She was friendly, reliable, and very communicative throughout the entire stay, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She kept me updated regularly and was always quick to respond to messages. Most importantly, my boys absolutely loved her! It was clear they were well cared for, happy, and comfortable in her care. About: I’m an animal science major with plans to pursue veterinary medicine, and caring for animals—especially dogs—is truly what lights me up. During high school, I was the go-to neighborhood dog walker, caring for dogs ranging from large breeds to small pups, which helped grow my confidence and love for working with all kinds of dogs. I also have four years of hands-on experience in a busy dog daycare, where I’ve worked with pups of all sizes, breeds, and personalities—from energetic zoomie experts to shy cuddle bugs. I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique quirks and making them feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or just some extra belly rubs, I treat every dog like they’re my own. My goal is to make your pup’s time away from you feel fun, comfortable, and exciting. I currently work at a dog shelter where my shifts are either from 7am-12pm or 4-9pm. I am happy to work around your pups schedule with ahead of time notice! Before, after, and during my break your dog will have plenty of time to potty and play. When I visit a clients home I give all my love and care to them to make sure they feel happy while the owner is gone. I focus on keeping their routine as consistent, safe, and comfortable as possible. I take the time to learn each pet’s schedule, including feeding times, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions, so they feel secure and stress-free.

“I liked working with Chloe, she’s super nice and kind. We were able to communicate well and adjust accordingly due to my work schedule changing. She was punctual and my pups liked having her ☺️. I will definitely reach out again in the future. Thank you Chloe”

“I could not ask for a better experience! I initially selected Terri based on her reviews and she did not disappoint. I realized at our get-acquainted meeting that she was a kind and caring person with a genuine love for animals. I felt I could trust her with the security of my home and care of my 10 year old cat, Spicey. Terri came each day as arranged, and sent thoughtful notes and photos. Not only were the various tasks - feeding etc - done just as we discussed during our brief meeting, but she took time to get to know Spicey, giving her pets, treats, and much needed attention. I was able to enjoy my time away, trusting that all was well at home. I will book Terri again, without hesitation!”
About: I've had pets my whole life, from birds, reptiles, and fish to dogs, cats and rodents, so I know my way around various pets and how to take care of them, as such any special needs won't be too far out of my expertise. When it comes to dogs I've taken two puppies of mine to training classes and am willing to work with whatever training you have in place with your dog, whether that is working on correcting behaviors like jumping or continuing to teach them certain tricks while you're away, I will try my best to make sure they stay on the right track! Cats are the kind of pet I've had for the longest and know the best, even though none of mine so far have been major trouble makers I know how fickle some can be. I'm not afraid to do the occasional litterbox clean if needed or to keep an eye on them during their occasional zoomies. Currently my schedule is pretty flexible, I'm available any day from noon to midnight so if you need someone to check in on your pet overnight I'm available! I'm willing to work with any dietary needs and/or restrictions your pet has and as I've given medications to my pets before I would be able to give your pet any if they needed it during my visit. I'm big into teaching my dogs how to be respectful on a walk so I would be willing to continue any on walk training you may have!
About: I grew up with two big Akita/husky’s that were always full of energy but very entertaining! I now have a Pitbul mix that loves to cuddles. I am available for morning walks with a lot of free afternoons and evenings. I would love to help you out and make sure your fur baby is taken care of while you’re away. As a pet sitter, my main responsibility is to provide quality care for pets in their own homes while their owners are away. Discussing with the owner about their pets needs, habits, and specific requirements.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. “He did a great job with Coco. Our first time at Nate's went smoothly. Coco had a good time playing with the other dogs and in the fenced backyard. Thank you for taking good care of him.”

About: Animals are my passion and caring for them is my kind of fun! The quality of care and love I provide is reflected in my pricing. I have cared for family, friends and my own pets since 2009 - feeding, watering, training and administering medication. I worked for The Animal Hospital of Monticello from December 2021-September 2023 where I cared for many different breeds of cats and dogs, at many different age and health levels. I am familiar with animal first aid and am regularly educating myself on medical concerns/treatments because health is my #1 priority. I also love to learn about animal behavior (of all sorts-I'm very nerdy), enrichment and training because I believe a mentally and physically happy animal is a healthy one. I also have experience caring for exotic animals including guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, and lizards. I am happy to learn the needs of whatever baby I am caring for! I will not board any exotic animal or cats for their safety, but I'm more than happy to provide stop ins! ***If I do not believe I can care for your pet properly for whatever reason, I may have connections to those who do have the ability and I will be happy to help you find a new care giver.*** I am currently caring for two dogs from my home three times a week M,T, Th. They train, play, eat and snuggle with me all day. I also have a twelve year old, so If we humans have errands, vacations or an emergency-I let the pet parents know as far in advance as possible. I have two very friendly Australian Shepherd type dogs, an 12 year old human child, a husband and a cat of my own. (Somehow we all get along!) Your fur baby will have the comfort of lots of friends nearby if they come to stay with us. I do require dogs to be up to date on all vaccinations, dog & cat friendly and kennel trained if boarding with me. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.
“Peggy is exactly the person you want taking care of your pets. She is patient, relaxed, and full of love! She has a dog of her own, Peanut, and offers to do an introduction before your booking to make sure all animals are comfortable. My days are somewhat unpredictable and Peggy was always accommodating and patient with my schedule. Maple would rush to her door each day in anticipation. We feel so lucky that Maple has been under such great care for the past 2 weeks!!”

