“Eric and Morgan were very accommodating in taking our request last minute and having flexible pickup/drop off times. They also sent a daily check in and pictures as well, which was very much appreciated!”

“We recently left our pup Toby with Rachell for 11 days, and he had an amazing time! He loved running around in the fenced yard and playing with the other dogs. We always felt confident that he was well cared for and in great hands. We’ll definitely book with Rachell again!”

“Monica was amazing! This was our first experience with using Rover and I cannot recommend Monica enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. She provided daily updates with pictures, she has a fenced yard and has room for them to play. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our two puppies were well cared for and enjoying themselves. I highly recommend Monica.”

“We left our dog with Cindy and Dave over 4th of July weekend. They took great care of him, even with all the fireworks around in the evening. We will definitely be using them again.”

“My puppy had so much with Laura. She sent pictures and updates every day. Laura responds very quickly to inquiries both before and during boarding. I have already booked another stay a few weeks from now. Very pleased with my first time using a dog sitter.”

“Absolutely wonderful! Our cat Moose had her first big trip outside our home since we’ve adopted her. She was very nervous yet curious about the new change for the day, but she did great with the massive help of Jennifer. Jennifer was very accommodating and helpful - she sent updates throughout the day with photos and messages of Moose’s day! I would greatly recommend Jennifer, especially for first timers who are unsure about their cat staying somewhere other than their own home.”

About: Hi I’m Christina! I’ve been a vet tech for 20 years and currently still working in a clinic and I pet sit all the time for friends, family and church fam! I’ve decided to move on up and join rover to expand my love and care for animals. I’m trained in dog/cat handing, emergency, body language and administering medication. I just love what I do! Tour anytime! I’m allowed to bring my animals to work and they absolutely love it! Always hands on. My yard is very large and it works great for running and playtime. My neighbor dogs are so sweet! My pets are crate trained. I also have other large crates and the space! Free range is ok with me! I carry potty pads and diapers for male dogs just in case. I have a little senior Yorkie who needs them too.
“We absolutely loved boarding our wiggle butt, Harriet, with Jade! She was considerate and understanding of Harriet's background of reactivity and took the time to make sure she was comfortable. We loved the videos and pictures we received while we were away from our girl! It is so refreshing to know our dog was in safe, loving hands while we were on our honeymoon. Thank you, Jade, you are an amazing human!”

“Jenna was super easy to communicate with and they took great care of our dog! Mo had the best time with them. We are super grateful they were willing to watch our very energetic dog :)”

“Milo had a great stay at Paula’s. She made him feel very comfortable and was also very responsive. I also got his photos while we were away. 😊 Milo will definitely return. Highly recommend Paula if you are looking for a great pet sitter.”

“Ashley wasted out Shepsky while we were on a float trip. She sent pictures. Jersey made herself right at home next to the chair. Her children played with her. Will definitely book her again.”

“Blake was amazing with my Pups! Picked them up and dropped them off for me. Even clipped their nails. That sounds simple but my lab absolutely hates it (sounds like you are murdering her and takes two people). He sent me a photo of her relaxed and smiling lol. Absolutely will be using him again”

“We cannot recommend Sarah enough! From the moment she met our dog, she was patient, calm, and deeply knowledgeable. While we were away for over a week, we received daily photo updates and detailed texts that gave us total peace of mind. Our dog most definitely got more attention and pampering than she does at home:) When we came home, our pup was relaxed, happy, and clearly well-cared for. We look forward to using Sarah on our next trip! Thank you, Sarah!!”

“Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. My pup was in great hands and thoroughly enjoyed his stay. I was kept up to date of their adventures with texts and photos, and never doubted that my boy was in good hands. Sarah will be my first choice in the future. Im so glad to have someone to trust and rely on to take care of my pup. Thank you so much Sarah!”

“Amy and Pete are AMAZING! My little boy had the most wonderful stay with them. I got so many pictures of the fun he was having. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and we will be using their services again very soon.”

“Five stars! This was our first time leaving the dogs with someone in Rover. I was very nervous. The dogs loved Sherry and we will use her again in the future. She sends pictures with updates. Sherry is kind and understanding. Our little senior chihuahua has a lot of trust issues and doesn’t care for people, but he enjoyed Sherry’s company. Thank you Sherry for keeping our kiddos safe and happy!”

