About: I have taken care of my childhood dog (now 18 years old) since I was a kid! I have watched friends’ and family’s pets for 5 years now. My father also has a puppy (who is a tri-pod!) who I helped him welcome home and train when he was adopted. My love for older dogs and pets with physical differences sets me apart as a dedicated, patient pet caregiver. I love long walks and am willing to go the extra mile for your pet! I have a very open daytime schedule, and can easily take pets on walks or stop by for check-ins during the daytime. My other job has odd hours, but it leaves the rest of my schedule flexible and open! I am a very active person and would love to run, walk, or play with your pet! For less active pets, I am happy to play indoors, snuggle, or hang out during visits. I am willing to learn any special routines or needs for your pet, as I believe every animal should be given a life that meets its own abilities and comfort.

“Mae was extremely communicative and definitely went above and beyond when caring for my three kitties! They fed, played with, and made sure boxes were clean for my babies. My cats looked very happy in the photos they sent, which was much appreciated. I would definitely book again!”

“For the first time my cats weren’t all over me when I returned. They definitely got lots of attention! My house looked better when I returned as well. Ha! Super sitter!!”

“Niah was a great sitter! She was kind and enthusiastic at the our meet and greet. I knew my cats would be taken great care of and felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. Also had some last minute travel changes and was easy to contact and flexible which was appreciated. Would work again with Niah!”

About: I have been taking care of pets from 5 years old. My dog, Winnie, is now 16 years old and still kickin’! He lives in Tennessee with my parents. I have grown up taking care of dogs and have a lot of experience with different breeds. I adopted my sweet kitty, Noodle, when he was 11. He’s now around 19 years old and has accidents on occasion, so I am used to messes with senior and young pets. I am currently working part time, but I am available during the morning and late afternoon. My weekends are mostly free. I keep my phone around at all times, so I am pretty flexible: I will always make sure your pet has clean water and the recommended amount of food. I will clean up any accidents if they occur and notify you of any abnormal behavior. You will also receive plenty of pet photos!
“Catelyn has been awesome with my two elderly kitties every time. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will definitely ask Catelyn to watch them every time. I travel!”

About: I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone new, and I don’t take that lightly. I provide regular updates, follow your pet’s routine closely, and make sure they feel safe, exercised, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I’ve had hands-on experience caring for animals most of my life, including feeding, walking, bathing, and administering medication. I grew up caring for our family dog and have also worked with puppies, so I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I’ve always been the go-to sitter for friends, family, and neighbors, caring for both dogs and other pets. My goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for you and as comfortable and consistent as possible for your pet. I’d love to meet you and your babies soon! I am currently looking to do Rover full-time, so I have a very flexible schedule for new clients and can give your pet plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. I’m known for sending lots of updates and being very attentive, even in unexpected situations. I am aware that every pet is different and may have unique needs for me to attend to. Having two of my own dogs at home, I understand how to maintain a safe and happy environment for your pets. I’m very attentive to pet safety, including diet, environment, and any specific needs your pet may have.
“Emily was great in coming to check-in on Leo a little short notice due to a trip I was on and some changes in plans in who was checking on him. As always Emily was super communicative and helpful 😊 I am so glad she was available to watch him.”

About: My journey started over a decade ago with my first domestic shorthair, Queenie—and she truly was a queen! She showed me how amazing, fierce, and beautiful cats are, and taught me that every single cat has their own unique, wonderful personality just like people. Five years later, I got my Japanese Akita, Simba, who I love so much. Whether your pet is a cuddly kitty that enjoys their space or a big, playful pup, I love learning who they are and giving them the tailored, expert care and affection they deserve!

About: 5 years of experience taking care of my baby cat Ama who’s on allergy medication, I’m good at observing cat behaviors and identifying abnormal signals. 1 year of cat shelter volunteering, I am making friends with cats with different personalities. Now, I want to meet yours.
About: I have two super goofy, friendly, and loving male Pit bulls. I work from home so will be around pretty much all the time. I take my dogs on a walk mostly 3 times a day but again I’m around a lot and get bored easily so might be 5 times a day :) My dogs are definitely spoiled and should not expect anything less for your pet when I’m watching them! I have experience with senior dogs and dogs who need special care such as taking medicine. Mostly home all day and night. I work from home so your pet will always be attended too unless I leave to make a quick errand run. My dogs do have cages but they are barely in them. Whenever I do leave my dogs stay out freely but they do well in their cages when needed. They do get along very well with other pets. Small dogs or large dogs.

