“Bridget was an awesome sitter for our dog! Being that this was the first time he was left with someone other than family, we were so appreciative of her communication and photos! A bonus was all the fur friends that she has so Dude, our dog, was always busy and getting lots of play in. Would highly recommend Bridget to anyone and will be keeping her in mind for future stays if we’re in town again.”

“They were amazing and great with our dog. She’s 100lbs plus and from photos, she made herself at home with the everyone and enjoyed herself! We will be booking with them again for anything we need to do with our dog.”

“I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my Milo. Meet and greet went great and I had no reservations with leaving him there for the weekend. She sent pictures and videos all weekend that showed he was having a great time with her dogs and family. I really don’t think he wanted to come home!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience in animal rescue. I’ve worked in kennel environments and currently serve as an intake coordinator for a rescue, giving me extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. In 2025 alone, I fostered 45 animals, so I’m very comfortable handling a wide range of personalities, from shy and nervous to high energy pups. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pup and provide them with the care, attention, and exercise they deserve! I get off work at 3 most days so afternoon walks are best. I am a very active person so i am always walking with my dog. I have a dog friendly dog and a fenced in yard, i do not plan on having dogs in my home but can possibly if necessary.
“Kristen was very responsive and thorough with her questioning of Zuko's preferences and needs. She followed up once a day as we agreed and it seemed like my doggo enjoyed his time there.”

“Eddie always has the best time with Tami and her family! He comes home happy and shows so much excitement the next time we head their way as we are driving to their home. Best choice!!”

“I will definitely rebook Robyn in the future and felt very comfortable with my baby boy in her care! She sent updates and pictures and videos any time I asked and always responded to all my messages pretty instantly. Biggie gave her a giant hug and kiss goodbye when I picked him up. Thank you, Robyn! 🐾🖤”

“Daisy had a great first stay with Eloise. She has a nice set up with a ranch house which was helpful because Daisy had an injured leg and Eloise kept her activity limited as needed. Drop off and pickup were very smooth and timely. We’ll definitely book with Eloise again.”

“Francesca was absolutely amazing with our pitty! She sent pictures and kept communication when needed. I felt extremely confident and comfortable leaving my dog with her. It made our vacation that much more enjoyable knowing Maverick was well taken care of. We will definitely be using her again! 5 stars- Highly recommend!”

“Another great visit with Aryn! She did a great job sending updates and giving my pup all the love I wished I could’ve. I think he was a little sad to leave when I picked him up lol”

About: I adore being around animals and have had many years pf practice with taking care of friends pets. We have also always had pets in our family growing up. I work part time as a wedding photographer so Im usually very flexible with my schedule especially during the week. I also enjoy walking so Im also available for that. I will only walk outside with your pet if they have a leash or a fenced protected area. I won't them alone anytime. I will provide patience and love to them as if they were my own.

About: I've had cats my entire life, giving me a deep understanding of their needs. Over the past six years, I’ve cared for hospice cats and managed various health issues, including administering insulin and medications. Working from home allows me to provide constant care and attention, with plenty of toys and enrichment activities. My cozy home is shared with three friendly cats—two seniors (12 & 14) and a recently adopted 5-year-old—who all get along well with others. I’ve created hidey holes for shy kitties to feel secure. I maintain a clean environment, deep cleaning litter boxes weekly and scooping them twice a day. We have three litter boxes (one upstairs and two downstairs) and keep fresh water and dry food available on both levels. If your cat has specific dietary needs or a feeding schedule, I’m happy to accommodate that. Living in a quiet country setting, I can offer a peaceful environment. For adventurous cats, I have a pet stroller and can take them on walks if they enjoy the outdoors!
About: I was always the go to person for pet sitting in my family. Growing up, we always had at least one dog in the house. And I was fortunate enough to have had one for 16 years. Her name was Bear. She was the best family dog anyone could ask for and I miss her very much. She is the reason I love taking care of animals so much. Recently, I have become very fond of cats and live with 2 of them. They have stolen my heart and take care of them every day. I also have two reptiles which are my whole world. No matter what animal, I would love to take care of them. I’m the sitter for you! I am in between jobs at the moment so my schedule is very flexible right now. I am very open and honest so I’m very willing to for the schedule that’s best for you and your pet! I am not offering services in my home. As much as I would love to, I rent and cannot have a lot of animals staying with me. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!
About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals, including horses, dogs, and cats. I’ve been dog sitting for multiple families since I was 10 years old. My golden retriever is my pride and joy :) I currently work 6pm to 6am (overnight) Wednesday through Saturday. I am usually free during all days of the week. Very flexible based on pets needs! I will always be kind and gentle to your furry friends. They make me happy so my goal is to make them happy. I will keep to their schedules.

