About: I have had between 2-4 animals in my house since I was a kid. I have been pet sitting animals from kittens/puppies all the way up to 16 years old for the past 4 years consistently. I am good with helping animals take their meds and will interact with animals at their pace. I am currently working a part time job and starting full online classes so I can get my masters. This means that I will be free most of the time and will be able to make my schedule fit around my clients needs. In my clients home I will make sure to follow instructions given to me, ensuring I am familiar with all details to give the animals the best care. I will take any animals that enjoy walks for those in the area or to a park if they need to get energy out, play with them outside, or play with them inside. I follow a routine for feeding and for any meds they might have to take, while also checking to make sure they have full and clean water daily. For fall I have classes Monday through Friday with times needing to be at campus for a few hours at a time. Weekends I'm generally free. Drop-ins/walks midday Mon-Thurs tend to be difficult as I have some breaks but can do before/after classes. I'll let you know if there is something happening during your requested time that will have me away from the house for longer than normal. During house sitting, I can provide food, medicine, play time, walks, and many other services. I also am willing to assist with house related things - bringing in mail, taking trash out for trash pickup, etc - just let me know and we can work it out. For walks and drop ins, my availability is generally flexible outside of classes/work and will work with you to determine the best time(s) to be there. I can also provide some house related services (like bring in mail and packages) upon request. Please note I do have in person classes and GA position at SIUE Monday through Friday, so availability is based upon schedule and distance from campus. I am available to help with the pets at the clients home. I can either stay at your place or go home at night, which I can work with you based on your needs and comfort. I have experience with gated and non gated yards (so needing to leash the dog when taking out for the potty), gates for inside the house, and crate training. Often I will have my own leash with me so that if anything happens, I'm prepared. As for walks, I often work with the dog(s) to see what triggers them and avoid as much as possible. I know not all dogs are friendly with other dogs or people so I am aware of my surroundings and provide appropriate distance and avoid people and dogs as best as I can.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was around 12 or 13 years old. I would take care of neighbor's, and family member's animals. Such as walking them, feeding them, giving them the love and care that they receive everyday from their owners. I am in college so my schedule is very consistent! Two days out of the week I have 8:30am classes and then the other 3 days my classes start at noon. I am very flexible however, all of my classes end at or before 5pm. My shifts are typically 6 hours or less, and I only work up to 4 days a week. I do sometimes have other commitments that typically take up to 4 hours at a time. For people interested in boarding, I have a fenced yard and an 11/yo, 15 lb Shih Tzu who is very friendly. He is laid back and prefers dogs who are also laid back, but has never shown aggression with high energy dogs. I typically walk the dogs I watch at least once a day, but that can vary on the age and/or the activity level of the dog. I can also take them to a park, weather permitting! I always try to keep the pups experience as stress-free as possible, so I listen closely to everything you tell me about your pet. I try to stick to any routine that you guys share, whether that be feeding times, walking times, or anything else! I live in a quiet neighborhood where your dog will be safe with me. Please note, I am typically only able to board small to medium hypoallergenic dogs, up to 30 lbs.

My apartment features a sizable grassy courtyard for pets who like to spend some time outdoors, trips outside will always be closely monitored.

About: I work 8-4:30pm Monday through Friday, I can do before work and after work depending on the time and area pretty much always available on weekends feel free to reach out 😃. I have been around animals my whole life. As a child we had three American Bull dogs. I have taken care of animals for friends when they were out of town until they return home.
