup.
“As a new user, I found that Sarah was so helpful in explaining how the app worked and what to expect. My puppy was very relaxed with Sarah and waiting by the door for me when I came to pick him up. I will definitely use the service with Sarah again.”

About: I have grown up in a household with dogs, mainly the medium to large sized breeds. I have experience with all sizes of dogs though, as I have taken care of a variety of sized dogs for friends, family, and neighbors. I have taken care of cats and dogs when needing medical care - especially giving meds and minor wound care - and also have groomed and walked many types and sizes of dogs. I love making sure the pets are healthy and happy. I have volunteered at an animal shelter to help with the care of animals - providing play time, meds, and grooming of both dogs and cats. I'm currently a full time student at SIUE and I'm in the MFA art studio program. For summer 2026 semester my schedule is Mon-Fri for a few hours in July. For fall I have classes Monday through Friday for a few hours at a time. Weekends I'm generally free. For drop ins and walks, I'll work with you to figure out the best time(s) based upon my schedule and distance from campus. During house sitting, I can provide food, medicine, play time, walks, and many other services. I also am willing to assist with house related things - bringing in mail, taking trash out for trash pickup, etc - just let me know and we can work it out. For walks and drop ins, in addition to the service, I can provide some house related services (like bring in mail and packages) upon request. I am available to help with the pets at the clients home. I can either stay at your place or go home at night, which I can work with you based on your needs and comfort. I have experience with gated and non gated yards (so needing to leash the dog when taking out for the potty), gates for inside the house, and crate training. Often I will have my own leash with me so that if anything happens, I'm prepared. As for walks, I often work with the dog(s) to see what triggers them and avoid as much as possible. I know not all dogs are friendly with other dogs or people so I am aware of my surroundings and provide appropriate distance to avoid people and dogs as best as I can.
“Amazing experience. Gabby was a very easy going and cared well for our dogs. She is a professional and I highly recommend her. Once you meet her, your mind will be at ease knowing your pets and safe and sound in her care. Great communications throughout the experience. 100% recommend and will call on her again!”

I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.
“Rachel great! We really appreciate her willingness to regularly walk two dogs, both of which need to learn a bit more leash etiquette. We highly recommend Rachel for your pet care needs!”
“Meih was amazing with our pup, Milo! She was attentive and caring. We really appreciated the updates and how thoughtful Meih was with his specific needs. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking with her again!”

I have a fenced yard and a golden doodle that is very friendly. If you have any questions about accommodations for your doggy I am more than welcome to help!
About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life! Small, big, energetic, and calm, I love them all. Right now I live with 2 extremely spoiled Labs, but I grew up with a Maltese and a Chihuahua. I worked in the grooming salon at Petsmart for a while as a dogbather and know how to bathe, brush, and cut nails. I loved working there and being around animals, but ended up leaving due to moving out of state. I've also volunteered at Partners for Pets out in Troy, IL and made many furry friends there as well. I have a very flexible schedule as I am a stay at home mom. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine and I'm used to regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and maintaining a calm, comfortable environment for pets. I do photography so I'm guaranteed to get some amazing photos of your pet to cherish! I love throwing the ball/toy, if thats not really your dogs speed, tug of war and cuddles is also fun! I do enjoy going on walks, but with the colder weather coming thats not always an option, in that case, toys that make your dog use their brain and sniff around are great alternatives!

Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I will make sure to check in with you and provide lots of photos to let you know your babies are in good hands.

“Laura has been amazing!! She provided daily updates and took care of Patty so well on our 8 day trip. This was my first time using Laura’s services and I’ll def be using her again.”

“Sarah was very communicative, sending texts and pictures. She gave our dog extra treats and made sure he was eating well. She provided ways to cool down on the hot summer days with baby pools and frozen treats.”

“We can’t say enough good things about Ashley’s care and attention and role the whole family plays in taking care of our Baxter. We got photos frequently and assuring messages while we were away. I’m not surf Baxter was ready to come home. Ten out of five stars!”

“Stacie was amazing with our pups! We had another dog sitter cancel the day before we were supposed to leave and she was able to keep them last minute. She kept us up to date and sent us pictures! Will definitely be using her again!”

“Simone was great with our pup! This was the longest we've ever left him so I was a little worried about how he'd react. She made him comfortable and he always seemed happy if every picture/video. She was always responsive, sent updates to ease my mind, and provided a safe and clean place for our furry family member. We will definitely book with Simone again and would recommend her to anyone in the area.”