“Briete was wonderful! She was so good with my dog. This was my first time with her and I felt completely comfortable leaving my pup in her care. She is very warm and helpful, I’d definitely recommend her and call her again!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and Wade was great! Super communicative and completed the visits exactly as expected. The kids loved getting daily photos of the kittens while we were away, would definitely work with Wade again!”

About: I use to work with kids so nothing suprises me and I'm very good under pressure. I always find another way. I love all animals I'll even watch your other pets. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, birds, and etc just ask. I'm always willing to learn. I will also work with dogs of all kinds even special needs of any kind or just special stuff needed to be done with them. A month and a half after getting my puppy she jumped out of my sister arms so I had a energized mini aussie on my hands that had to wear a splint for her broken leg. I'm ready for any challenge I work 38/40 hour weeks so I would pet sit before my shifts; after my shifts. If in Pontiac I would also do it during my hour lunch if needed It’s been years since I was an “official” pet sitter but really whatever the animal needs I am willing to do. Every animal needs slightly different care

“Bridget was absolutely fantastic both for my dogs and for me. Finding out a previous daycare abused dogs, I became a lot more anxious about who I allow to care for them. Bridget was patient, kind, and very receptive to my concerns. I got frequent updates, my babies had so much fun, and I was able to feel at ease knowing they were in good hands. They will definitely be seeing Bridget and her sweet dogs again soon.”

About: I have had dogs all my life & have taken care of friends & family’s pets. I tend to adopt “problem” dogs that other people can’t handle. I love a challenge & gaining the trust of the dog. I used to frequent the Dominican Republic to feed & give flea baths to the neglected street dogs out there. I’m currently working from home & was a bartender for the last 20 yrs but now looking for a new career with animals because they are my true passion. I just moved to the Gardner, Illinois for a bigger yard & a 6ft privacy fence to expand my dog sitting business. I also have a small pool for the dogs. I have lots of gates up throughout the house & different rooms I can put dogs in if any need to separated. I also have large crates I can use.

About: Hi! My name is Kacey I have been dog sitting the last two years and recently started boarding within the last 8 months. I grew up with German shepherds and Rottweilers which helped me to be able to handle big dogs. When I’m not busy I like to volunteer at shelters and take one of their pups out even for a few hours and go on walks. In my professional life I am a CNA and I care for elderly people w/ dementia and some special needs children. I am about to start a dog training course and hopefully make that my career one day😊😊 My schedule is very flexible, since I do online classes I’m almost always home & my senior clients are 1-2 times a week. When I am not here my fiance will be here so your pup will always have someone to play with😊 In my home the dogs have their own bedroom connected to mine. It includes a queen sized bed, several dog beds and crates. I am constantly letting them outside since I have a 3 month old puppy and he needs potty breaks every couple of hours. Their days are filled with tons of walks, toys, treats and mostly cuddles 💕💕
About: Pet adventure guide with a talent for river walks, snack negotiations, belly rubs, and earning the trust of even the sassiest cats. I’ll make sure your pets are happy, safe, loved, and absolutely spoiled while you’re away! I only care for one “pack” at a time, so your pets get my undivided attention and personalized care—whether they’re boarding with me or just stopping by for the day 💜 After a recent career shift, I’ve found myself with more flexibility in my schedule—and I’ve decided to dedicate that time to doing something I LOVE! I’m excited to see where this next adventure takes me. Safety First, Shenanigans Second! Your pet’s safety is my #1 priority. Since my yard is unfenced, outdoor time is always supervised. I use a 125-lb-rated ground lead or a long leash held securely in hand, and I prefer dogs to wear a harness while in my care. On walks, I’m always keeping an eye out for distractions, triggers, and all the critters. I use positive redirection when needed and follow your pet’s routine, cues, and preferences as closely as possible.