“Karen was so wonderful! I was in Bloomington for five hours to visit family for the holidays and needed a place that my dog could stay while I was with family. Karen was incredibly accommodating and a happy safe space for my pup. He is disabled and has really bad separation anxiety. He was able to make him feel loved and safe and continuously sent me pictures and updates on him. I highly recommend using him:)”

“Lindsay is absolutely amazing with my spunky, crazy husky! She watches her one day a week to give us a break and give her lots of love and play time. She also watched her for a long weekend. I am very picky on who watches my little girl and I have full confidence every time I drop her off!”

“Great communication! Super flexible. By far one of the best rovers we’ve had! Rambo will miss you guys! If we’re back In Peoria we will def be reaching out to them! ❤️❤️”

I’m also very comfortable with multi-pet households, rural properties, and farm animals. Having grown up on a farm myself, I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for animals large and small, as well as maintaining a home and property with respect and reliability. I structure my schedule around the animals in my care so they receive consistent attention, enrichment, and calm companionship throughout the day. This allows me to be fully present for feedings, walks, playtime, medication needs, and individualized routines, while also offering flexibility for pets who need extra time, patience, or reassurance. Caring for animals isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s what my days are built around. Safety, trust, and comfort are the foundation of every service I provide. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I prioritize calm, consistency, and close supervision. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs so their care feels familiar and stress-free. In my home, pets are welcomed into a clean, secure, and peaceful environment with plenty of space to relax and play. Supervised outdoor time is provided in a safely contained area, and all interactions are thoughtfully managed to ensure each animal feels comfortable and respected. About: I have spent my entire life caring for animals. Throughout my life I have had many animals from birds and Guinea pigs to cats and dogs. Koda, my youngest dog was completely trained by me in German commands. Working with dogs to learn new things is one of my favorite things to do. My oldest dog, Motley is a senior and the past couple years I have become very educated and trained on administration of medication and post surgery care. With experience from my own pets, I have many reliable references I have gained over the years that can vouch for me on my loving, dedicated, and superior care with their fur babies. I am currently a nanny and have almost completely open availability. I work Monday through Thursday during the day but can still do visits anytime! And I’m off Friday through Sunday so anytime those days as well! When visiting your home I am happy to provide any services you may need for your pet. This includes special feeding instructions, medication distribution, daily walks, baths, guaranteed playtime, and more all while treating them as my own with so much love! I am also happy to do drop in visits while you are at work or walks to get your babies steps in.
About: I am able to pay attention to detail and help identify what an animal tends to need as far as play time, food, sit and petting time. I am able and willing to help an animal navigate their needs and wants because it helps me to give them the care they deserve. I am a college student! I work part time and I have availability throughout the day that allows me to be able to dedicate time to help take care of animals. The biggest concerns for me when it comes to pets is ensuring that there’s consistency and a safe environment to help create a healthy home.
“We needed help with our pup last minute and Misty was quick to respond and willing to work with our schedule. During the meet and greet I could tell she was very comfortable with animals as well as knowledgable. Overall Misty was amazing to work with and I felt at ease knowing our fur baby was in good hands.”

About: I started pet sitting when I worked at my first vet clinic. And, because I love animals so much, I have never stopped. I grew up with dogs, cats, ducks and every pet in between! Currently, I have 2 dogs, a Jack-Russell mix named Jake and a Beagle mix named Macy. They are extremely pet/people friendly and they love new company! Also, I worked as a veterinary assistant for a a few years, so I am very comfortable with administering medications and taking care of your pets special needs. I will provide whatever accommodations that are needed and I will make sure that your pets feel safe and comfortable. Most of all, I will always keep an open line of communication with you. I know how it feels being away form your pet and I know the importance of regular updates and pics. I look forward to hearing from you and I can’t wait to met your pets! :) 🏡 House Sitting + Boarding 🏡 (Overnight) Evening - Morning; I do offer some flexibility, however there could be an additional fee if check in/out times are drastically different from what I have set. I currently work from home full time. This means I can fully dedicate all of my time to your fur babies and their individual needs. I will care for your pet/pets the same way every single time. And, I will always treat your pet/pets as is if he or she were my own.

“Madison is fantastic, attentive, and goes the extra mile!! Cleo LOVES walks with Madie and her tail wags as soon as she sees her. She has been so reliable and consistent with her help and we appreciate her SO MUCH!!”

About: I have had experience with animals pretty much my entire life. From my great grandparents all the way down to my cousins and myself, we all have an enormous amount of love for any animal that we are lucky enough to have as a part of our family. I get the privilege of having two pups at home and they are my babies ❤️ I have 2 pups at home, Knight and Koda. Knight is a lab/beagle mix that I adopted from a shelter and Koda is a purebred German Shepherd. the both love to run and play! We go on 2-6 mile walks every day that I’m not working! I currently am not working so my schedule is very flexible. I’m in school but it’s all online so that also won’t be a problem. I treat other people’s animals the same way that I would want someone to treat my animals. I love all animals and treat them like family.
About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs, friends and family, and neighbor's pet(s), I have also traveled across the US to pet-sit. I have the availability and flexibility to take care of your pet anytime during the daytime and nighttime! Will do my best to accommodate your pet(s) everyday schedule. When it comes to your pet(s) it’s your designation as how you would like me to offer my services. I don’t have any issues with crating, letting him/her have free range, etc even at night I do love cuddles!
About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.

“Rylee was absolutely amazing with Grizzly and he seemed to be immediately at ease with her. As a truck driver who spends almost every moment with his dog at his side it was so nice to see him instantly become comfortable with Rylee. I will be using her services again and would recommend her to anyone.”