About: Hi, I'm Emma! By day, I’m a geologist working in brewing operations, but on the weekends, my focus is entirely on providing attentive care for your pets. My professional background means I am incredibly detail-oriented, reliable, and strictly adhere to schedules and routines. My love for animals goes beyond standard pet sitting. I have experience volunteering at The Creature Conservancy, where I learned all about it animal welfare. I also have a deep empathy for rescues and medical care—I personally rescued and successfully nursed my own street cat back to full health, so I am no stranger to administering specialized care, monitoring health cues, and giving extra patience to timid or sensitive animals.
“Ruby does a great job and our cats love when she comes over - even the scaredy-cat who tends to dislike any and all strangers! Ruby is responsible, reliable, and communicates with us regularly when we are away, including photos and updates. We would definitely recommend, and plan to re-book with her during future vacations.”

“Walter and his wife have been so great with my dog! Kenai loves going over there for the day. They have made Kenai a welcome member in their home and even take him out for walks. They’re also understanding of my changing schedule when it comes to early drop offs and different pickup times. I really appreciate them!”

“Nana was a phenomenal sitter! Her dog got along so well with mine and I could tell she was getting lots of attention and playtime because she’d come home and pass out immediately. And I loved the pictures! Would absolutely book with her again.”

“Isa was so kind to allow our puppy into her care. It’s very obvious our puppy had a great time and he was exhausted when we got home. She went above and beyond with allowing us to extend our time when something unexpected happened. I am truly grateful for her and will definitely be booking with her again. (She also sends awesome photos throughout the day)”

“Sarah is a great sitter! We initially booked her for boarding and added on day care so our puppy had a chance to get to know Sarah and her son before our trip. She is very flexible and communicative. We have our boarding scheduled soon and will continue to use Sarah in the future!”

“I’m so grateful for Laura and her family. She was incredibly flexible from start to finish, and my dog is completely worn out—in the best way! Laura gave her all the attention I couldn’t, and I couldn’t be more thankful.”

About: I run a 5k every day and can handle large or small dogs. For boarding I have 2 acres of fenced in grass nearby where I run by husky at daily. My experience : I've had dogs in my home since I was 7 and was tasked with their walks and training. I now have a 2yo siberian Husky, Shryko, who I have off-leash trained for hikes and river adventures. So I'm very active, and my dogs have a lot of enriched exploring and exercise. All this with only treats, praise and regular patient consistency. I am a circus artist and entertainer by nights and weekends when the work is available. I spend most week days free at home honing my skill set and arranging bookings. Therefore plenty of time to head out for walks, or break and enrich a dog's day with playtime. I have a fenced in yard and large living room. 1 dog, 8 month 40lb siberian husky girl who loves company and playtime. Also have a large crate if separation is needed.
“Kavita was awesome! Louie had a great time spending the day with her and her pup Millie! She is very communicative and sent pictures and updates throughout the day! Would definitely recommend her to other dog owners!”

“I have used Shannon to care for my dogs 4 times now and every time has been great. Shannon is very accommodating and flexible, which I really like because my life is hectic. My dogs seem to love going there, they rush right in as soon as she opens the door. They are always good natured when I pick them up, which tells me that Shannon is treating them right. She sends me pictures throughout their stay and keeps me updated. I plan on using her every time I need a pet sitter. Finding someone reliable and dependable and caring is a real comfort to me when I have to leave my pets.”

“Jacki was so great! Roscoe immediately felt at home and she sent update photos to keep me in the loop. Fae, her dog, was so sweet and was immediately Roscoe's buddy. Will definitely use her again!”

