However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! “I like taking my dog (Millie) to Rachelle for overnight stay and for several nights’ stay. Rachelle is considerate and kind to us and my dog. She is caring. She updates us about our dog, sends pictures and asks our opinion about how our dog would react to the environment like in the case of a storm so she can attend to our dog appropriately. I feel confident that my dog is getting great care with Rachelle. I am also sure that my dog is having fun with Rachelle and her dog Rizzo. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they all seem to end up cuddling with me, even at the same time. I have a weird schedule, a few hours in the morning and another few in the afternoon, so multiple check-ins a day a few hours apart are no problem. I have a secure outside pen for potty breaks. “I like taking my dog (Millie) to Rachelle for overnight stay and for several nights’ stay. Rachelle is considerate and kind to us and my dog. She is caring. She updates us about our dog, sends pictures and asks our opinion about how our dog would react to the environment like in the case of a storm so she can attend to our dog appropriately. I feel confident that my dog is getting great care with Rachelle. I am also sure that my dog is having fun with Rachelle and her dog Rizzo. The last time I dropped off Millie at Rachelle’s house she was eager to enter the house that she literally dragged me towards the door.”
