For me this means providing a safe and secure environment for their needs, an insane amount of cuddles, daily exercise, and abiding to the rules given by their owners. I have had dogs all my life, and currently I have 2 wonderful dogs: Diggie- a 2yr old 75lb male Lab/Pittie mix who is neutered. Fozzie- a 1yr 30lb male mix who is neutered. I have 2 kids aged 3yrs and 11yrs who have both been taught how to act properly around dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around in and lots of toys. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I am home evenings Monday-Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays and would love to care for your pup! I do prefer if your fur baby is potty trained, but that being said- happy, excited, and nervous accidents happen and that is absolutely okay! :) I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.

“I knew from our first meeting that Nathan and Jackie were the right choice to take care of my Sophie for the 2 weeks I would be in Japan. And I was right. They sent daily pictures/videos of: Sophie playing with their dogs Reilly and Bailey; the kids walking, holding, and loving on Sophie; and photos of some well-deserved chill time. We had excellent communication for the duration of Sophie’s stay with them. Nathan contacted me about a week into her stay to report an issue that he felt needed reviewed by her vet. I agreed and Nathan made the appointment, then took her for a vet visit. The vet also agreed with Nathan and gave Sophie 2 prescriptions. Nathan paid for the vet visit and meds himself (since I was not available at the time). For the next week, Nathan and Jackie gave Sophie the meds prescribed and reported back to me how she was doing with her medical issue. I am so thankful for Nathan’s keen observation and proactive stance on Sophie’s health. The vet visit and daily meds were more than they signed up for and they just took care of it all. I will definitely be taking Sophie back for future boardings, and may even have to take her for occasional visits so she can play with the dogs and the kids!”

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I could drive. I love being able to watch dogs and play with them. I also love to watch any animals since they all make me happy. I’m currently going to school but only on Monday’s and Wednesday’s so I will have plenty of time to play with dogs. I can’t wait to be able to get to walk, watch, or play with them! About: Hey! I am a huge advocate for all dogs to be treated with dignity, love, and respect. For me this means providing a safe and secure environment for their needs, an insane amount of cuddles, daily exercise, and abiding to the rules given by their owners. I have had dogs all my life, and currently I have 2 wonderful dogs: Diggie- a 2yr old 75lb male Lab/Pittie mix who is neutered. Fozzie- a 1yr 30lb male mix who is neutered. I have 2 kids aged 3yrs and 11yrs who have both been taught how to act properly around dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around in and lots of toys. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I am home evenings Monday-Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays and would love to care for your pup! I do prefer if your fur baby is potty trained, but that being said- happy, excited, and nervous accidents happen and that is absolutely okay! :) I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.

About: Everything is negotiable as far as how many pets, how many days or weeks involved, accommodation needed etc. so please message me if you have any questions. I prefer to house sit at your home but, again, I can be flexible! Im pretty empathetic towards animals so I’m aware that they need love, attention, and to be movin’, movin’! I work 3-4 days a week and go in at 4pm and I can get out anywhere from 10pm-12:30am. Checking in with your pet would be my first priority as soon as I got off of work. I will make sure doors, fences, crates (if used) are locked. Dog is always on leash when outside and constant monitoring of whereabouts as needed. Pets provide the best photo ops so expect a lot of updates and funny flicks ^-^