“Mary Kate took excellent care of Penny while I worked. Her pup Murphy and Penny played together all day! It was so cute all the pictures and updates she sent me throughout the day. I would definitely use here again in the future to care for Penny 🥰”

About: Hello! My name is Medona but I prefer to go by Ruby! I grew up with dogs in my house and pets have become family members. I literally take them out every time I'm out hiking, shopping, picnics, etc. I have experience working with kids and the elderly so I am very patient and responsible. As a person who loves what Utah has to offer, I would love to have a buddy with me to hit the hiking trails. I'm more than willing to work along your regular schedule for your dogs regarding feeding, walk, and medication time too. As a dog owner myself, I get very anxious about how my favorite boy is doing so I usually send daily updates to make sure you have peace of mind. My partner takes care of my dog (Mani) when I'm watching other pets so there would be no interactions with Mani unless you feel comfortable! Contact me with any questions and I look forward to meeting your fur babies! :) I'm currently working a full time job but can come during lunch breaks to check up on them. My weekend starts at noon on Friday.

“OMG, my dog just loves being at Jordans! When I went to pick him up he kept trying to go back into the house!!! Obviously my little man feels very comfortable there... and I think he has a little crush on Jordans dog Penny!!”

“Nicole and Tim were so welcoming and so kind. It was Benny’s first time spending time away besides groomers and he had so much fun! The updates throughout the day really made us be at ease. We are so happy with his stay and will come back to Tim and Nicole when we are in town. 😊”

“Shannon and Daniel are great people. Friendly, accommodating and took great care of Sadie. She was very happy when I picked her up and she slept most of the 2.5 hr drive home. They went above and beyond helping me locate a central location to meet my sister and her family to ride together to the Cardinals’ game. I will definitely use them again next time I’m in St Louis.”

About: I've spent much of my life living with and caring for dogs--from growing up with dogs throughout childhood, to helping care for dogs as an adult, to having Spencer, my most recent dog. I don't currently have pets of my own, which means visiting dogs get my full attention and don't have to adjust to unfamiliar resident animals. I genuinely miss having a dog around! I work from home and love the idea of giving someone's dog a cozy, low-stress place to stay while their humans are away. I intentionally accept dogs from only one household at a time, so I'm able to get to know their routine, personality, and quirks and make sure they get lots of individual attention. I have a dog door that suits a large dog and a fenced-in backyard in beautiful Southwest Garden, across from The Hill. I'm comfortable following detailed feeding and medication instructions and am happy to care for senior dogs. I'm currently focusing on friendly, reliably housetrained adult small and medium dogs that I can comfortably handle on leash. I prefer a meet-and-greet before a first stay so that both the dog and I can ensure we're comfortable together. And I love sending photos and updates! Getting pictures of Spencer when I traveled always made me happy, so I'm delighted to do the same for you. I work from home Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm, so I’m home much of the day and can easily fit walks, playtime, meals, potty breaks, and plenty of attention into my routine. I live on a quiet, tree-lined street with sidewalks and no through traffic, just ten houses from Sublette Park. I love walking the perimeter of the park, so dogs who enjoy walks will have plenty of opportunities to get out and "sniff the puppy newspaper." I’m happy to take dogs for several walks a day depending on their normal routine and energy level. I do leave the house for errands and activities, so dogs should be comfortable relaxing at home alone for a few hours at a time. I have a quiet, dog-friendly home with no resident pets, and I only host dogs from one household at a time. I have a large, fully fenced privacy backyard for supervised play and potty breaks, plus a dog door that can be closed and locked when needed. Dogs are welcome to relax on my large couch, which is always covered with waterproof pet blankets. At night, dogs can sleep in their own crate in my downstairs den, on the couch, or--if they’re well behaved without a crate--on a dog bed in my bedroom. I don’t provide a crate, so owners should bring one if their dog needs it. I prefer to meet new dogs before their first stay so I can learn their routine and make sure I can handle them comfortably and safely. I’m currently best suited for friendly, reliably housetrained adult dogs who aren’t strong pullers, destructive chewers, or determined escape artists.

“Kyani treated my dog as if she were her own fur baby! My pet was VERY well cared for, and I got detailed updates and pictures for each visit. Definitely planning to book with Kyani again if she’s available!”

