When it comes to dogs I've taken two puppies of mine to training classes and am willing to work with whatever training you have in place with your dog, whether that is working on correcting behaviors like jumping or continuing to teach them certain tricks while you're away, I will try my best to make sure they stay on the right track! Cats are the kind of pet I've had for the longest and know the best, even though none of mine so far have been major trouble makers I know how fickle some can be. I'm not afraid to do the occasional litterbox clean if needed or to keep an eye on them during their occasional zoomies. Currently my schedule is pretty flexible, I'm available any day from noon to midnight so if you need someone to check in on your pet overnight I'm available! I worked for The Animal Hospital of Monticello from December 2021-September 2023 where I cared for many different breeds of cats and dogs, at many different age and health levels. I have two very friendly Australian Shepherd type dogs, an 12 year old human child, a husband and a cat of my own. (Somehow we all get along!) Your fur baby will have the comfort of lots of friends nearby if they come to stay with us. I do require dogs to be up to date on all vaccinations, dog & cat friendly and kennel trained if boarding with me. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.
