About: I've had a variety of different types of pets around me my whole life. I have loved and cared for every one of them. I have trained my own dog and have taken care of many senior dogs until their passing. I'm currently working a part-time job, I have plenty of time during the afternoon and evenings to play and care for your pets. I'm available any day of the weekday after 12 and all day on the weekends. I have a partially fenced in yard, and one loving dog and two laid back cats, to keep your pet company. I have plenty of toys and treats to keep your animals happy.

“Ashley is great! She took such good care of my cats and fish. I have two older cats that both needed medication. Elvis needed liquid medication orally twice a day after a long illness. Otis needed powder medication added to his food a few times during the visit, and he gets scared and hides from new people. It takes him a while to trust anyone (if ever). Ashley worked with him, quickly gained his trust and was petting him within days (very good for Otis). During our introduction visit, Ashley was thorough in making sure she had all of the information. She is dependable and punctual, always arriving during the times requested. I received pictures and a detailed summary after every visit. It was so nice not worrying while we were away. We'll definitely be requesting Ashley for our net trip!”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since childhood. First it was cats, then dogs, and I’m now a proud owner of a Quaker parrot. I’m willing to walk or pet sit dogs, help pet sit cats at their own home, and the same with exotic birds. Someone is always home with the pet and we also help you dog get socialized with our parrot. When I had dogs, I let them sleep on the bed with us. I also let them sit on the furniture, too. And I do spoil them, also. Some of my earliest memories involve my interactions with those two cats and I believe those early experiences led me to always choose to live with a pet. The unconditional love our pets offer us is so endless and infinite and I believe my childhood cats and dogs, more than anyone or anything else, taught me how to love and respect others with such a deep level of care, compassion and empathy. I often wonder if the world would be a more loving and peaceful place if people chose to love one another in the same unconditional way our cats and dogs love us. I worked at a doggy daycare and boarding facility for many years. I've also had the incredible opportunity of shadowing a veterinary technician for a brief period of time. From those experiences I learned how to provide all different forms of care for animals including: administering oral medications, checking on the animal's overall physical health and wellbeing, watching for signs of distress or discomfort, and how to manage a yard full of dogs of all different sizes, needs, ages, and temperaments. I'm an online student so my schedule tends to be incredibly flexible! Outside of my studies, I love to take my doggo on hikes in the many beautiful, local state parks. I walk my dog 3x/day and we play often throughout the day. I consistently confirm her water bowl is full of fresh water. She has always been a free-feeder but I understand this is not the case with the majority of pets. My childhood pets were not free-fed but rather fed on a daily schedule. Caring for your pets will be completely based on their individual needs beyond the basics of feeding, providing fresh water, petting, playing and walking!

About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.
About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! About: I've had a variety of different types of pets around me my whole life. I have loved and cared for every one of them. I have trained my own dog and have taken care of many senior dogs until their passing. I'm currently working a part-time job, I have plenty of time during the afternoon and evenings to play and care for your pets.