“I ask Jamie to walk my dog every time I go out of town. I know I can trust him to be there, take my dog out for the full hour, over 2 miles, and give me a full report on how it went. My dog is not the easiest to walk but he seems to do well when Jamie has him and it’s great to know he is getting enough exercise and smells to last until I get home.”

I understand that your pet is a beloved member of your family, and I treat them with the same love, patience, and attention as I would my own. With a strong background in pet care, from managing feeding schedules to providing mental and physical stimulation, I ensure each pet’s needs are fully met. My flexible approach allows me to adapt to different temperaments and requirements, whether for a high-energy pup, a shy cat, or a pet needing special care. Choosing me means peace of mind for you and a safe, joyful experience for your pet—because their happiness and well-being are my top priorities Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine, thoughtfully woven into each part of my day to ensure that every pet I look after receives the attention and care they deserve. My mornings begin with feedings, refreshing water bowls, and a bit of playtime to start each pet’s day on a positive note. Throughout the day, I check in regularly to ensure their needs are met, adjusting my schedule for specific care requirements like medication, exercise, or one-on-one attention. Evening routines often include another feeding, a final check-in, and a cozy wind-down to help them feel safe and secure before bedtime. This routine isn’t just about tasks; it’s about creating a steady rhythm that pets find comforting, reinforcing a bond of trust and familiarity with each pet in my care. When caring for pets in my home or while pet sitting in another person’s home, I prioritize creating a familiar, comforting environment tailored to each animal’s needs. At home, I maintain a designated pet-friendly area stocked with essentials like food, toys, and a cozy rest space, ensuring pets feel secure and relaxed. In a client's home, I adhere to the pet’s established routines and preferences, whether it’s feeding schedules, walking times, or play habits, to minimize stress and maintain consistency. I’m vigilant about safety, cleanliness, and any specific care instructions provided by the pet’s owner, adapting to each pet’s unique personality—whether that means extra play for an energetic pup or gentle companionship for a shy cat. This approach allows pets to feel loved and cared for in a setting that feels just like home, whether it’s mine or theirs.

“Niah has been a wonderful part of Princeton Antonio’s daily routine, and he gets extra excited whenever she arrives! She’s energetic, caring, and incredibly thoughtful. One of the things I appreciate most is how she always sends me sweet photos of Princeton that I can share with my mother in Chicago (who, by the way, adores her St. Louis-based grand-dog). Rain or shine, Niah shows up every evening without fail. Her dependability and connection with Princeton have been incredibly helpful while I've been recovering from a broken ankle. She has my highest recommendation to anyone who needs a dog walker or pet sitter.”

About: Hi! I’m Erin, and I’m currently accepting new pet sitting clients in the St. Louis area. I work at Saint Louis University and also work part-time as a caregiver, so being dependable, responsible, and communicative is a huge part of my everyday life. I’m a lifelong dog owner and currently have a Lab mix of my own, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I offer drop-in visits, dog walking, feeding, potty breaks, medication administration (oral medications), playtime, and overnight pet sitting. I provide regular photo and text updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats, so I’m only accepting dog and other non-cat household pet clients at this time. If you’re looking for someone reliable who will care for your dog like family, I’d love to connect. Feel free to message me with your location, dates, and what services you’re looking for. I currently have a full time role at SLU that offers remote days and flexible hours. I am able to adjust my schedule to manage both. I am very comfortable working with larger energetic dogs and those who may be a bit more timid. My family dog is a bull mastiff boxer mix who can run around for hours on end and my dog is an anxious couch potato through and through.
About: Ever since I was little, I have had a passion for all animals, big and small, of every kind. I have 4 pets of my own, 1 cat and 2 dogs (a Shih Tzu and an American Staffordshire) and a guinea pig! I have been taking care of pets for over 20 years. Anytime a family member or friend will be out of town, they all know they can count on me to provide unconditional love and care for their pets, because they know... PETS ARE MY PASSION. THEY ARE FAMILY! I am open and flexible with my schedule, and can accommodate most needs. I have experience with puppies, kittens, birds, bunnies, older cats, and older dogs, (and sick pets too 😞) I have lost a few pets in my life, but all have lived long healthy lives with so much love. I'm familiar and comfortable with giving pets their medicine if needed. I have lots of love to give, to all the animals I meet! Rest assured, your pets will be cared for! **AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS!** I am a self employed house cleaner, so my schedule is very flexible. I can and will work around your schedule to provide the utmost care for your pets when needed. I ALWAYS provide photos and keep you updated on your pets!! I understand that time is a valuable thing, so I always make sure my pets, and others are always taken care of. I take pride in my pet care. I am honest, and patient, and it makes me so happy when pets get excited to see their owners, or guests.

