About: I have had pet dogs and cats my whole life, and they have always been a cherished part of my family. I currently live in a non-pet-friendly apartment building, so Rover gives me the opportunity to care for pets while I can’t have one of my own. I work at a warehouse on second shift, so I am gone in the evenings and head back home around 1am. When housesitting, I’m able to provide care to your pets during the day until I leave for work at 3:30 pm i will do my best to adhere to your normal routine with your pets, and ensure that they are exercised, fed, and pottied before I leave for work. It is my goal to adhere to your pets’ normal routine as much as possible. When I am watching someone’s pets for the first time, I request details about their schedule, eating and play habits, special quirks, etc so that I am prepared to give them consistent and attentive care.

She had a raincoat, then a winter coat, on her when the weather got colder for her trips outdoors. She furnished these coats, I didn't bring any. A 3-page report card was given to me when I picked Katie up. It detailed her potty breaks and told cute little stories about their day together. I received numerous pics and videos that I thoroughly enjoyed. I met Terrell when I was leaving, and he seemed just as wonderful. I would give her 100 stars if I could.”

About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. However, school is out for the summer until August, so I will be manually updating my Rover schedule to provide some availability Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! A pets health mentally and physically is really important to me as I make sure they get the right exercise, rest, attention and love they of course deserve. Keeping them with their daily routines and schedule is also very necessary to me when it comes to feedings and water, play inside and outside, rest and walks which are my favorite. About: I've been caring for animals for over 12 years, starting with my own dog, Lola. Since both of my parents worked, I was often responsible for feeding her, taking her on walks, playing with her, and making sure she was well cared for. That experience taught me responsibility from a young age and helped me develop a genuine love for animals.
