About: I’ve had 2 dogs in my family since I was in middle school. I was very hands on in potty training when they were puppies. I’ve also gone to a lot of dog training classes in the past that taught me how to form healthy relationships with dogs. I am very flexible since I work from remotely Monday through Friday. I also have open availability on the weekends. Having a job that supports me working wherever allows me to provide more time to sit. Having a conversation with each owner really gives me insight into the dogs routine. I always ask what time their meals are as well as their walking schedule. About: I grew up in a household of large dogs, I am very good at reading body language, and I have an incredible amount of free time to dedicate to any extra needs! I am currently available everyday and any drop off hour works for me. I wake up with the sun so morning walks will be a breeze as I also live down the street from a park and down the road from a forest preserve. I live in a 6-bedroom house, occupied by two adults, backyard is not closed in, but there are many nearby parks available for playtime. 3 pets, 2 bearded dragons enclosed in a separated terrarium which is located upstairs, and a 7 month old cane corso. All are incredibly friendly and curious but can be given their own space if need be.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of pets with different needs and routines. I have taken care of a 1-year-old cat along with 3 other adult cats, including a cat who required at least 30 minutes of playtime and interaction every day. I have also cared for a large dog who ate home-cooked soup mixed with his food at specific feeding times, as well as a husky who stayed in an air-conditioned dog house unit and required daily vitamins and attentive care. I am good at following direction for the desired care you and your pet need. I work remotely and any activities I plan I would plan around a schedule if at all with the pet in mind. I will plan in advance for the openings I have in my schedule to permit me to be with the pet. I typically stay in the pets home to create a less stressful environment for the pet and go about its daily routine as instructed by the pet owner. From family outings, to walks, to hanging out with her and her children, my dog was always included. I love that she sends morning updates with pictures. Being able to see that she is calm and comfortable with Meaghan and her family is very reassuring. My dog is very anxious, especially when we go out of town, and tends not to eat when we are gone. Meaghan was consistent and patient with her and finally was able to get her to eat on the 2nd or 3rd day.”