“Melanie did an wonderful job keeping in contact and updating me with how my cat is doing! She also took great care of my kitty and interacted with her on each visit to make her feel loved in my absence.”

“Allison took great care of our cats, including giving insulin to our senior cat. She also extended our booking with no problem when we decided to extend our trip for a night. We will definitely use Allison again as our pet sitter:)”

About: I’ve lived with cats for at least a year, and I’ve pet sat some a few times before, the very earliest being in high school. I am familiar with cat temperament and have good knowledge of how to take good care of one.

“Diane was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my fur babies were happy and comfortable in my home. She sent photos daily and kept me up to date! I have always felt nervous about leaving my babies with a house sitter, but Diane made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be using Diane again in the future!”

“Latasha looked after our kitty (Lazare) and house for a week in July. She was very professional and courteous. She took the time to write down instructions on our meet and greet. Lazare loved her! I appreciated her communication and photos and she also took good care of the house and plants. I wholeheartedly recommend Latasha.”

“Having a total care senior dog can be extremely stressful when planning a trip out of town. My dogs used to be road trip champs but unfortunately due to old age and one handicap, they have to stay behind. From the moment Mason came for a meet and greet both dogs greeted him and were calm and happy in their presence. Masons confidence and willingness to care for my total care senior dog was a relief. I was able to go out of town for 5 days with a peace of mind knowing that they were not only well taken care of but happy as well. I highly recommend him for all your doggie needs.”

“Catelyn has been awesome with my two elderly kitties every time. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will definitely ask Catelyn to watch them every time. I travel!”

“First time using Rover and Liam isn’t used to strangers so we were both a bit nervous. Punctual; being right on time for the scheduled appointments, responsive with great communication and regular updates. The photos are a nice touch and helpful. Exceeded expectations. Thank you.”

About: Purr-fectly matched for your feline friends! I understand that cats thrive on routine and often prefer a familiar environment over a boarding facility. About: I possess extensive knowledge about cats and their behaviors, encompassing their communication cues, nutritional needs, grooming requirements, and the nuances of creating a fulfilling environment for these fascinating feline companions. About: Hi! I’m Gaby, a full-time professional pet sitter and lifelong animal lover. Caring for animals isn’t a side job for me, it’s full time job and passion! One of the biggest benefits of booking with me is that I do this full-time, which means your pets receive far more attention, companionship, and supervision than they would with sitters who work traditional 9–5 jobs or are in and out all day. Your pets won’t be left alone for long stretches of the day, and their comfort, safety, and routine will always be my top priority. I have professional experience working in daycare and boarding environments, including Kennelwood Animal Resort and Y Bark Alone. Through that experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m comfortable administering medications (both oral and injections), handling puppies, seniors, and special-needs pets, and recognizing signs that a pet may be stressed, anxious, or unwell. When I watch your babies, they aren’t just another booking. I take the time to learn their routine, personality, favorite activities, and any special instructions so they can feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they receive the individualized care they deserve. You’ll receive tons of pupdates, photos, and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in caring hands. My goal is to become the sitter you can rely on whenever you need help, a trusted person who treats your pets like family and provides the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own! I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies!🐶🐾 Rover is my full time job at the moment so my schedule is very open to give your pet the proper time and attention they deserve. How I care for your fur baby is completely contingent on the owner. I follow all guidelines they have set in place whatever those may be. But you can trust they are always in the best of hands.

About: My journey started over a decade ago with my first domestic shorthair, Queenie—and she truly was a queen! She showed me how amazing, fierce, and beautiful cats are, and taught me that every single cat has their own unique, wonderful personality just like people. Five years later, I got my Japanese Akita, Simba, who I love so much. Whether your pet is a cuddly kitty that enjoys their space or a big, playful pup, I love learning who they are and giving them the tailored, expert care and affection they deserve!
About: I allow the doggie to decide on their day of course following what routine you have set for them. I will Vlog so you can see what a true doggie star they are! I'm energetic so we will hike, jog, walk and wag our way into a fun filled day. My days and weekends are very flexible. I have a massage/pet caregiver business in St.Louis, Missouri and Taos, New Mexico that only I manage! I've cared for Great Danes to Pugs from puppies in potty training to females in heat. I treat them as they are my own and always adhering to their routine. Booking me "Animal Planet", belly rubs, and fun will be in your future (wiggle wag wiggle wag wink) Thank you, dawn I currently work part time as a massage therapist with a very flexible schedule. I will try and arrange potty breaks close to what your pet is used to but there will be days I can be gone up to fours hours. I treat your pet as you do and keep them on their routine. I always have a pet on a lead unless they’re in their own backyard. I usually have them stay clear of other animals and children since they’re are extra anxiety’s due to owner/parents being away. Your fur babies happiness and safety is first priority.