About: Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge dog lover. I was raised with a dog and went on to get a dog of my own. A sheltie. He was just 8 weeks old. I had the greatest experience training and raising him. He was my best friend and buddy. He unfortunately passed away at the age of 12. I have a high level of love and compassion for dogs as well as other animals. I am a very patient and love to go on walks, play and cuddle. I have two teenage girls who visit and are just as much a dog lover as myself. I do not work outside the home and have the time and attention to give to your best friend. I live in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood offering comfortable accommodations. I’m happy to share anymore information you would like
About: I’ve been taking care of pets since childhood. First it was cats, then dogs, and I’m now a proud owner of a Quaker parrot. I’m willing to walk or pet sit dogs, help pet sit cats at their own home, and the same with exotic birds. Someone is always home with the pet and we also help you dog get socialized with our parrot. When I had dogs, I let them sleep on the bed with us. I also let them sit on the furniture, too. And I do spoil them, also. I work full time in the afternoon shift but my boyfriend works mornings so there is always someone home. He loves animals, too! I do my best to work around my schedule. Our bird Kerry only goes in his cage when we are both out of the house and at bedtime. Otherwise, we let him out. Kerry is used to dogs. He likes to talk to dogs.

I have an 11 year old son who is just as much as an animal lover. I have a large fenced in back yard. My foxy girl loves to get her zoomies out back there, and loves playing fetch. About: ‼️Please read entirety of bio prior to sending a booking request Please note: My Rover profile information may not always be the most up to date, as I also own and operate my own pet care business - but I still get notifications here! Please message me so we can discuss your specific needs and availability! Hi, I’m Bee! I’m a medically retired police officer turned professional pet care provider. Pet care is my full-time work, not a side hobby. I take a calm, structured, safety-first approach and focus on low-stress care that allows pets to feel secure, respected, and comfortable. I have years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including seniors, rescues, anxious dogs, puppies, large breeds, and special-needs pets. ⸻ What I Offer • In-home dog boarding in a low-volume, structured environment • Structured dog daycare with supervised play and rest breaks • Drop-in visits for feeding, potty breaks, enrichment, and medications • Dog walks tailored to your dog’s comfort, energy level (must not pull heavily on leash) • Care for seniors, rescues, anxious, and special-needs dogs • Slow, intentional introductions and individualized care plans • Solo or one-on-one care options when appropriate for daycare and boarding • Real-time updates with plenty of photos and detailed written notes ‼️I do not provide boarding or daycare for cats, and I do not offer overnight stays in clients’ homes. ‼️Meet and Greets are mandatory to schedule any service. ‼️My two dogs, Trooper and Moose, will NOT be present for the meet and greet for boarding and daycare ‼️Dates are not reserved unless a deposit is prepaid in advance. ‼️Dogs must be crate trained to stay at Bee’s Bed and Barkfast daycare and boarding. This is a non negotiable for safety, feeding, rest and safe transitions. ‼️Boarding can be booked anytime, as long as the dates are within the next 3 months. I do not book out more than 3 months in advance. I am available generally anytime between sunrise and sunset. Due to a vision disability, I may occasionally need to adjust timing on very rainy days, and I do not drive after dark. If weather requires a schedule shift, I’ll always communicate in advance and ensure your pet still receives attentive, high-quality care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I provide intentional, structured care designed to reduce stress, prevent issues before they happen, and create a calm, predictable experience for both pets and owners. This applies whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or in mine. How I care for pets & homes: • Safety-first, prevention-focused handling at all times • Calm routines that prioritize rest, enrichment, and emotional regulation • Respectful care of your home… clean, secure, and exactly how you left it • Doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions double-checked every visit • Clear, proactive communication so you’re never left wondering how things are going Boarding & Daycare Environment: • Low-volume, home-based care, not a brick and mortar storefront or warehouse-style daycare • Structured daycare with supervised interactions and enforced rest breaks • Slow, intentional introductions tailored to each dog’s comfort level • Solo or one-on-one care available for dogs who need space or prefer independence at an increased rate • Crate training mandatory to ensure smooth transitions and safety How I differ from other sitters: • I do not force interactions or “let dogs work it out” • I do not overbook or rotate large groups of unfamiliar dogs • I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach Instead, I focus on individualized care, clear boundaries, and calm structure, the kind of environment where dogs can truly settle, decompress, and feel secure.

