“As a first-time Rover user and a nervous dog mom, I was hesitant to leave Banjo with anyone, especially since we just adopted him from a shelter. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! Our Frenchie was on NINE different meds, and had to be watched closely as her back side was a hot mess. Khanh took it in stride and reassured us they'd be fine. She handled all the meds, their raw meat diets, and even trimmed their nails and gave them baths. She was AMAZING at sending updates and communicating about how they were doing. Our pups can get anxious and always get sick after being at dog camps, and this was our first time trying in-home care. About: I've had in home pets for 25 years continuously. I am new to inside cats, but I'm learning quickly about what they entail. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they all seem to end up cuddling with me, even at the same time. I have a weird schedule, a few hours in the morning and another few in the afternoon, so multiple check-ins a day a few hours apart are no problem. I have a secure outside pen for potty breaks. All of my fur babies are friendly, so new introductions would be welcome and safe in our home.

About: I am an avid pet lover who has taken care of many animals over the years, including my own who got very ill but is thankfully in remission. Neighbors, friends and family have all relied on me to look at their loved furry friends both in my own home and as well their home depending on the desired environment for their pets comfort. About: I've had dogs almost my whole life. I've taken care of puppies, seniors, and special needs dogs. I love to go on walks, so if your furry family member needs a long walk I'm your gal. I can help with training, and if your baby doesnt have good leash manners? Don't worry. I work full time on second shift, with a varied schedule. However I'm usually able to pop in somewhere before work and take care of your pets. I wouldn't be ideal as a house sitter, or a boarder, but I'll happily check in on your babies and take then on walks. I like to make sure animals have plenty of time to sniff me out and get used to me. If you're cool with me giving them a treat, I may use one to bribe them. Otherwise I let the animal come to me. I'll feed your dogs exactly the right amount of food, let them out for the right amount of time, and exercise them at however long you want. Dogs and cats deserve respect and understanding. I'm not going to change their routine in addition to being a strange person.