“Haley is wonderful, always giving me details as my little man's anxiety around new people and places lessens every day. As soon as I met her and her children I knew that they'd have a calming influence on him. So glad I found her!!”

“Karissa was absolutely amazing made the drop off and pick up very easy. This was Rivers first time with someone else that he didn’t know. She took amazing care of him. We will definitely use her again. Thanks Rene and Gary”

“Chico, my elderly Chihuahua, went to doggie daycare with Amy in Columbia for a couple of hours while I met friends for lunch. Amy has such a wonderful way with animals; you can tell she really loves watching them. She took lots of photos, have Chico lots of attention and even had a pet guestbook for him to sign. Such a cute idea. If you ever need a pet sitter, I highly recommend Amy.”

About: I had my own personal dogs for over 20 years in total but do not currently have any pets. As my schedule allows, I help out with short-term fostering for a rescue that I adopted two of my dogs from. All 3 of my dogs ended up with health issues in their old age so I have plenty of experience giving medications, feeding special diets, assisting with mobility issues, etc. Because my boy was dog reactive, I became a master at 'crate/gate/separate' when fostering while he was alive. However, I intend to only sit animals that are from the same home at one time so the animals do not face any restrictions needing to avoid animals they do not live with. I work from home (day job) so I will be around most of the time during the care dates with the exception of any planned events outside of the home (which likely would not be more than a few hours at a time). I have a fenced yard (4 feet) for quick potty breaks (I do not leave dogs unattended in my yard). For walks, I can use a double leash/collar if needed for extra security. I do have a shared fence line with a neighbor dog that is reactive so, when needed, I run a line of chicken wire to keep dogs in my yard from being able to reach that fence. The neighbor’s dog is my primary reason for marking ‘no’ to un-spayed/neutered. I don’t leave any dogs I watch unattended in my back yard but he’s a Cane Corso that’s not neutered and my fence is only 4ft tall so I figured better safe than sorry.
About: I have trained puppies and have had multiple pets. My friends are always asking me to help with their animals, even financially. I love the meet and greets and spending my time with animals! I am only Doordashing right now for work and pet sitting so my hours are very flexible! I am pregnant though! But that has no effect because my boyfriend tends to help me with the animals so that your animal is busy all day when he is home and I try to spend some time Dashing! We have ample time for any hour for feedings, walks, playtime, or potty breaks! I am safe and reliable. Always on my toes and ready for a fun day with a pet. I hope you will entrust me. I do not steal and or trash anywhere I go.
“Zinaida and her family were wonderful and loving. They took great care of my boys and took them on several walks throughout the day. She also sent me plenty of photos and videos. I also appreciated that she was flexible with time, and accomodated to my last-minute request. I highly recommend her for dog daycare and boarding!!”

About: I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats — for friends, family, and many clients through Rover — over the past decade. I take pride in providing attentive, detail-oriented, and scientifically informed care to ensure your pets are happy and healthy. I am a physician research fellow completing a research fellowship at WashU, where I primarily work from home with a flexible schedule. This allows me to provide frequent attention, walks, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I only need to be away one afternoon each week for clinic, so your pet will receive plenty of care and companionship. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of individual attention. In my home, pets have access to a dedicated indoor playroom that opens directly onto a spacious backyard, providing a safe and comfortable space to relax and play. There is also a large fenced play area approximately 300 yards from my backyard where dogs can enjoy additional exercise and outdoor time. I maintain a clean, safe environment and provide regular updates with photos so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away.

“My puppy is super anxious (recently adopted) and Ruthie was excellent with her. She gave her extra attention and was very soothing. Highly recommend Ruthie for anyone with a nervous pup.”