I can provide a harness or leash or will use ones provided. I am very familiar with proper walking techniques.

“Alayna took great care of our Wolfie! She paid close attention to his needs and made adjustments (like bringing him home from a walk a bit early so she could sit with him while he ate - since he was being a bit finicky about food). She kept in good communication with us the whole time and sent lots of pictures.”

About: I have experience grooming and administrating medicine to furry friends that don't enjoy the process. Big or small, quiet or loud, friendly or shy I accept all pets and treat them as if they were my own. I babysit full time which includes pet sitting. I have open availability to take last minute bookings. I have the luxury to do this full time and love to work with peoples schedules. I have a fur baby named Micheal Jackson. He is a 5 year old long haired cat. He gets fed a variety of different foods to maintain a healthy diet. Plenty of enrichment activities, and soon a new fur friend?

About: I've been caring for animals most of my life, from growing up with family dogs to being a dedicated cat owner for the past four years. Caring for pets has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and giving each animal the love and attention they deserve. Although I'm new to Rover, I'm committed to providing dependable, personalized care and treating every pet like they're part of my own family. I'll always follow your pet's routine, keep you updated with photos, and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I'm available Monday through Saturday during the morning and afternoon for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I have a flexible part-time schedule, so I'm happy to work with your pet's routine whenever possible. Sundays are my day off, so I'm unavailable that day. When caring for your pet in your home, I'll follow their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I'll make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of playtime, walks (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I'll also keep your home tidy, clean up after your pet, and provide regular photo and text updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for in the place they know best.
About: I’ve taken care of my dog since I was 11-12 years old until I was 16 and then she sadly passed away and we got a new dog and I’ve been taking care of her for 3 years. I also have experience taking care of cats I absolutely love cats. And I have experience taking care of rabbits I currently have one I take care of a rabbit and a large dog all the time. I know both need lots of love and lots of play time and attention I will listen to your pets. When they need to go out, when they need to eat, when they want to play, or cuddle. In my home I will make sure they have food and water and I will make sure they go out every 2 hours or so. If they are a larger dog they can play with my puppy she absolutely loves to play. I will also take them for a walk. At the clients home it will be the same and if I can take their animal to the dog park I will do so and let them play I know they also love playing with other animals and not always just with humans
About: I have watched dogs and cats both long term and short term since 2018. From my parents’ pets for a day, to a 4 months house and pet-sitting arrangement in California I have had good experiences caring for animals. I take their care as seriously as I would my own pet, but respect the rules and routines set up by the pet parents. I am currently unemployed outside of this, so I have tons of availability and time to focus on YOUR pets and their needs. I can spend as much or as little time with them as needed. I care for pets based on the instructions of their normal care takers, while focusing on basic care and schedule. It’s important to me that pets feel safe and their routine is not disturbed too much. If allows, I also like to give plenty of pets and cuddles to any animals that’s accept it.
About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.

About: I have lived with dogs and cats throughout my life and have more than 30 years of experience caring for them. I currently care for several pets in my own home, so I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, litter box care, walks, playtime, and companionship. I take time to help each pet feel comfortable and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. You can expect dependable care, clear communication, a detailed Rover Card, and several photos after every visit. I prefer to meet before the first recurring or extended booking so I can learn your pet’s routine, confirm access instructions, and understand exactly what they need. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I keep my Rover calendar current and only accept visits that fit my availability. This allows me to arrive within the agreed time window and give each pet attentive care without rushing. Before the first booking, I prefer to meet you and your pet, review the care routine, and confirm access instructions. During each visit, I follow your directions closely, check doors and gates, refresh food and water, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I provide photos and a clear update after every visit.