“Laura was amazing with our boys all week. She sent lots of pictures and videos and was very patient while they adjusted to a new place. Already booked her for our next trip!”

“Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. My pup was in great hands and thoroughly enjoyed his stay. I was kept up to date of their adventures with texts and photos, and never doubted that my boy was in good hands. Sarah will be my first choice in the future. Im so glad to have someone to trust and rely on to take care of my pup. Thank you so much Sarah!”

“Jackie and Enoch were great with Mia! Mia had a blast with their pup, with plenty of space to run around and a cozy home to rest after all the fun. They provided plenty of pictures/updates and we're always quick to respond. We would happily have them watch Mia again!!”

“I'm very grateful Lucy was available this weekend. Maggie seemed to have had a great time and was very happy when she got home. Lucy's pick-up and drop-off was very punctual and she was available for an early drop-off when I returned home early in the day. Layla, Lucy's dog, seems to be a great playmate for Maggie. Got pictures of them playing and resting together every day. Will book again!”

“Elizabeth was great! She sent regular updates with pictures and I felt very comfortable with my dog in her care. Would recommend and use again!”

“Sarah took good care of my fur baby for the weekend and even made sure I was updated often about how she was doing and confirming that she was taking her medicine! Would book with her again.”

“Great service! My dog Pompeii was well taken care of. He had loads of fun and was very active while being taken care of while I was out of town for my daughter's wedding. Great communication along with photo updates during his stay. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent pet sitter! She boarded our puppy for two nights and took great care of her. Our puppy came home happy, healthy, and well-loved. Great communication and a caring environment. Highly recommend!”

“She did a great job taking care of our baby! This was our first time leaving for a longer period of time and I appreciate Paige for keeping us updated and giving our girl the most love & attention. Thanks again ☺️”

“She took great care of Milo! She sent a lot of pictures and they were really cute. Milo's coat decided to blow out while I was gone and she deshedded him which i really appreciated. She was flexible with pick up which was really helpful. Would book again!😊”

“Adolfo was great! It was a new experience for our pup, and he really helped her get acclimated. If your dog likes the company of other dogs, this is a great place to board!”

“Ben did a great job watching my Great Pyrenees for almost two weeks. I was traveling out of the country and it was so nice to know Sugar was safe and in good hands. I had no concerns whatsoever, and my dog (who can be challenging) really likes Ben. Highly recommend him as a sitter!”

“Jacob is a wonderful pet sitter. He took care of my two cats and kept me updated with pics and notes about how they were doing. One of my cats’ had trouble adjusting but he encouraged her everyday to come out of her safe place. She finally came out on the last day. So I will definitely use him again. By the way he took my cats in an emergency situation and contacted me right away. Thank you to Rover, but mostly a huge shout out and thank you to Jacob.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I must say I have absolutely no regrets! From day one, Leah was amazing! She was super responsive, warm and welcoming. I was so nervous to leave my cat Shai, as cats can sometimes struggle outside of their homes, but from the moment I let Shai out of the carrier, he was on the go! That let me know I made the right decision. Her kids were so gentle with him as well, which was another indication of a loving, safe environment. I am so grateful and thankful for meeting these wonderful group of woman. This will be my go to for pet sitting from now on! Thank you all so much!”

“Walter was a great host for Charlie over an extended weekend. We got plenty of pics and updates, and Charlie seemed very content. Charlie came home happy and anxiety-free, safe to say he enjoyed his vacation.I would definitely book with Walter again in the future!”

“Our pit was so happy and calm after a week with Nicole; it felt less like boarding and more like leaving family with family. We are very glad to have found such a safe and comfy home away from home.”