“Frances is an amazing, caring and reliable pet sitter. I would trust her to take care of Cooper anytime! She also updated me with many pictures throughout the day, which I loved! I would 10/10 recommend Frances to be your dog sitter!”

About: I bring years of hands-on experience in animal care, including working as a behavior modification dog trainer and spending many years in veterinary medicine. This background allows me to understand not only canine behavior, but also health, safety, and early signs of medical concerns. I’m highly enthusiastic about canine fitness and nutrition, and I tailor care to each dog’s individual needs, energy level, and routine. Whether your dog needs structured exercise, calm, attentive care, I provide a safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate experience. Your pet’s well-being—both physical and mental—is always my top priority. I’m home full-time, so boarded dogs receive constant supervision, structure, and individualized care. My days are centered around caring for dogs, which allows me to safely manage multiple boarding dogs with different needs, energy levels, and routines. Each dog receives a balanced routine of exercise, enrichment, and rest in a calm, structured environment. I closely monitor behavior, maintain safe group dynamics, and provide plenty of one-on-one attention to ensure every dog feels secure and comfortable during their stay. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I maintain a structured, calm household designed to meet the needs of a wide range of dogs. I have multiple separate rooms available for dogs who do not do well with other animals, allowing them to relax comfortably without stress. For dogs who enjoy social time, there is plenty of space for safe interaction and movement. I require dogs to be crate trained overnight or reliably potty trained with an established routine, which helps ensure safety, cleanliness, and consistency for everyone in my care. My home includes a secure, fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor time, exercise, and play. While structure is an important part of my household, dogs also enjoy playtime, enrichment, and appropriate freedom based on their individual needs and comfort level. With my experience and environment, I provide a safe, attentive, and well-managed space where dogs can feel secure and well cared for.
About: So I just love dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and will never not have one. I work from home and am very physically active so my lifestyle works well with dogs as I am around to simply hang out with the dogs or go on long walks if needed! Luckily I work from home as an attorney and am able to provide many walks and attention throughout the day. I also live in an area with a lake and multiple dog parks. I am extremely attentive with any dogs that I take care of. I will provide sitting with care and attention and make sure your dog is safe and taken care of.
“Melissa was phenomenal. She took FENWAY with short notice, so I could take my kids on some adventures on our way thru the city as we drove home from a camping trip. She sent me pictures, and Fenway slept most the way home, so I could tell she had a good time”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied upon me to watch their dogs on many occasions. I work during the day, and able to watch dogs 3pm and after every day during the week and available during the weekends as well. I have a fenced in yard so we can play and hangout inside the house or outside with comfort. Always a good time with me

“Laura was fantastic! Our pups came home exhausted and we had peace of mind knowing they were in great hands while we were away. Laura put us and our pups at ease. She provided photos and a video. So cute! We’re glad we found her. We will definitely book again!”

“Franklin loves going to Viki and Dave’s for daycare! They send a ton of pics throughout the day and are very flexible with pickup and dropoff times. I highly recommend them :)”

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a kid. Most recently raising a German shepherd for the last 10 years! I love long walks with the pups and tending to their needs. My days start and end with walks, so the pup will accompany me on all of those or spend time in the backyard while I garden. I have a fence where the dog can have ample space to run around and roam free. Or they can relax inside during the hot summer days.

“Lucy was fantastic with Koda! He's a high-energy adolescent shepherd mix, so I'm always grateful when I find someone who really understands dogs and is thoughtful about introductions, play, and group dynamics. She sent updates and videos throughout the weekend, which I appreciated so much, and it was clear that Koda was having an absolute blast. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. As a dog sitter myself, I can be a little picky about who I leave my dog with, and I would not hesitate to book with Lucy again. Highly recommend!”

“Brandy was AMAZING. Winnie had never been away from us. He is part husky so he can be a talker and the first night he howled and barked, but she said all was good so we were able to leave town with the peace of mind that Winnie had found his second person 😊. She sent updates and pictures. I can’t say enough good things.”

“My dog Apollo loved his time at Beth's house. He was able to spend a lot of time playing in her fenced backyard, which is his favorite things to do, and Beth kept me updated regularly with pictures of him playing. We would definitely book with Beth again in the future.”
